Analysis of Factors Affecting Customer Eligibility in Accepting Funding for Arrum BPKB Products 影响顾客接受Arrum BPKB产品资助资格的因素分析

Indonesian people are not so foreign when they hear the word sharia pawnshop, especially if that person cannot borrow at conventional banks. Sharia pawnshop is a non-bank institution in which there are two parts, namely pawn and non-pawn, in pawn there is rahn while non-pawn there are several products, one of which is Arrum BPKB, where in this BPKB Arrum product, sharia pawnshops provide financing to MSME actors to increase income. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the factors that affect the feasibility of customers in receiving this Arrum BPKB financing. The research uses a qualitative research method in which the authors collect data through interviews and field observations in order to find out the maximum results. In this study, the eligibility factors for customers are micro entrepreneurs or MSME actors, have a motorized vehicle, the results of Bank Indonesia checking from each customer are at worst D3, the character of the customer and the size of the business are also determining factors.

Ease in a procedure is certainly something that everyone really wants. One of them is the convenience in the process of claiming work accident insurance funds. If the claiming process is easy, it will improve the quality of service as expected by the participants of the northern branch of the BPJS Employment. The purpose of this study is to find out the ease of the procedures provided can increase satisfaction with the services provided by the northern branch of the BPJS Employment. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method, by collecting data, interviews, observations and literature review. In the process of claiming the work accident guarantee fund (JKK) of course the northern branch of the BPJS Employment has followed the applicable procedures. This, of course, must be implemented properly and provide convenience for participants to improve the quality of services at the North Medan branch of the BPJS Employment.

Analysis of Differences in Employee Status on Employee Performance in the General and Civil Service Fields at the Plantation Service of North Sumatra Province 北苏门答腊省种植园服务一般与公务员领域员工地位差异对员工绩效的影响分析

Historically, the problem of human resources is reflected in its development from the past. Even human resources, which seem to be only an internal matter of an organization, actually have a close relationship with aspects of human life and society, which have given rise to many understandings. Even human resources are as if only an internal matter of an organization. It turns out to have a close relationship with aspects of human life and society, giving rise to many interpretations. The community handles and resolves  issues on a daily basis. Basically, every leader has certain powers such as appointing, regulating, transferring, recruiting, creating and also often rejecting the implementation of policies. The results of this study indicate that differences in employee status on the performance of employees serving plantations in North Sumatra have no effect. Based on the results of interview analysis conducted, there is no effect of employee performance on differences in age, seniority and training.

The Implementation Of Linear Programming Simplex Method To Generate Optimal Profits An-Nisa Koya 产生最优利润的线性规划单纯形法的实现

This research aims to find out the profit optimization model in AN-NISA Koya company by using linear programming method simplex whether there is a difference between before and after using linear programming simplex method. The main raw materials used by the company are rice and granulated sugar. The study used interview data collection techniques, library studies, and observations. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The method used in this study is the linear programming simplex method which is calculated manually and with the help of POM-QM software. Based on the results of research, it is known that with the linear programming simplex method using the helped of POM-QM software the company can optimize profits. And from comparative analysis, there is a difference between the results of data before using linear programming method simplex and after using linear programming method simplex.

This study aims to determine the Strategy for Reducing Poverty and Unemployment in the Highlands of North Sumatra by the Regional Development Planning Agency of North Sumatra (Bappedasu) and to find out what factors hinder the performance of the Regional Development Planning Agency of North Sumatra in Reducing Poverty and Unemployment in the Plains Region. North Sumatra High. The North Sumatra Regional Development Planning Agency is an agency or government agency that aims to coordinate development in the North Sumatra area. This research was conducted at the North Sumatra Regional and Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDASU). This study uses qualitative research methods with the type of exploratory research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, a purposive sample strategy was utilized to recruit informants. With the results of the research that the Regional Development Planning Board of North Sumatra is still not as expected or has not carried out its overall task. This can be seen from the fact that the development target of North Sumatra Province in 2021 has not been achieved, especially in the highlands. And the factors that hinder the North Sumatra Regional Development Planning Agency are the rupiah exchange rate which shows an increase, the lack of job training centers, low public trust, the low rate of continuing schooling from high school / vocational school to university due to poor family conditions, and the spread of Covid19.

