Aircraft accidents have become a serious problem that is difficult to solve despite all efforts made by governments, regular bodies and others to solve the problem. However, the danger is constantly increasing as it causes the loss of hundreds of thousands of lives. It affects millions of people around the world. Transportation in all its forms by land, sea and air, public or private, is one of the main pillars for the development and growth of people and societies. Therefore, accidents that occur by means of transportation in all their forms must be avoided, which is a cause for concern and threatens the safety and health of transportation. The right to life is one of the fundamental human rights that no one has the right to violate. Preserving human life and soul is one of the purposes of the Sharia. Islamic Sharia considers assaulting and killing an innocent person a major crime and a great sin, making the amount of punishment necessary for the perpetrators of premeditated murder. This research deals with the subject of the provisions of aircraft accidents in light of Islamic jurisprudence. In this research, an analytical and descriptive approach was used. Researching this issue is necessary because most traffic accidents result in material or non-material damages. And the need to know the legal provisions of those who commit these incidents directly or indirectly. As a guarantee of physical and physical damage, the nature of this guarantee and who is responsible for it or to whom it goes. In this research, I seek to explain the concept of aircraft accidents, the causes of aircraft accidents that are different, and the provisions of aircraft accidents whose ruling differs due to the intent of the perpetrator. If it is an unreliable accident, it is not guaranteed, and if it is an unreliable accident due to the failure of the commander, it is guaranteed. And if it is approved, it is considered premeditated murder, and retaliation is required for it. At the end of the article, I explained the ruling on hijacking planes, that it is the same as the crime of spearing. Its rulings explained its punishment in the light of Islamic jurisprudence.

This study aims to shed light on the non-traditional tools of monetary policy that have emerged greatly in Algeria after the deterioration of financial conditions and in light of the failure of traditional tools in the 2008 crisis. Central banks are curbing the crisis by means of non-traditional monetary policy tools, especially the policy of quantitative easing and monetary issuance. After that, the study concluded that the Algerian central banks were unable to address this crisis through their traditional tools. In their response to the financial crisis, especially in developed countries, they have developed new tools based on modern economic principles; these tools were called non-traditional; the effect of the continuous homogeneity in the use of non-traditional tools in the Algerian economy to address the goals and causes and the deterioration of the prevailing conditions. The research aims to examine the effects of using non-traditional tools to address the crises experienced by the Algerian economy.

East is one of the great geographical areas of human life that is rich in culture and has been a reservoir of knowledge and rival at various times; As Europeans' acquaintance with its sciences has led to the formation of the Enlightenment in Europe, the West has reached a stage of scientific progress and to its sense of pride and self-esteem, ignoring the rich past of the East, and to embody the East, and to establish the East and the East. It was based on the above that the paper examined the concept of Orient in Oriental discourse and analyzed it in a descriptive-analytical way. So the key questions are how the West's view of the distant past has been about the East, and why have they turned to false images instead of the actual image of the East? What is the role of Orientalist discourse in presenting negative images of the East? And what contribution did this Orientalist discourse have in colonizing the East? As the findings of this study show, the West has been trying to make self-esteem self-sufficient and overlooking the transcendent features of the East. It was, therefore, the view that, with the expansion of Orientalism and the creation of binary oppositions, he made the East a lower position, defining the good and the East with ugly attributes, and provided a false image of the East so that it could control and control the East.

Nowadays, the development of the Internet makes it easy for Chinese teenagers to know something about sex. And teenagers begin to be curious and concerned about sexual detail because of physiological maturation in adolescence. However, sex education is a sensitive area for some parents, so that Chinese parents often interrupt or accuse teenagers when they have some issues about sex. The late data shows that when parents responded by avoiding the question about sex in families, the teenager will have a negative attitude toward sex. The purpose of this study that makes Chinese parents realize the importance of sex education in families first. In addition, Chinese parents need to actively change their ways and to conduct systematic and scientific sex education for children in families. It will be so helpful that teenagers can grow up healthily. The pertinent literature was collected and analyzed in the electronic database, so we think about sex education in Chinese families today based on the theory of Satir’s Iceberg. Therefore, parents that have children in adolescence should transform their views and coping styles so that real sexual values will be sent to teenagers in a healthy way.

