INTRODUCTION: Infertility, a reproductive health condition prevalent among one in every four couples in the developing countries, is a neglected problem. In this era of exponential industrialization and global changes, lifestyle disorders like infertility are on the ri se. It is estimatedthat infertility affects 8 to 12 per cent of couples worldwide. overall IVF pregnancies are often seen as risky mainly due to multiple gestations. However, even singletonART pregnancies are associated with increased incidences of preterm birth, low birth weight, small-for-gestational-age (SGA) infants, and obstetric complications such as preeclampsia, placental abruption, and placenta praevia. While there are many studies that compare pregnancies after assisted reproductive techniques with spontaneously conceived pregnancies, fewer data are available that evaluate the differences between IVF and ICSI-conceived pregnancies. The aim of our study was to compare adversepregnancy outcomes in IVF and ICSI cases and how they vary depending on age factor. METHODS: This retrospective cohort study was conducted at Radhakrishna multispeciality hospital and IVF center, Bangalore during January 2013 to January 2019. A total of 667 of which 434 were IVF and 233 ICSI cases were done. 263 cases were pregnancy positive out of which 149cases underwent conventional IVF and 114 cases underwent ICSI. These cases were divided into three groups depending upon age factor. Outcome variables included maternal parameters: i.e., age; gravity;duration of infertility, pregnancy complications such as abortions, ectopic pregnancy, multiple pregnancies, pregnancy-induced hypertension, preeclampsia, prematurerupture of membranes, gestational diabetes mellitus, IUGR and preterm labour; antepartum hemorrhage and fetal parameters: i.e., gestational age; low and very low birth weight, meconium aspiration syndromeand need for NICU admission. RESULTS: In the study among those who had IVF pregnancy, there was no significant association between causes and Age distribution. however, a greater number of ICSI cases were done for male factor infertility. In IVF group, there was significant difference in Biochemical Pregnancy, Gestational DM, Pre-Term Labour, Oligo Hydramnios and Poly Hydramnios with respect to age distribution. I.e., all the above-mentioned complications were significantly high in mothers in the age group 30 to 40 years compared to other age groups. There was no significant difference in other complications with respect to age distribution. In ICSI group, there was significant difference in Biochemical Pregnancy with respect to age distribution. I.e., Biochemical Pregnancy were significantly high in mothers in the age group 30 to 40 years compared to other age groups. In the study there was significant difference in Preterm birth and NICU admission in IVF group with respect to age distribution. I.e., Preterm birth and NICU admission were highest in the age group 30 to 40 years mother. CONCLUSI

Background: Adolescence is marked by puberty which is one of the characteristics of women with the occurrence of menarche or the first menstruation as a sign of maturity of the sexual organs and the achievement of the ability to reproduce. Menstruation is periodic bleeding that occurs from the uterus which starts about 14 days after ovulation periodically due to the detachment of the uterine endometrial lining Objective: To identify the experiences of Papuan adolescents during menstruation in Jayapura City . Methods: This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The number of participants there are six people who participated in this study were selected using purposive sampling method with data collection techniques with in-depth interviews with unstructured interviews. Results: This study found five themes, namely (1) adolescent view of menstruation as a sign of puberty, (2) complaints that are felt during menstruation, (3) fear of adolescents experiencing menstrual changes, (4) adolescent self-care during menstruation, (5) traditions during menstruation. Conclusion: Teenagers understand when they are menstruating and how to take care of themselves. Teenagers' perceptions of menstruation affect attitudes and behavior during menstruation and their reproductive health. So, it is advisable to provide education related to menstruation so that teenagers do not easily believe in information that is not certain the truth like rumor or other suggestion from media. Background: Pelvic fibromatosis or desmoids tumor is an uncommon benign mesenchymal tumor that usually involves the vulvo-vaginal area in women of reproductive age, which are slow growing and painless mass. Case Report: A 70-year post-menopausal woman from Asmara presented with genital swelling which grows gradually over 15 years. She had history of trans-abdominal hysterectomy for abnormal uterine bleeding before 20 years. She had also history of right sided body weakness due to cerebro-vascular accident for the last10 years. She had no known chronic diseases such as hypertension or diabetes mellitus. On physical examination, she is a wheelchair patient with right sided hemiplegia and old midline abdominal scar. On genitourinary examination, patient had a large, about 20x18cm, non-tender, irregular, nodular mass, that hangs from the right side of the labia majora to the level of one third of upper thigh. She had also multiple nodular lesions around the ano-genital area. Different laboratory baseline investigations revealed normal finding. She was operated on 30/10/2022 and a 4kg vulvar mass was resected with right partial hemi-vulvoctomy and sample was sent for pathology which revealed fibromatosis. She was discharged with full improvement and currently on follow-up for possible recurrence. Conclusion: This is reported for its rarity and its enormously large size, slow growing and non-invasive nature. Besides, this was atypical being in a postmenopausal woman, and it’s important to highlight that desmoids tumors should be included in the differential diagnosis of any vulvar mass. She was managed with surgical intervention as it was extremely big. Enhancing community and health professionals’ awareness on similar health problems is crucial for early intervention of similar r conditions.