The title of the research is analyzing the role of Cooperative Services and UKM of North Sumatera Provincies in improving society welfare. Training of the research is to know the strategies and programs had done by cooperative service and UKM of North Sumatera Province in improving society wilfare. One of the conclusion of UKM research is: firstly, giving training and briefing of capital procurement, secondly, giving an egression to get business capital, thirdly, giving training and briefing in improving goods production. Furthermore, the role of cooperative service and ukm in improring society welfare. The role has dime thy cooperative service and UKM of North Sumatera Province to safe the society by conducting seminars or counseling and training for the society to get beculinary able to create micro business or create the cooperatives to improve the economy both in terms of the family economy and the country’s economy so that there are not many people who are poor and also unemployed. And also improve the society welfare by providing capital loans or for members of the cooperative by means saving first and then brrowing for members who have joined the cooperative. The research method is a qualitative mothod, the words are writen or spoken from the the people or subjecs are being observed. And this data is obtained from literature studies, interviews and observations to determine the analysis the role of the cooperative service and UKM for improving the society welfare..

The Influence of Service Quality and Customer Trust on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Bengkulu Bintuhan Branch 蚌埠市宾图汉银行分行服务质量和客户信任对客户满意度的影响

The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of service quality and customer trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Bengkulu Branch Bintuhan. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the data analysis method used was the multiple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS program. The results of this study are the quality of service has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable of Bank Bengkulu Branch Bintuhan as indicated by the value of tcount > ttable (2.716> 1.66071) and a significant value < (0.05) (0.020 <0.05). For the customer trust variable, the tcount value is 2.221 and the ttable value is 1.66071 with a significance level of 5% with two directions, the tcount>ttable (2.221>1.66071) and the significant value < (0.05) (0.015<0 ,05). Simultaneously service quality and customer trust have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Bengkulu Branch Bintuhan, this can be seen from the results of the F test, namely F count > F table (14,863 > 3,090) or a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. .

The data collection method used a questionnaire and the data analysis method used was the multiple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS program. The results of this study are the quality of service has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable of Bank Bengkulu Branch Bintuhan as indicated by the value of tcount > ttable (2.716> 1.66071) and a significant value < (0.05) (0.020 <0.05). For the customer trust variable, the tcount value is 2.221 and the ttable value is 1.66071 with a significance level of 5% with two directions, the tcount>ttable (2.221>1.66071) and the significant value < (0.05) (0.015<0 ,05). Effect of Recruitment and Placement on Employee Performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu 招聘和安置对PT员工绩效的影响

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and job placement on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. The sample in this study were 84 outsourced employees at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression indicate that there is a positive influence between recruitment and placement on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu because the direction of the regression has a positive direction, namely Y = 10,471+ 0,316X1 + 0,305X2 + e. Recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the increasing attention to recruitment will increase the performance of employees of PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. This illustrates that with good recruitment between employees and leaders and between employees and other employees, performance can be improved. Placement has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu because the significant value of 0.002 is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that the more precise the placement of employees, the performance will also increase. Recruitment and placement have a significant effect together on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu, thus the initial hypothesis proposed is proven (Ha is accepted). That is, there is a significant influence between recruitment and placement on performance together. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.304. This means that recruitment and placement affect performance by 30.4% while the rest (100-30.4% = 43.3%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Good performance can be seen from the work that can be achieved by an employee. If the results of an employee's work are good and in accordance with established procedures, the goals will be achieved. This study aims  to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in Bengkulu Province. The sample in this study was 46 permanent employees at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in Bengkulu Province. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 7,828 + 0,386X1 + 0,445 X2, + 4,596 this describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive effect between  X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (organizational commitment) on performance (Y). It means that if the variables of organizational culture and organizational commitment increase, it will increase performance. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.557. This means that X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (organizational commitment) affect performance (Y) by 55.7% while the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. 0.05 explains that partially organizational culture variables and organizational commitment have a significant effetc on employee performance variables at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in Bengkulu Province, the significant value is less than 0.05. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the organizational culture variable and organizational commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in Bengkulu Province because the significant value is smaller than 0.05..

The Influence of Price, Location and Service on Purchase Decisions at the Air Sebakul NRL Minimarket, Bengkulu City 价格、位置和服务对明古鲁市航空西巴库NRL小市场购买决策的影响

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, location and service on purchasing decisions at the NRL Air Sebakul Minimarket, Bengkulu City. The sample in this research is 95 consumers. The sampling technique used was saturated sample by using the entire research population as the research sample. The data is processed in the form of numerical data (numbers) using a Likert scale. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaires and literature study. The data is processed using spss for windows version 20.0. Methods of data analysis using quantitative methods, namely by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that the price, location and service variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions at the Air Sebakul NRL Minimarket Bengkulu City. The biggest significant influence on purchasing decisions at the Air Sebakul Minimarket, Bengkulu City, is partially the service variable with a standard beta coefficient of 5.849, the location variable with a beta coefficient of 5.010 then the price variable with a beta coefficient of 4.623 and simultaneously Fcount 57.834. From the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that service and location are the dominant factors that have the greatest influence on the tendency of purchasing decisions at the Air Sebakul Minimarket, Bengkulu City
