2 計測原理と実験方法 2・1 計測原理 (1) 蛍光油膜法(GLOF: Global Luminescent Oil Film) 蛍光油膜法は,蛍光オイルを模型表面に塗布し,塗布され たオイルの流れを観察することで,壁面摩擦応力の面計測を 行う手法である.通風中のオイルの油膜厚さを光学的に計測 し,油膜厚さの時間変化と壁面摩擦応力の関係を表す油膜方 程式から壁面摩擦応力を求める. ∂h ∂t + ∂ ∂X& ' τ&h 2μ − ∂p ∂X& − ρg&1 h2 3μ4 = 0 (i = 1,2) (1) 原理的にはコンピュータービジョンの分野で用いられる Optical Flow技術を適用する.ただし,蛍光油膜法で得られる 値は壁面摩擦応力の相対分布であることに注意を要する. (2) 油膜干渉法 油膜干渉法は,光の屈折を伴う光路長の違いによって生じ る干渉縞を利用し,壁面摩擦応力を定量的に計測する手法で ある.ただし,点計測であるため,本研究では油膜干渉法で 得られた定量値を,蛍光油膜法の基準値として用いる. 2・2 実験方法 蛍光油膜法で使用する蛍光オイルは,粘度 30 cSt のシリコ ンオイルにピーク波長 590 nm の蛍光色素を混合したもので ある.Fig.1 に測定部の概略図を示す.実験はタービン第一段 静翼列を模擬した翼列風洞で行い,主流の平均流速は 10 m/s である.光源はピーク波長 405 nm のパワーLED,撮影はフィ ルタを取り付けた sCMOSカメラを用いた.
2测量原理和实验方法2.1测量原理(1)荧光油膜法(GLOF:Global Luminescent Oil Film)荧光油膜法是将荧光油涂在模型表面,通过观察涂油的流动情况,对墙面摩擦应力进行表面计测的手法。用光学方法测量通风中油的油膜厚度,根据表示油膜厚度随时间变化与墙面摩擦应力的关系的油膜方程,求墙面摩擦应力。ρ g&1h2 3μ4 = 0 (i = 1,2)(1)原理上适用计算机视觉领域使用的Optical Flow技术。但是,可以通过荧光油膜法得到。需要注意的是,数值是墙面摩擦应力的相对分布。(2)油膜干涉法油膜干涉法是利用伴随光折射的光路长度的不同而产生的干涉条纹,定量计量墙面摩擦应力的方法。但是,由于是点测量,所以本研究采用油膜干扰法得到的定数值作为荧光油膜法的基准值。2.2实验方法荧光油膜法使用的荧光油为粘度为30cst的硅油。在油中混合了峰值波长590nm的荧光色素。Fig.1中示出测定部的示意图。实验在模拟涡轮机第一段静翼列的翼列风洞进行,主流平均流速为10m /s。光源为峰值波长405nm的功率LED,成像则采用了安装了遮光罩的sCMOS相机。
