Penelitian ini mengkaji fungsi teori dan praktik manajemen pembelajaran di era pandemi Covid-19, meliputi kebijakan umum, pelaksanaan, perencanaan, evaluasi, dan penjaminan mutu pembelajaran saat sekolah diliburkan dan dibuka sebagian. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 dan SMK Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu dengan melibatkan kepala SMP Negeri 2 dan SMK Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu masing-masing 1 orang dan 20 guru dari masing-masing sekolah sebagai informan penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi partisipan. Teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman (1989) digunakan untuk memperoleh hasil penelitian yang terdiri dari kegiatan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Untuk validitas dan reliabilitas penelitian ini dilakukan triangulasi, baik data, metode, sumber, maupun teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan umum yang ditetapkan sekolah untuk menyelenggarakan pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 mengikuti aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat dan daerah. Kepala sekolah menginisiasi kebijakan mikro terkait pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi guru serta kemudahan proses belajar siswa.

Adapun aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Google Classroom dan Zoom Meet sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian pada jurnal dan artikel yang relevanc mengindikasikan bahwa pemanfaatan Aplikasi Google Classroom dan Zoom Meet sebagai media pembelajaran berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada SMA Patra Mandiri 01 Palembang. Dalam konteks ini proses belajar mengajar dapat membangkitkan keinginan, daya tarik, motivasi dan merangsang kegiatan belajar mengajar, dan membantu siswa bisa memahami materi pelajaran. Siswa akan termotivasi dengan media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 10 Belida Darat Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 18 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri atas 4 kegiatan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat dari 53,06 (pratindakan) menjadi 64,17 (siklus I ) dan 72,22 (siklus II). Selain peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas, ketuntasan belajar siswa juga meningkat dari 44,44% (pra siklus) menjadi 66,67% (akhir siklus I) dan 94,44 (akhir siklus II).

Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester I tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 selama 4 bulan. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif adalah data yang diperoleh dari hasil tes formatif pada setiap siklus. Sedangkan data kualitatif berupa hasil observasi pada tiap siklus pembelajaran. Data yang diperoleh dikonversikan dengan kriteria keberhasilan untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar siswa dapat diketahui bagaimana peningkatannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Prasiklus nilai rata-rata siswa 59,84 dengan 13 dari 32 siswa yang tuntas meningkat pada siklus I, yaitu 69,38 dengan 17 siswa yang tuntas kemudian pada siklus II meningkat lagi, yaitu 82,81 dengan 28 siswa yang tuntas dari 32 siswa di kelas XI IPA 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu. Persentase ketercapaian KKM juga meningkat dari Prasiklus 40,63%, meningkat pada siklus I sejumlah 53,13% dan meningkat lagi menjadi 87,50% pada siklus II. Kesimpulan upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris materi giving opinion dengan menerapkan model Discovery Learning terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran dengan baik sehingga layak diterapkan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu.

Socialism is an understanding of individual ownership that is regulated and controlled collectively, not limited to individuals or just a handful of groups. The trigger for the birth of socialism is the process of the capitalist system which indirectly creates class levels in society. Socialism first emerged during the industrial revolution of the 18th century in England as a reaction to the injustices that occurred and the exploitation of workers and factory workers. Dissatisfaction and social upheaval also emerged from the socialist group which aimed to fight for the rights of oppressed factory workers. The industrial revolution made the process of producing goods easier and cheaper, thus creating the concept of capital accumulation for certain groups. This ultimately creates polarization in society, namely the employer and worker groups or the bourgeoisie or proletariat. The condition of society when capitalism developed after the industrial revolution attracted the attention of socialist thinkers such as Robert Owen in England and Saint Simon and Fourier in France. This research aims to find out and describe teacher teaching development as an effort to improve the quality of learning at Khalifah Islamic Elementary School, Alang Alang Lebar District. The location of this research was carried out at Khalifah Islamic Elementary School, Kec. Alang Alang Lebar This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this research were teachers at Khalifah Islamic Elementary School, Alang Alang Lebar District. Data collection in this research was carried out by interviews. The analysis technique in this research used the concept of triangulation. The results of this research state that the coaching carried out by the principal in improving the quality of learning at Khalifah Islamic Elementary School, Kec. Alang Alang Lebar is quite good. Based on the findings from the research, it can be recommended that teachers continue to improve their self-quality, improve work performance, school principals are expected to continue to motivate teachers, and make it easier for teachers to increase their knowledge and skills. The results of the research can be used as a reference and input for teachers and school management, especially regarding efforts to improve the quality of teachers in teaching.

Naturalistic philosophy is an approach in philosophy that emphasizes observation and understanding of natural phenomena and human life through a scientific lens. This research aims to explore the importance of learning naturalistic philosophy in the context of the development of knowledge and human understanding of the surrounding world. Learning naturalistic philosophy opens the door to a broad understanding of the interconnectedness between humans and nature. By grasping the basic principles of naturalism, individuals can develop an awareness of the natural processes that shape their existence. This provides a strong foundation for understanding science and technology, as well as strengthening analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Apart from that, the educational philosophy of perennialism means growing with time and being eternal. The view of this philosophy is to believe that the values and morals that develop in society are eternal. The role of this philosophy is to realize the abilities possessed by students as one of the basic potentials. Truth in this school is universal and constant. Educational objectives are material-centered (content-based, subject-centered), one of which is in the discipline of history. Perennialism suggests that the focus of education should be ideas that have survived through the centuries, believing that these ideas are as relevant and meaningful today as when they were written. This article explores the role and conception of socialism in philosophical studies, exploring the roots of thought, theories, values, and concepts underlying socialist ideology. This study discusses the evolution of socialism from a historical perspective and its philosophical consequences on societal, political, and economic structures. The writing method is done by article review. Furthermore, it was found that the solution offered by Islamic Socialism was that Islam had exemplified its values, including love of justice, opposition to oppression, and belief in the macrocosmic transcendence of Allah and microcosmic transcendence of fellow human beings. Modern socialism emerged as a reaction to the plight of the people under greedy liberal capitalism. There is moderate socialism that champions its ideals in a “soft” way, and there is “radical” socialism that seeks to bring about the ideal conditions of society through revolution. Understanding related to socialism in philosophical studies plays an important role in presenting knowledge, especially in Indonesia.
