Online learning has changed so that the process of interaction and communication to convey learning material between students and students and students with other students becomes more effective; in this case, a learning innovation known as Hybrid Learning emerges. This study uses a qualitative method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study suggest that effective interpersonal communication helps students build better social skills, such as speaking in public or working in teams. These skills are critical in an increasingly open and collaborative work environment. Hybrid learning-based learning also facilitates the development of creativity in students. Through an open and flexible learning experience, students can gain the ability to think creatively and create new solutions to the problems they face.

Positive psychology (PP) has attracted considerable attention in the education context. Yet, positive emotions have largely been left in the shadows. Given the scarcity of research in the last few years on this front, there is now a greatly expanding body of literature that has offered some useful insight. Interestingly, the advent and introduction of PP, with its underlying theories, the control value theory (CVT) (Pekrun, 2006; Pekrun et al., 2007) and the broaden-and-build theory of emotions (Fredrickson, 2001, 2003, 2006) to applied linguistics sparked the interest of researchers to study positive emotions (e.g., enjoyment, hope, happiness…etc.) in greater detail. As such, it marked a shift in psychology away from an emphasis just on fixing the worst aspects of life and toward creating the best aspects of existence in an attempt to produce a novel understanding of the issue. The present paper is a critical review of a great body of literature on the flourishing of PP in education. The paper also highlights the innovative work inspired by PP in respect of the various aspects of the study at hand. In addition, a brief history of the PP movement is briefly discussed. The chapter also sheds some light on the measurement of emotions as being one of the vexing issues in the science of emotions since instruments, on this front, have been largely lacking.

Reproductive coercion has been the primary focus of research on intimate partner violence against women in regard to reproductive health. While studies have taken a look at whether Intimate Partner Violence makes women more or less inclined to use contraception, not much research has been able to provide a comprehensive analysis of the connection between Intimate Partner Violence and reproductive coercion. This particular direction of research has concentrated its attention on both of these aspects when discussing reproductive coercion. It is significant to analyze these things together because it is important to fully understand the condition of reproductive coercion, reproductive choices, and the consequences that modern women are confronting. As a consequence of the negative effects of reproductive coercion on survivors' mental, physical, and emotional well-being, it is imperative that social workers be able to recognize the signs of Reproductive Coercion and provide effective interventions and advocacy on their behalf. The use of contraception in patriarchal power dynamic societies, the relationship between intimate partner violence and reproductive coercion, and the health outcome for women are all issues that could potentially be explained with the use of feminist theory and the constructionist theory that we proposed.

From 1975 to 1979, The Democratic Kampuchea, or the Khmer Rouge, killed between one and a half to two million people, or twenty percent of the population of Cambodia through starvation, torture, and other means. This period is often cited as prime example of a genocide, yet forty years have passed and only four people have been held accountable for these crimes. In 2003, after years of negotiation with the government of Hun Sen, the prime minster of Cambodia from 1985 until the present, the United Nations and the government of Cambodia decided to establish the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia for the prosecution of the people many believe responsible for the death of over a million people. Yet, from 2003 until the present, as the courts are still in operation, only four people have been prosecuted despite sixteen years and $300 million dollars from the international community.[1] Despite the Cambodian Genocide being a prime example of genocide, the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, or ECCC, has proven to be a complete failure for the millions of dead, and the many millions more who lived through the events, and continue to live with the memory every day. Historians, lawyers, and international scholars have debated the issues surrounding why the ECCC has failed to deliver the promises of justice. Over the course of this paper we will be looking at the historiographic tradition surrounding the Extraordinary Chambers in the Cambodian Courts, dividing the works into two different camps. These two camps differ in their opinion on the fatal flaw with regard to the ECCC. These two camps of thought are, one, that political interference by the authoritarian Hun Sen government has, over the courts ten plus years of existence, used its power to prevent any real progress from being made. The other camp argues that the United Nations 2003 agreement with its international standards of justice does not fit into the national ideal of justice and that hybrid courts that attempt to balance international and national priorities have been flawed since its creation. By providing a detailed analysis of these sources the goal will be to find how the two different camps make their arguments and perhaps how scholars have proposed solutions to the difficulties of the Hun Sen government and the UN to attempt to find justice in Cambodia.

