Absolute stability condition for T-S fuzzy Lurie control systems with Time-varying Delay 时变时滞T-S模糊Lurie控制系统的绝对稳定条件

This paper focuses on the absolute stability of a new class of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy Lurie control systems with Time-varying Delay. By utilizing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) and novel techniques, new Lyapunov functions are defined and a new absolute stability condition is derived in the form of Linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) which is different from existing ones.

Optimized GM (1, 1) based on Romber algorithm and quadratic interpolation method 基于Romber算法和二次插值法对GM(1,1)进行优化

This text analyzed the reason of generating error of GM (1, 1), from the integral calculus angle discrete GM (1, 1). A kind of method putting forward making use of Romberg integral calculus formula and quadratic interpolation method to construct the background value of the model, raised simulation and prediction precision of GM(1,1), and the actual example verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
本文从积分角度分析了GM(1,1)产生误差的原因,提出了一种利用Romberg积分公式和二次插值法构造模型背景值的方法,提高了GM(1,1)的仿真和预测精度,并通过实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Analysis of acupuncture point signal using Wavelet Transform and higher-order statistical method 用小波变换和高阶统计方法分析穴位信号

In this paper, the Wavelet Transform and higher-order statistical methods were introduced to the analysis of the acupuncture point signals and contrastive non-acupoint signals, i.e. the signals acquired from the Lung Channel of Hand-Taiyin (LU), the Pericardium Channel of Hand-Jueyin (PC) and some other contrastive non-acupoints. Then, the bi-spectrum analysis is implemented on the measured signals. The obtained results of the bi-spectrum analysis showed that obvious difference could be found on the magnitude of the bi-spectrum and the distribution in frequency between the acupoint and the contrastive non-acupoint signals. The experiments and analysis show that the meridian system is a channel allowing the electric signals to pass through easily.

The stability of a class of generalized fuzzy Hopfield networks 一类广义模糊Hopfield网络的稳定性

A general dynamical fuzzy neural networks model—fuzzy Hopfield networks is developed, which is based on the fuzzy operator composition of max(V) and weakly continuous T-norms. It is shown that the model is global stable with the Hamming distance, and its equilibrium point (attractor) is Lyapunov stable. At last, a simple efficient learning algorithm —max-weight-matrix learning algorithm is proposed for it.

Blow-Up of solution for G-L type equation in population problem 人口问题中G-L型方程解的放大

In this paper, on foundation of [1–4], to study population problem with extension Ginzbur—Landau type for (1) (3) and more general higher order nonlinear parabolic equation with initial bounded value problem which expresses it in existence, unique for classical solution, and by some method, to study this generalized solution and Blow-up phenomena. We obtain some new results, by means of method in [4] to prove the local degenerative problem with homogeneous Dirichlet's boundary value that on suite condition the solution is symmetry function for radius, then the rate of Blow-Up are same when the solution is Blow-Up in finite time, and consider Blow-Up set.

Digital management model research in Jiuzhaigou National Park 九寨沟国家公园数字化管理模式研究

Rapid tourism development in Jiuzhaigou National Park has challenged the notion of balance between tourist numbers and natural resource management. Jiuzhaigou National Park is one of the most popular natural tourist attractions in China. The current issues faced are threefold; how to manage the number of tourists accumulating in each of the scenic areas of the national park, how to expand the carrying capacity of the entire national park, and how to explore and develop high quality services to enhance tourist satisfaction. In Jiuzhaigou, the recently applied “Information Technology Tourism Management Model” has aimed to mitigate these problems and has proved to be highly effective. In this paper, the background and the conceptual framework of the new ‘Digital Management Model’ is discussed as well as the main technologies and functioning of each key element within the system, whilst drawing upon real-life examples.

An improved particle swarm optimization using best neighbor with worst particle and its application in soft-sensor of gasoline endpoint 一种改进的最近邻最差粒子粒子群算法及其在汽油端点软测量中的应用

This paper proposes out a variation of particle swarm optimization with best neighbor and worst particle (BNWPPSO). In BNWPPSO, some particles will be constructed as new neighbors of each particle and the best one of them will have influence on the behavior of the particle. The update formula of position is modified also to balance the local search ability and global search ability more efficiency. The worst particle of the swarm will be re-randomized at every generation to prevent premature convergence of PSO. BNWPPSO is investigated by several benchmark problems, the results show that BNWPPSO performances better than traditional PSO. Furthermore, BNWPPSO is applied to train artificial neural network to construct a soft-sensor of gasoline endpoint of crude distillation unit. The results show that the model constructed by BNWPPSO is feasible and effective.

Setting lead-time in project manufacturing environment based on CCPM 在基于CCPM的项目制造环境中设定交货期

To reduce lead-time of a product in the project manufacturing environment while improving on time completion rate, a new approach based on CCPM to setting lead-time is developed. After analyzing the features of project manufacturing, it is concluded that current methods of setting lead-time usually don't perform well for project manufacturing. For the project manufacturing has the same features as a project, incorporated CCPM, a four step approach which involves defining a project, identifying critical chain, setting buffers and constructing the project plan, to set lead-time is proposed. A simulation experiment indicates that the proposed approach outperforms CPM.

In view of the current voting inconvenience and wireless electronic voting existing insecurity, the key of the system is to solve the wireless e-voting problems. The system can be quickly used to set up a wireless network in a conference hall which can support nodes to join and exit the network freely and it can prevent the illegal status from entering. It can support multiplayer voting and reflect their true will maximally.

The system can be quickly used to set up a wireless network in a conference hall which can support nodes to join and exit the network freely and it can prevent the illegal status from entering.
