This paper aims to discuss the concept of state institutions in the Qur’an, especially by using Maudhu’i’s Interpretation studies. This writing uses a qualitative method with a library research approach and places more emphasis on the interpretation of the verse, Asbabun Nuzul, and the Mufradat study. Islam regulates all aspects of life, including the leadership and governance of a region. A state institution is a management system established by the government to regulate and manage a country. In the Al-Qur’an there are several verses relating to the term state, but the concept of a state according to the Qur’an whwn it is associated with the meaning of a state that is identical with territorial boundaries and the presence of residents who inhabit it is in the term al-Balad. The meaning of Balad in its editorial is divided into three of them, namely al-Balad, al-Bilad, and Baldah. All three have different meanings, but in general, all of these words point to a place. In Islam, the power or authority of the government is not absolute. Therefore several principles must be upheld and implemented by the goverment itself.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the tahfiz league program in Improving the Quality of Memorization of the Qur'an at the Jabal Rahmah Mulia Education Foundation Medan which includes, implementation, evaluation to supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis with the stages of data selection, data presentation, and data verification. Test the validity of the data by researchers using data triangulation, methods and time as well as extending the participation of researchers. The results of this study concluded that the implementation of the tahfiz league program was well planned and organized with technical evidence from the results of the study namely 1) Implementation was carried out according to schedule and structured 2) Evaluation was carried out routinely and in stages, namely a daily, weekly, monthly and annual assessment system 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors.

This study aims to determine the linkages between educational research and Islamic education in Indonesia. The method used in this research is (library research), also known as the data collection method, by understanding and studying theories from various readers related to this research. Islamic religious and ethical education plays an important role in shaping the character of primary school students. To achieve this goal, it’s important to ensure that the material taught in textbooks covers higher cognitive aspects, called higher order thinking skills (HOTS). The purpose of this study is to analyse Islamic religious education and morals textbook for grade 4 elementary school students from the HOTS perspective. The research method used a qualitative approach with document analysis techniques. General textbook used to study Islamic religious teachings and practices for elementary school students were identified and analysed. The focus of the analysis was to find activities that encourage students to think critically, analyse, evaluate and create. The results of the analysis showed that most of the contents of the textbook studied were still not fully in line with the application of HOTS for grade 4 students. Although some questions require general thinking, the proportion of questions is still limited. In addition, some aspects of HOTS such as analysis and evaluation are often not emphasized in the textbook studied. The recommendations of this study can be used by textbook writers, teachers, and education stakeholders to design textbooks that more effectively promote HOTS among students.

This study aims to reveal the participatory-based Islamic religious education learning system at SMA Negeri 1 Parepare. A qualitative approach with a case study research method was used to answer the research problem. Data collection techniques used participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation review. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Huberman interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification/ conclusion drawing. While testing the validity of the data is done through credibility (trustworthiness), dependability (dependability), confirmability (certainty), and transferability (transferability). The results of this study indicate that in the context of learning Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri 1 Parepare has been based on participatory, marked by the activeness of students by using the student centered approach paradigm which is the basis of participatory learning. In its implementation, participatory learning provides space for students to actively participate in learning by using a scientific approach using the 5-M principle of questioning, trying, reasoning, associating, and creating.

In the social learning educators and students must be required to be active in all learning activities by seeking learning activity through the practice of working on it, not enough through reading activity only. The process of learning with such a model, came to be known social constructivistic learning. The author is interested in reviewing further the learning paradigm in particular the paradigm of exploring social constructivism in the Zaid Sulaiman al-'Udwan’s book. This study found that the basic concepts of social constructivism, al-'Udwan relied on Vygotsky's theory of social constructivism, a process in which students' internal knowledge is modified in response to social and personal interactions. And the concept develops from the concept of al-Lughah, Al-Biah al-Ijtima 'iyah, Tafawudiyah, and Hayz al-Numuw al-Mumkin. Whereas the principles of the theory of social constructivism are learning to rely on individual and group methods, Focus on building concepts and meanings through social processes, learning is based on organizational methods, the negotiation process is the basis for generalizing, principled social constructivism. And the role of educators is encouraging independence and accepting students' initiatives and motivating students to be active in conducting discussions with educators and between students.

This study aims to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of learning media to increase student motivation, interest and learning outcomes. This research was conducted at MAN Pekalongan because the learning activities carried out at the madrasa, especially for the Al-Qur'an Hadith class X, some of them still used traditional methods and some of them used media but were limited to Microsoft PowerPoint so that it still seemed less effective. This type of research uses research and development methods (Research and Development) with the Addie development model. The samples taken were class X students of the Department of Science and Social Sciences at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Pekalongan. The data used is the value of the results of the pre test and post test then analyzed using the t test. The results of the study show that the android-based learning media used has a high level of effectiveness or success. High increase in interest and motivation results in high student learning outcomes as well, this is indicated by the average score of students' test results increasing 88% from 45.67 to 86.

The purpose of this research is to find out the historical approach in Islamic studies. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of library research or library research, namely sourced from the works of the library, whether in the form of scientific articles, books, and so on. Of course, this research is expected as education and literacy for readers. Remembering this historical approach is very important in understanding religion, because religion itself descends from concrete situations and is related to social conditions. With this approach we will be shown the actual state of an event. Someone who wants to study a deeper understanding of the Qur'an or the events that accompanied the revelation of the Qur'an needs to be equipped with a historical approach to Islamic studies. The purpose of using the historical approach is to reconstruct past events objectively and systematically, by collecting, verifying, evaluating, and synthesizing evidence to explain the facts so that strong conclusions can be obtained. The results of this literature review show that, the large number of Muslims who only know Islamic texts but do not know how it relates to history and life in society indicates the need for an approach and methodology that explores the relationship between texts and human experience and culture through a historical approach. By taking a historical approach, a reviewer will be shown the actual situation regarding an event related to Islamic studies.

Children are a gift from Allah Swt. to be cared for, raised and cared for with love so that one day they become perfect human beings, useful for religion, nation and state. Through education, children are expected to maximize their potential. Elementary school education in general is education that is held to encourage the growth and development of children as a whole, both from the aspect of intelligence and personality. The purpose of this study was to examine the level of children's speaking skills through the storytelling learning model at SDI Nurul Amin Rek Kerrek. The research method uses a qualitative type with a case study approach. There were 10 research subjects consisting of 4 men and 6 women. Data sources are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques through observation and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles-Huberman analysis which consists of data reduction, data display, and plotting. The results of the study show that the Storytelling learning model can improve children's speaking skills at the elementary school level.

The remarkable progress of contemporary technology has a significant impact on the advancement and maturation of a child. It is important for a parent to guide their children to activities and positive behavior in accordance with the basis of Al – Qur’an, and hadits. This study employs an analytical-descriptive approach, which falls under the category of descriptive research. It involves analyzing and interpreting the historical account of Hadith No. 495 from Abu Dawud, attributed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The result of this study is that parents have a great responsibility in teaching and guiding their children to pray according to ages described in the hadits. in addition, it takes the rule of parents as strict guides in the matter of praying for children, even the parents feel the need to give a blow to the child’s rejection and defiance, the action is permissible. Of course, the punches given are educational punches, do not injure and do not have the potential to cause damage bones and teeth. Parents are also ordered to separate the beds for boys and girls when they are 10 years old.