On June 10, 2022, an attack at a barbeque restaurant in Tangshan, China, triggered considerable public concern on the Internet and drew the utmost attention from departments responsible for relevant matters. The case advanced swiftly and yielded the best possible outcomes with the collaboration of numerous parties. The 2022 restaurant attack in Tangshan is a successful illustration of how the interaction between new mainstream media and self-media supervision of public opinion can contribute to the resolution of social issues. It can provide references for the efficient resolution of future social issues. Based on the framing theory, this research studies the highly-searched posts by netizens and People's Daily's official posts on Weibo through comparison and content analysis. After analyzing the reporting rules, focuses, and impacts of both official and self-media, it is concluded that the new mainstream media and self-media public opinion supervision each have their own benefits and drawbacks. The two complement one another in revealing social issues, thereby boosting cooperation between the government and the people, which is helpful for enhancing the effectiveness of the departments responsible for related matters and supporting the harmonious development of society.

The meaning of research about the protection of the Tibetan Plateau does not only include the ecological aspect but also involves the economic benefits. In order to achieve the integration of ecology and economy, it seems to be necessary to search the diverse and useful protection methods. Currently, there are two main kinds of protection strategies for the Tibetan Plateau: top-down protection with the government as the main actor and bottom-up protection with the society as the main actor. This paper is from the perspective of policymakers and attempts to analyse the practical value and actual problems of the two methods through a comprehensive view; that is mainly about capability, deviation, adaptability, economy, and even the influence in international aspects.

Oral folk literature is an indispensable part of the intangible cultural heritage of the Oroqen people. In recent years, the protection and inheritance of Oroqen folk oral literature have achieved some results, but they are still facing challenges due to the extremely small population of this ethnic group and the dying of the ethnic language. This article focuses on the intangible cultural heritage of Oroqen folk oral literature and puts forward sustainable and specific suggestions on its protection and inheritance by summarizing useful experience and analyzing practical difficulties found in previous research on national mythology, folk songs and national rap.

A nation is a collection of people who have common culture, history and values so that these values can cause cohesion and solidarity among different groups in a country. Transitional factors such as culture and language, common race, common history, religion, etc., play a role in the formation of a nation. These factors are among the things that cause the formation of a nation. A nation-building is a sociological approach that is realized as a result of the fading of ethnic, racial, and gender distinctions. Today, nation-building is used as one of the important tools in different societies for the solidarity and integration of ethnic groups. Various factors play a role in the process of nation-building, and these factors have both strengthening and inhibiting roles. When national-civil nationalism is strengthened in the process of nation-building, the process of nation-building is realized, but with the strengthening of ethnic and religious nationalism, the process of nation-building faces a dead end. Countries that have been able to build a nation have been able to form a single nation by strengthening nationalism. But in countries where there is ethnic and religious nationalism, the process of nation-building faces many challenges. Therefore, the realization of the nation-building process in heterogeneous societies is one of the important tools for the cohesion and solidarity of different ethnic groups, and with the realization of this process, social distinctions disappear, and all citizens enjoy the same privileges and equal rights in a country. In this research, using the descriptive-analytical method, the tools and methods of nation-building in Afghanistan have been examined.

In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have carried out relevant research work on scientific research cooperation, but the social network analysis method is commonly used, and the literature on research cooperation network of local universities is relatively small and lacks a systematic theory. Taking knowledge governance as the basic perspective, we analyze the existing research on scientific research cooperation, carry out the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of establishing scientific research cooperation network in colleges and universities, and take 10 colleges and universities in Fujian Province as samples to explore the existing problems of scientific research cooperation network in local colleges and universities, so as to provide theoretical support and new perspectives for the level of scientific and technological innovation and service capability of colleges and universities to enhance the competitiveness of college education.