The participation of the hypothalamic-hypophysial neurosecretory system (HHNS) in fish reproduction using light, electron microscopy and immunocytochemistry was established by ecologo-histophysiological studies for the first time in the world literature. At the beginning of passing fish migrations a violation of the HHNS basic osmoregulative function, causing habitat change is revealed. Simultaneously the HHNS causes the neurotropic effect on the central nervous system (CNS) arousal in the form of a dominant state of "Migration impulse." At the beginning of spawning, HHNS also initiates spawning behavior and completes it by participating in the body's protective-adaptive reactions to natural physiological stress. The functional role of the HHNS in fish reproduction is to initiate energy-intensive (reproductive) processes of migratory and spawning behaviors and to complete spawning by suppressing the hyperactivity of target glands, which ensures the body's transition to energy-saving plastic exchange. The analysis of the key role of the HHNS in the integration of fish reproduction by the self-regulation principle has allowed the development of a constructive working scheme. New biotech methods of managing breeding time, rates of survival and growth of valuable fish species were developed on this basis. They are presented in the form of 10 inventions. To stimulate sex maturation, drugs of isolated anterior and posterior pituitary lobes were developed and introduced in sturgeon industry, increasing the extent of their fish-breeding use by 15% and saving the pituitary up to 40%. To delay puberty, a method of industrial fish breeders reservation in the critical salinity habitat of 4-8%, both in seawater and in table salt solutions has been developed. On this basis, a full-system method of sturgeon and salmon fish populations reproduction, covering all stages of farm biotechnology has been developed. It is carried out by mass breeders reservation in sea cages, obtaining there offspring and, after the river fish-farm growing youngs to their readiness for migration, the final cultivation them in sea cages gardens till large life-resistant youngs. For the implementation of the proposed industrial biotechnology and year-round fish farming a new installation of recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) hatcheries and farms was developed by means of the off-season underground conditioning of fish cultivation habitat and by the principle of natural-industrial engineering ecology. Due to the general aim ‒ increasing the efficiency biotechnology of reproduction and logical relationships, all developments are integrated into the system of biotech management of fish population reproduction.

The participation of the preoptic-postneurohypophysial neurosecretory system in fish breeding was shown by histomorphological, immunohistochemical and electronicmicroscopical researches. The activation of discharge of nonapeptide neurohormones into blood circulation from posterior neurohypophysis at the beginning of spawning, with the following decrease of functional activity of system after it are revealed in every lumpsum (simultaneous) spawning fishes idependently of its season (for example: Acipenser, Lota, Oncorhynchus). The similar reaction of neurosecretory system is observed morphologically also under the conditions of experimental stress–the containing of the adult acipenseridae fish in hypertonic medium. The diphasic reaction of neurosecretory system conforming to stages of an alarm and a resistance of stress, is considered to be the reflection of participation of neurosecretory system in protective-adaptive reactions of an organism to a physiological stress arising at breeding period of lumpsum spawning polycyclic fishes. At monocyclic species at once after spawning there becomes the blockage of function of releasing of neurohormones from posterior neurohypophysis corresponding to supernatural inhibition of system at disstress. The functional role of nonapeptide neurohormones in breeding and the possibility of constructive usage of representation about the spawning as a physiological stress are discussed on the basis of analysis of morpho-functional mechanisms of participation of neurosecretory system in this process.

Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) represents a disorder that takes place secondary to the deficiency of the adrenal enzymes, most commonly 21 hydroxylases (21OH) along with the commonest autosomal recessive condition in humans. In case of milder non canonical type (NCCAH), normal quantities are generated at the cost of adrenocorticotropic hormone quantities that in turn results in Clinical hyperandrogenism that gets presented from childhood via early adult period. A remarkable resemblance of signs along with symptoms with those of Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Hence NCCAH constitutes a significant differential diagnosis, in case of women manifesting acne, hirsutism, menstrual aberrations along with infertility

Institutionalism has been studied from an isomorphic approach, which supposes the reflection of state policies in institutional procedures, as would be the case of flexibility (intensive division of labor), informality (runaway job protection) and multilateralism (process synchronization). The objective of this article was to specify a model for the study of the phenomenon, by establishing the reliability and validity that measures three of the dimensions in question. A non-experimental study was carried out with a non-probabilistic selection of 100 teachers, administrators and students from a public university in central Mexico subject to certification processes. From a structural model it was found that flexibility was established as the reflecting factor of the new institutionalism construct, recommending the contrast of the construct that was explained by three factors up to of its variance.

In this regard, a detailed definition of the criminal-legal limits of the practical implementation of healing methods within the framework of traditional medicine should be determined not only at the level of medical rules, but also in the relevant, in our case, criminal legislation. The article describes the practical methods of healing in the framework of traditional medicine, such as herbalism, the use of mineral waters and therapeutic mud, bloodletting, folk hygiene, etc. It is also noted that healing based on folk medicine methods can be socially harmful. Accordingly, the criminal legal limits of the implementation of appropriate medical manipulations on the basis of Russian criminal legislation are considered here.
