The prolonged COVID19 pandemic situation that began in 2019 has become a phenomenon that affects many aspects of life, including habits, behavior, and space requirements in residential facilities. A form of change that can feel is increasing or decreasing space based on its zoning. Both public and private areas have their roles in building function. Even the spatial preferences are transformed spatially. This need is undoubtedly a particular concern that needs to be considered in its approach to a dwelling with limited land. This study analyzes the forms of changes in space requirements in public, semi-public, semi-private, service, and private areas in a residential facility on limited land to produce recommendations for processing spatial configurations between areas. The research was conducted through an exploratory, descriptive approach by identifying user needs before and after the pandemic and then reviewing the relevance of the theory of spatial relations. In addition, experimental methods are used to find and respond to the utilization and division of space in dwellings on limited land. The need for housing, especially on limited land, remains a top priority for people with middle to lower economic levels. Efforts to fulfill this can only be achieved by housing ownership with limited land. However, this is contrary to the availability of land whose space capacity is not sufficient to meet the needs. The architectural solution is : vertical development strategy, create public awareness to have a healthy dwelling becomes an obligation, adjusting economic value preferences or expenses need to be invested wisely by considering appropriate building development strategies while maintaining health, function, and aesthetics, and Spatial configuration in responding to a pandemic is essential, namely through an organization or spatial arrangement. With the processing that is carried out, it can create a more effective and efficient spatial organization and provide a better quality of life, health, and psychology.

The Malioboro area of Yogyakarta is one of the main tourist destinations in Yogyakarta, which has the potential for the rapid development of regional structural patterns. Its strategic location in the city center and the presence of historic buildings and first-class shopping centers in the area attract tourists and investors to build in the Malioboro area. On the other hand, Malioboro Street is the philosophical axis of Yogyakarta City which has also been designated as a Cultural Conservation Area. The pattern of regional structure development based on building mass and linkage in this area is the focus of this research. Changes in the Typology of this area were analyzed using a comparative method by comparing data on patterns of building mass and linkage from different 4-year periods. This study aims to find out how the pattern of changes in the typology of buildings in the Malioboro area and its influence on the role of the Malioboro area as a cultural heritage area. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Typology of building mass and form changes in the Malioboro area there are five types, namely the gradual addition of building mass, the sudden addition, the reduction in building mass (total loss) and the change in the shape of the building without changing the building mass. Meanwhile, from the linkage typology, there is no change in the road network pattern from the 4 study year periods. Changes in building typology in the Malioboro area tend to be close to the Beringharjo market, while there is no change in building typology for the Agung building. However, near another historical building, namely the Vredeburg fort, there are indications of an additional building mass on the east side of the building. Its also that changes in the typology of buildings in this area are influenced by the location of the building on the road class .This needs to be considered so that policy references or directions can be given to control developments in cultural heritage areas.

Mental health issues are frequently ignored and overlooked by society because they cannot be physically expressed. Furthermore, this perception has long been entrenched in the Malaysian society as the stigma against individuals who suffer from this problem remains at the same level even though awareness about mental health issues has spread significantly. Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate the relationship between emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and psychological well-being among counseling clients in one of the government agencies in Pahang, Malaysia, during the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of 157 counseling clients answered the questionnaire. SmartPLS was used to evaluate the data content of the questionnaire and test the research hypotheses. The results of the analysis yielded several significant findings. First, there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence (i.e., self-awareness, social awareness and emotional receptivity) and spiritual intelligence. Second, there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological well-being. Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and psychological well-being. Fourth, there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and psychological well-being. The findings of this study confirmed the important role of spiritual intelligence as a mediating variable in the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological well-being. Furthermore, the findings of this study can be used as essential recommendations to help practitioners understand the diversity of perspectives on the construct of emotional intelligence and develop a spiritual intelligence management plan in counseling sessions to help those with mental issues achieve and maintain their emotional well-being in daily life.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced teaching and learning to be conducted online. Without proper preparation, students and academicians face various challenges, which may cause stress and drop out. Thus, this study was conducted to determine factors influencing students' satisfaction and intention to continue studying online. Three factors were hypothesized to influence satisfaction, namely the lecturer's performance, students' interaction, and course content. The study also examined the moderating role of internet connection on the relationship between satisfaction and continuance intention. Using purposive sampling, data were collected from undergraduate and postgraduate students. A total of 305 questionnaires were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The result of the analysis indicated that all three proposed factors are significant in influencing students' satisfaction, and satisfaction impacts continuance intention. Internet connection on the other hand moderates the relationship between satisfaction and intention. These findings have broadened the knowledge on the factors of students' satisfaction and continuance intention to study online during the pandemic. This study is among a limited number of studies available exploring the role of internet connection in the context of online learning. The study provides insights to academicians, higher learning institutions and policymakers on the continuance of online learning during and post-pandemic.

The determination of the inter-state border in Peninsular Malaysia is done through the process of allocation, delimitation, demarcation, and documentation. This process was organized by the Joint Boundary Committee (JBC) with the involvement of several agencies from the state and federal governments, coordinated by the Ministry, starting in 1993. This study analyzes the interaction of JBCs in decision-making and the effectiveness of rules-in-use of JBC formation. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, participant observations, and document reviews and then analysed using the Institutional Analysis and Development Framework (IAD) based on content analysis. The rules-in-use in the establishment of the JBC include position rules, boundary rules, choice rules, aggregation rules, scope rules, information rules, and pay-off rules that cannot direct interaction effectively. For enhancement, a configuration of seven types of rules can be used because the analysis results show that seven types of rules have found significant weaknesses in establishing existing JBCs. Therefore, the implementation of the IAD will effectively coordinate the management and administration of the JBC in making decisions to expedite the inter-state border delimitation and demarcation in Peninsular Malaysia in line with the 16th goal of the Sustainable Development Goals.