Pessimism is a type of delusion and false imagination in people regarding the occurrence of a disaster or affliction. It is widespread in different regions of Afghanistan, especially in villages and rural areas. pessimism in Afghanistan have many models involving humans, animals, birds, reptiles, beasts, the sun, moon, thunder, lightning, and more. From an Islamic perspective, believing in such pessimism is generally illegitimate, because such beliefs attribute disasters and calamities to other than Allah Almighty, as if these things themselves cause problems. However, considering the famous hadith narrated from the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, pessimism have been created in some creatures by Allah's will, which can sometimes cause hardship for people, such as an evil woman, a horse that harms its rider or others, or a house in which a person cannot find comfort. There are three scholarly opinions on the ruling regarding this type of pessimism: The strongest view is that pessimisms are originally impermissible, but these three were exempted by Allah's will. Therefore, believing in pessimism undermines a Muslim's creed, instills fear and terror in his heart, and prevents him from carrying out many deeds. To remedy this evil phenomenon, Muslims must understand Islam in its true meaning, return to the Quran and Sunnah, have complete trust in Allah, proceed to accomplish the deed they want, supplicate and beseech Allah Almighty to protect them from the evil of Superstitions and false beliefs.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted various aspects of human life, including the dynamics of intimate relationships. In particular, the lockdown and subsequent restrictions have amplified stresses in relationships, triggering a surge in marriage breakdown worldwide. This study aimed to explore the impact of the pandemic on divorce rates in England- London in particular, after the lockdown measures were lifted. Using both qualitative and quantitative research methods, data were collected from divorced people, a literature review and online surveys completed by divorcing individuals or those considering it. The results showed a noticeable increase in divorce cases after the lockdown measures were eased, with many attributing the strain of the pandemic on their relationships as the primary reason for the divorce. Consequently, it is recommended that policymakers and professionals in the legal and mental health sectors recognise these impacts to better understand how to support couples through periods of crises, such as pandemics. The paper concludes by emphasising that more research is needed to understand the long-term effects of the pandemic on relationships in the post-COVID world.

African cities, including Cotonou and Porto-Novo, have experienced an increase in their populations over the past four decades due to migration on the one hand and the services offered by the latter on the other. This requires mass transport for the mobility of urban populations and those on the outskirts of these cities. This research contributes to a better understanding of the risks to which the passengers of public transport provided by minibuses between Cotonou and Porto-Novo are exposed. The methodological approach used is based on documentary research, data collection in the field, data processing and analysis of results. The collection tools used are the observation grid, the questionnaire and the interview guide with 148 people and 21 municipal authorities. SPSS 2.1 was used for statistical data processing. The Excel 2013 spreadsheet, Word 2013 and QGIS software were respectively used for word processing, the creation of graphs and tables and then various maps. The analysis of the results shows that the socio-professional class of minibus public transport passengers between Cotonou and Porto-Novo is made up of workers 33% of the respondents; sellers and resellers of finished products, food (43%); students/pupils (11%) and others (13%) of those questioned. The purchasing power of this target remains weak, which does not allow it to use other means of public transport, which cost more than three times the minibus fare according to this one. Public transport by minibus is, therefore, the preferred method for low-class passengers. In addition, the results of this research reveal four main risks, which are: contamination of communicable diseases, including COVID-19, according to 23% of those questioned; the fall of apprentices or even users/passengers/customers for 24% of respondents; road traffic accidents (47%) and injuries related to discomfort in the seats of minibuses to which 6% of the passengers surveyed referred. Taking into account these risks and the weaknesses identified by this research will improve mass transport services by minibus between Cotonou and Porto-Novo.

As a form of Oroqen oral literature, Mosukun is a cultural treasure of the Oroqen people and an intangible treasure of the Chinese nation. However, due to multifaceted factors, Mosukun is confronted with plights of protection and inheritance. The objective of the study is to explore the phenomena and causes of the plights which Oroqen Mosukun has faced by applying the method of Desk Research as well as providing some advice to improve the situation. The results of the study revealed that dilemmas of passing on Mosukun include the impact of modernity, the lack of inheritors and the alteration of the expression language etc. Under the analysis above, corresponding solutions are proposed for optimization. Adopting modern technology to preserve, expanding the inheritance groups, and cultivating groups of receivers are the available ways to improve the inheritance dilemmas of Oroqen Mosukun and form the continuity of culture.
