Introduction: In Indonesia, in one hour, two mothers die from complications of pregnancy, childbirth and childbirth. Postpartum care is needed during this period because it is a critical period for both mother and baby. With close monitoring and care for mothers and babies during the postpartum period, it can prevent several deaths. This research aims to describe the knowledge of postpartum mothers about the danger signs during childbirth at the Mariana Sukadono clinic in 2019.Method: The method used in the study was a descriptive design and the sample in this study was 30 postpartum mothers who gave birth in this clinic with total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire.Result: The results showed that the level of knowledge of mothers about danger signs during childbirth was more lacking (70.0%).Duscussion: Postpartum mothers are expected to know or seek information about danger signs during the puerperium during their spare time so that they are able to recognize danger signs during the postpartum period that might occur.

Introduction: Many students learn less focus both at home and at school. The results of interviews with 10 students of class X-XI Sorong 4 Public High School, 50% said that the learning system at home is free, not noticed by parents or family members at home, if there is homework, the process is sometimes at home and not rarely done at school, after returning from school usually directly playing with school friends and neighbors. Method: This type of research is analytic descriptive with cross sectional design. The study was conducted in Sorong City High School 4 in February 2020. The population in this study were all students of class X-XI in Sorong City High School 4. The total sample of 74 people with the sampling technique is total sampling. The study was conducted using a questionnaire instrument. The data obtained were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment test, at a 95% confidence level.Result: Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is an influence of parental support, intrinsic motivation and learning facilities on the learning achievement of students of the X-XI class of SMA Negeri 4, Sorong City. Discussion: Children who get full support from parents will be more motivated and motivated to study harder, while children who lack support from parents will feel that they are not useful so that the enthusiasm for learning is absent, and the desire to increase their potential is absent. Parents need to pay attention to children, especially when the child is still in adolescence, this time the child needs attention to find the identity that will take the child in the future. The intrinsic motivation of students is on average good though not good on all the questions asked. Intrinsic learning motivation of students will increase self-awareness to learn well with goals essentially, not only look good or to get attention, and this will have an impact on student achievement well and vice versa. Learning facilities can affect learning achievement, this can be seen from the teaching and learning facilities in school classrooms, tables, chairs, blackboards are well cared for. This situation illustrates that students assume that learning facilities in schools are very important so that together students and teachers take care of existing learning facilities. Likewise, learning facilities at home students have literature books to use when studying on their own.

Introduction..Diabetes erupts relative to the production of insuline deficits which results in an uncontrolled control mechanism of the level of glucose in the body, giving rise to potential complications of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia. These conditions make diabetic patients diabetes stress, great anxiety dangerous to increase blood glucose levels in the body, this is as a management recommended complementary therapy using progressive Muscle Relaxations .. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation on sleep quality and blood glucose levels in diabetMethod. The design of this study was quasi-experimental with pre and post with control groups, for each group consisting of 32 samples with consecutive sampling techniques. Data were analyzed by statistical tests used by the Wilcoxon Sign Range Test and Mann WhitneyU Result. The influence of Progressive Muscle Relaxation on improving sleep quality was very significant there was a difference in intervention 1 in diabets with p = 0.695 (<0.05) and diabetic intervention group p = 0.00 (p = <0.05). and the effect of progressive muscle relaxation on decreasing blood glucose with found differences before and after intervention I in diabetics p = 0.627 (p> 0.05), with differences in intervention group II diabetes p = 0.00 (p <0.05) showed a significant relationshipDuscussion. There is an autogenic relaxation effect on decreasing blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus type. Suggestions for Diabetes Progressive Muscle Relaxitation can control the prevention of complications of lowering / stabilizing blood glucose levels, because muscle relaxation is a simple, easy, economical implementation, not a special tutorial room, it just needs intention , the spirit of optimism to be healthy happy future. Hopefully, people with diabetes are always active in implementing progressive, regular muscle relaxation. And the efforts to remain obedient to control blood sugar while balanced a healthy balanced diet. For the Development of Health Sciences / Researchers The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for data information in finding alternative therapies to control diabetes complications. It is suggested that further research the number of samples is greater in knowing the factors causing comorbidities. Other modifications to complement therapy such as combining music therapy, measuring stress levels, depression, examination (ABI), HBA1C examination

Introduction. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease characterized by increased blood glucose levels or hyperglycemia. Long-term hyperglycemia can cause various complications including neuropathy. Some measures can be taken to prevent neuropathy, such as foot care. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between adherence foot care with the incidence of neuropathy in patients with diabetes mellitus in H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan in 2019.Method. This research is a descriptive correlational study using cross sectional design. The population in this study were all DM patients who came to the Polyclinic disease in H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 44 respondents. Data collection was performed using a foot care compliance questionnaire and a neuropathic event observation sheet.Result. Data analysis with Chi-square test obtained p value = 0.001, which means there is a relationship between adherence of foot care with the incidence of neuropathy in DM patients at H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan in 2019.Duscussion. DM patients can prevent neuropathy by doing regular foot care. Health workers and families can play a role in providing support to patients to improve the independence of doing foot care at home.
