This study aims to determine the development of research on zakat from 2009 to 2021. The articles were obtained using the Publish or Perish (PoP) software on the Scopus database. By scanning using Scimagojr (Q1, Q2, and Q3), this study analyzed 79 articles from 41 reputable journals. In addition, Mendeley software is used to complete article metadata. This study uses a literature review method with bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software. The results of the analysis show that the number of articles on zakat published in reputable journals has increased, especially in the last four years. Then, the keywords that often appear in research on zakat are 'zakat', 'zakat institution', 'Islam', and 'poverty'. Meanwhile, research on zakat with the keyword 'compliance', 'financial inclusion', 'performance', and 'social capital' is still little studied so that it has the opportunity to be researched in the future.

Economic inequality is something that is still visible in a developing country. The wide gap between the rich and the poor is a key factor in causing poverty. The National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) is one of the institutions that aim to collect and distribute zakat funds. In its distribution, BAZNAS formed Kelompok Bina Zakat (KBZ) spread across various regions. The establishment of the KBZ is expected to be a solution to the problem of poverty in Indonesia. This study aims: what is the background of banuayu village and KBZ Program? Can the formation of KBZ be a solution to poverty alleviation? And how the BAZNAS stimulant fund mechanism can develop? This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that there is a significant influence on the formation of the KBZ in poverty alleviation with the assistance of venture capital from the BAZNAS stimulant fund, so that the economy of the community in Banuayu OKUT Village, South Sumatra can live. Then the mechanism is to charge a loan principal return of Rp. 100,000 as a profit sharing from borrowed funds of Rp. 1,000,000.

Qualitative descriptive research was used as research method in this research, with library research approach and some data were obtained from published reports and journals and they were also found on the internet based on the theme of research. If this study classified according to FC Dane theory, which also included in exploratory research, namely research that was conducted to find the cause and effect of an event or events. The object of this study was blockchain technology and the research subject was Islamic banking in Indonesia. The data analysis technique which was used here was the theory of Miles and Huberman method which consisted of data reduction, presentation of data, and conclusion. The results of this research showed that the blockchain with permissioned blockchain type and which was more specifically private permissioned blockchain was the right type to be applied in Islamic banking because it was in line with the regulations related to Islamic banking in Indonesia, with various consideration for applications in the form of smart contract, digital currency, cloud storage, remittances, and smart sukuk. The development of the halal industry has the potential and continues to experience growth and the opportunity to become a country with the largest productive status in the world. However, the development of the halal industry still requires strengthening policies and regulations in optimizing the existing potential and challenges. This study aims to provide an overview of Indonesia's position and the competitiveness of the halal industry in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The method used is descriptive qualitative with an exploratory approach and the research data is processed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the halal industry ecosystem with halal certification and brand image is an important indicator in strengthening competitiveness. Meanwhile, opportunities from the Islamic finance sector, halal tourism, Muslim tourists and market share have great potential in increasing economic growth. On the other hand, Indonesia must overcome challenges related to the low awareness of halal products from the industrial sector and the imbalance in the distribution of halal product supply chain.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of zakat, poverty, unemployment, and income per capita on the human development index in Central Java with economic growth as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data taken from the Central Java Baznas and the BPS website. The data used is panel data, which is a combination of time series data from 2017-2020 and cross section data of 35 districts/cities. The population of this study is in districts/cities in Central Java with saturated sampling. The analysis tool uses eviews 9.0 with regression analysis selected fixed effect model. The results showed that zakat and poverty had a significant effect on HDI, while unemployment and income per capita had no significant effect on HDI. Then zakat and poverty have a significant effect on economic growth, while unemployment and per capita income do not have a significant effect on economic growth. But economic growth has a significant effect on HDI. Then, simultaneously the variables of zakat, poverty, unemployment, and income per capita have no effect on HDI with economic growth as moderating.

The independence of the Regional Government is very important because in Indonesia since 1999 regional autonomy has been applied. However, the achievement of good performance still cannot be fulfilled by all Cities/Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the interrelationships and comparisons between various financial performance indicators in City/Regency Local Governments. All Cities/Regency on the island of Java are the population in this study. A sample of 113 Cities/Regency was taken based on predetermined criteria. A quantitative approach and descriptive analysis of all indicators were used to answer the research questions. The results of this study indicate that the comparison of PAD based on the type of region and regional potential in the five provinces on the island of Java is not evenly distributed. It was also found that the high PAD owned by the City/Regency became a factor supporting the high or increasing the value of other factors such as Total Assets and Total Capital Expenditure. This research is expected to reveal the performance of the City/Regency in terms of PAD and other related factors as an illustration of regional financial independence in the City/Regency.

The industrial revolution 4.0 will have a great impact on the level of competition in the banking industry including Islamic banking in Indonesia. The analysis of the switching behavior of sharia banking customers is very important to do because environmental change factors greatly affect customers’ behavior. This study aims to analyze the switching behavior of Islamic banking customers based on the push-pull mooring factor theory. This study is conducted on Islamic banking customers in Indonesia with the number of respondents of 100 people. This study uses a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire has been tested valid and reliable which is arranged based on strong indicators from the theoretical studies and previous research. Hypothesis test using path analysis proves that customers’ perception of the reward level on deposits/savings, the reputation of Islamic banks, service quality and satisfaction are the factors that influence the switching behavior of sharia banking customers. The results of this study show that customers’ perceptions of the reward level on deposits/savings and the reputation of Islamic banks are the factors that have a very positive effect on customer satisfaction of Islamic banks. Customers’ satisfaction with Islamic bank products and services can be an intervening variable to the Islamic banking customers switching behaviour.
