Hemorhoids are one of the most common gastrointestinal disorders found in everyday practice and are often the main differential diagnoses for almost all anorectal complaints. (murdani Abdullah 2014). Hemorhoid in pregnant women is common and is a physiological condition that accompanies pregnancy. Pregnancy will increase the incidence of hemorhoid, where more than 50% of pregnant women encountered this case. The risk will increase by 20-30% after the second pregnancy or more. Surgical treatment of hemorrhoidectomy is an option that must be taken by pregnant women if treatment conservatively fails. (Leliana Carolina; 2014).Goals : Able to perform Midwifery Care on Mrs.S Age 33 Years old Pregnancy age 33 Weeks 1 Day With Hemoroid Pregnancy At Elisabeth Hospital Medan in 2018 by using the varney midwifery management approach and solve the problem if there is a gap between practice and theory in pregnant women.Methods: Based on the case study on Mrs.S, the method used for data collection was primary data consisting of physical inspection appears there was swelling on the nus, the pain.Result: Based on case of Mrs.S with hemorhoids pregnancy done handling for 3 days in Elisabeth Hospital Medan. After handling the pain and giving therapy.Conclution : Midwifery care on Mrs.S with Hemoroid Pregnancy in its execution there is no gap between theory and practice in the field.

Results: from the research found that the physical for the respondents who "walk" with a value of significan sistol 0.03, 0.01, 0.00 pulse diastol.And "rarely relaxed way" with a value of significan sistol 0.05, 0.03, 0.02 pulse diastol.And the resulting percentage to mental "rarely" with a value of percentage of 61.5%, and on the respondents who "often" with a value of percentage of 96.4%, thus found the presence of sports influence stroll against the physical and mental health. Based on worldwide WHO research, there is a maternal mortality of 500,000 lives per year and infant mortality in particular 10 million neonates per year. More than 60% of ectopic pregnancies occur in women aged 20-30 with low socio-economic and live in areas with high prevalence ofgonorrhea and tuberculosis prevalence. In Indonesia the maternal mortality rate is 330/100,000 live births. Maternal mortality is estimated at about 16,500-17,500 per year. One-third of them are due to falling-out services.Goals : Performing a Craving Care in Pregnant Women Mrs.T Age 28 years old G3P1A1 with Disturbed Ectopic Pregnancy using a seven step Varney approachMethods:Using descriptive method with case study approach implemented by author through approach of midwifery management. When a person is able to overcome the excessive burden and does not experience disruption of body function, then the person is not experiencing stress. empathy is the ability to understand what others feel and think which is the ability and skill in facilitating social agreements and successfully navigating personal relationships, it is important for the survival of individuals because it requires accuracy in the perception, interpretation, and response to the emotions of others. Therefore empathy is an important building block for prosocial behavior, or the actions of people taking other benefits. Goals : This study aims to analyze the relationship of nurses work stress with nurse empathy to patients in santa elisabeth field hospital in 2017. Methods : This study used cross-sectional approach with sampling total sampling technique, as many as 29 respondents. Result : Based on statistical test (chi-square) got p value = 0,006 (p <0,06) so there is significant relation between Work Stress With Empathy Attitude Medical Nurses Hospital Surgery Santa Elisabeth Medan Conclution : It is expected that the Hospital holds counseling or seminars on empathy and can give rewards in the form of materials such as praise or awards for nurses who have a sense of empathy. The type of exercise that can be recommended for someone who has a history of type 2 diabetes mellitus is foot gymnastics. Gymnastics is an activity or physical exercise to prevent injuries and help smooth blood circulation of legs and easy to do by many people, this leg aerobic aims to improve blood circulation, strengthen the small muscles in the legs, prevent foot and foot deformities can lower glucose.Goals : The purposed of this study to determine the effect of foot gymnastics on changes in glucose.Methods : The design of this research is pre experiment with one group pre post test designapproach. Sampling technique purposive sampling, with the number of samples of 10 respondents. Measuring tool used is observation sheet and SOP. Data analysis was performed by using Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test with p = 0,008 (<0,05).Result : This shows that there is influence of foot gym on glucose change in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan Environment.Conclution : It is hoped that diabetes mellitus type 2 can perform foot exercises anywhere and anytime as an effort to help improve blood circulation, keeping blood sugar always in a normal state.

Therapeutic communication is the most important factor used to establish therapeutic relationships between nurses and clients.Goals : The purposed of this research to analyze therapeutic communication relationship of nurse with client satisfaction at IGD RS Santa Elisabeth Medan.Methods: This study used a cross-sectional approach with accidental sampling technique of 94 respondents.Result : Based on Fisher's Exact Test with p value = 0,018 <0,05 meaning there is significant relation between therapeutic communication of nurse with Client satisfaction at Emergency Installation of Santa Elisabeth Medan Hospital.Conlcution : To improve the excellent service to clients, it is expected that nurses will apply therapeutic communication and improve their skills to communicate by attending training or seminars.
