1 緒 言 近年,化石燃料の大量消費による地球温暖化や大気汚染 に対する関心が高まっている.自動車分野においては,排 気ガスに含まれる二酸化炭素,窒素酸化物が課題となって いる.日本では自動車 NOx・PM 法や大気汚染防止法が制 定されているが,排ガスの規制は年々厳しくなっており, 今後も続くと考えられる.その中で,自動車メーカーには 経済性や安全性といった消費者のニーズへの対応に加え, 厳しい環境規制に対応できる自動車の開発が求められる. 化石燃料以外を用いた自動車の開発が進み,市販されてい る.しかし,ガソリン以外の燃料を用いる自動車は燃料供 給のためのインフラ整備が進んでいるとは言い難い.その ため,ガソリンエンジンの性能向上,低燃費化は取り組む べき課題であるといえる.また,エンジンの性能は,シリ ンダ内の流れに大きく影響を受ける.そこで 4 サイクルエ ンジンのピストンシリンダ機構を 1 気筒モデル化し,吸気 バルブと排気バルブのタイミングに着目する.それらが吸 気効率やエンジントルクに与える影響を調査した.
1 .近年来,人们对化石燃料的大量消费导致的全球变暖和大气污染的关注度越来越高。在汽车领域,废气中所含的二氧化碳和氮氧化物是一大课题。日本虽然制定了《汽车NOx、PM法》和《大气污染防治法》,但对尾气排放的限制却逐年严格。在此期间,汽车厂商除了要满足消费者对经济性和安全性的需求外,还需要开发能够适应严格环境规定的汽车。使用非化石燃料的汽车正在开发并上市销售。但是,使用汽油以外燃料的汽车的燃料供应基础设施建设还没有取得进展。因此,提高汽油发动机的性能和降低油耗是必须解决的课题。另外,发动机的性能受到气缸内流动的很大影响。因此,将4循环发动机的活塞气缸机构改为1汽缸模型化后,着眼于进气门和排气气门的正时,调查了它们对吸气效率和发动机扭矩的影响。
