This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, halal label, and product quality either simultaneously or partially on the purchasing decision of KFC in Samarinda. In this study, researchers used quantitative research. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. Determination of the number of samples based on the slovin formula amounted to 100 respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 22. The study results prove that brand image partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for KFC in Samarinda, Halal label partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for KFC at Samarinda, Product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for KFC at Samarinda. Brand Image, Halal Label, and Product Quality simultaneously significantly influenced purchasing decisions for KFC at Samarinda. The results of this study are expected to be an evaluation for culinary business developers to understand better the characteristics of their consumers and what they need and want. Thus the company will more easily attract the interest of consumers.

The purpose of writing this article is to examine the macroeconomic perspective of the halal industry sector on per capita income in Indonesia. The method used is qualitatively descriptive through the study of literature and literature. The halal industry sector in Indonesia has contributed to GDP based on the field sector. High GDP values support high per capita income through income distribution. There are several sub-sectors of the halal industry that contribute to the Indonesian economy. Recommended to the Indonesian government through the ministries of trade, MSMEs and Cooperatives to continue to support the acceleration of improvement in the realization of halal brands.

This study aims to determine the empowerment of the Muslim Entrepreneur Community to optimize zakat collection through digital fundraising media. The research method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The research data collection was done by using observation, interview and questionnaire methods. The population in this study is a community of Muslim entrepreneurs in Jambi City with a non-probability sampling technique with a sample of 86 respondents. The analytical approach used in this research is SWOT analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. The study result indicates that the efforts to collect zakat carried out by BAZNAS Jambi Province and BAZNAS Jambi City are optimal. However, there are still obstacles faced, such as 1) The paradigm of the people who still pay their zakat directly to the closest people, 2) There is no socialization yet. Directly to MSMEs or Muslim entrepreneur communities in Jambi, 3) Lack of public confidence to pay zakat through digital media. The classification of the optimization of zakat collection through digital media for personal action variables, building relationships and achieving achievements has been very effective.

This study aims to determine how strong the influence of motivation, discipline, salary, and IWE (Islamic Work Ethic) on employee performance (a case study at Wanabiprint Digital Printing Salatiga). The method of data collection was done through distributing questionnaires to Wanabiprint employees. Samples were taken as many as 50 respondents. The results of the t test indicate that motivation has no effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.305 > 0.05 and t count 1.038 < t table 2.014, discipline has no effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.158 > 0.05 and t count 1.437 < t table 2.014, salary has no effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.775 > 0.05 and t count 0.287 < t table 2.014, while IWE (Islamic Work Ethic) affects employee performance with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and t count 4,580 > ttable 2,014. Furthermore, motivation, discipline, salary and IWE (Islamic Work Ethic) have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an f value of 18.050 > f table 2.57 on employee performance. So that these variables have an effect simultaneously.

Results show growt financing sharia banking December 2020 to August 2021 BUS working capital SMEs grew 4.81 percent. UUS investment SMEs grew 0.86, and investment BPRS grew 5.96 percent. Sharia fintech assets fell -0.42 percent, and players fell 10 percent. Certified halal products 2021 grew 2,531.49 percent. Spending on halal industry food sector is 77.23 total other.
