Fibromyalgia is a condition which has widespread musculoskeletal pain with fatigue, cognitive disturbance, psychiatric and multiple somatic symptoms. There is no evidence of tissue inflammation despite symptoms of soft tissue pain. This article deals with clinical presentation of fibromyalgia as well as its approach in clinical repertories which are commonly used like Boreicke repertory and Phatak repertory.

Background: Hair loss, or alopecia, is a common disorder that affects between 0.2-2% of the world's population and have significant impacts on a person's mental and physical health. Normal hair loss on a healthy head is between 50 and 100 hairs a day. Alopecia is a disorder in which the follicles in certain people start losing hair prematurely because they are not healthy, increasing the pace at which hair falls. Alopecia can be caused by poor nutrition, chronic stress, genetics, or other factors, and there are several types, each with a unique cause and symptom. Apart from improving quality of life, using methods like hair treatments or transplants, many homeopathic herbal ingredients are reported useful in managing alopecia and hair fall. Urticaria is a vascular reaction of the superficial portion of the dermis. It is characterized by appearance of erythematous, oedematous papules or plaques known as wheals. The present article is a case report of a 17-year-old male visited to the OPD of Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College and Research Centre with the complaint of eruptions (wheals) on left forearm. After complete case taking and thorough analysis and repertorization using synthesis repertory, Phosphorus 30C was selected and prescribed based on individualization. This article illustrates the beneficial effects of Homoeopathic medicine Phosphorus in the case of Urticaria.

Sensitive scalp is a frequent complaint in the dermatological setting. If no primary lesion is seen and no underlying reason is found, it is diagnosed as pruritus of undetermined origin or as sensitive scalp. Management of scalp pruritis is challenging and no generally accepted strategy exists in conventional treatment. Due to limited efficacy of treatments used for sensitive scalp, homoeopathy can be a safe, cost effective alternative medicine for treatment of this disorder.

Diabetes mellitus is considered as the most important public health threat which has affected millions of people around the globe of all gender, ages, ethnic groups and race. Homoeopathy being a system of holistic approach, there are remedies based on the individualizing characteristic symptoms. In homoeopathic system Galega officinalis mother tincture is one among the antihyperglycemic medicine. Aqueous and ethanolic extract of Galega officinalis showed a hypoglycaemic effect in our research study. Thirty clinically diagnosed cases of T2DM were taken for the study. Most of the patients have got relief both symptomatically and diagnostically Hence, this study shows that Galega officinalis mother tincture is effective in treating type II Diabetes mellitus [1].

Chronic renal failure (CRF) is a progressive and irreversible deterioration of renal functions. Diabetes, hypertension, indiscriminate use of antibiotics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are major contributory factors of chronic kidney disease (CKD) or end stage renal disease (ESRD). (1,2) In modern system, the role of medicinal treatment is very limited while haemo or peritoneal dialysis is cumbersome and expensive. Economic and legal issues limit the possibility of renal transplant and depends on the availability of donor.(3) On the other hand, homoeopathic treatment, if sought at an early stage, can help in maintaining or to some extent reviving renal functions by lowering serum creatinine thereby improving GFR. Gupta et. al. has done some work on the medicinal treatment of this difficult disease and have published the results.(4)

The last case is the case of an lady who had long back nose and its below area eruptions and subsequent ulcers suppressed by Nitric acid 10000CH caused the allergic conjunctivitis and skin allergies with lot of blackish discolurations and itching in whole body. The treatment methodology is adopted as per Hahnemann’s concept of treatment of chronic diseases i.e. Cessante causa, cessat effectus and Hering’s law of cure.
