Enhanced Object Detection and Tracking Algorithm in Complex Videos 复杂视频中增强的目标检测与跟踪算法

An enhanced algorithm to track objects in complex video scenes is developed and presented in this paper. A single Gaussian method is proposed to detect the object and also a mean-shift color based algorithm is applied to achieve the appropriate tracking of the detected object. The centroid detection via k-mean clustering is implemented to reduce the number of bins, which is important to extract the N centroid for the clustering process. After producing the algorithm of the proposed method, system implementation has been done through the MATLAB and developed coding was practiced at different videos and results achieved as it is provided in testing part.

Performance Analysis of Cloud Storage Using Chunking Algorithm 基于分块算法的云存储性能分析

The reduction of storage utilization and handling data replication in the backup environment efficiently which was introduced by the emerging technology called Data de-duplication. The Chunk is a method of breaking data into multiple pieces and each chunk has the unique hash identifier for identification. To check data duplication the hash identifier of a chunk is checked with the previously stored chunk. It increases the efficiency of cloud storage. This project proposes a performance analysis of Rabin based chunking and Rapid Asymmetric Maximum (RAM) chunking using throughput. Process considers the case study of population dataset in which the state and district are considering the parameter to perform chunking and to analyze the de-duplication.

Analysis Of Voltage Profile, It's Issues And Mitigation Techniques Used In Western Regional Grid Of India 印度西部电网电压分布、问题及缓解技术分析

Indian power system having an interconnected grid network. There are five regional grids in India. From these regional grids paper analyse western regional grid in terms of voltage stability. This paper describes about present voltage profile scenario, reactive power compensation, EHV network, voltage issues i.e. high voltage which are continuously occurring day by day in system. So, we analysed the voltage profile and its issues on 400kV EHV and 765kV UHV network present in the western regional grid. To mitigate this voltage stability issues in the real present network describing a reactive power compensation in the system and conclude that the best compensation in the system.
