The findings of the study reveal that construction professionals realize the effective leadership in different levels and dimensions in Nepalese construction industries. In addition, the study has shown the relevancy of authentic leadership in order to overcome challenges like corruption and unsophisticated organizational context. At the same time, the study highlights the various requirements to update the priority of leadership traits towards skills, such as, communication, motivation rather than limiting only to hard core skills. Similarly, leadership behavior was found out to be oriented towards higher level people of management. Furthermore, the study has also demonstrated that construction professionals are not adequately strong in key dimensions of authentic leadership. Hence, leadership development should be given equal emphasis on technical and managerial aspects in construction industries along with the professionals in the circumstance of Nepal.

We observe the development of an internet banking institution and learn that such an institution can fall into many pits on its growth and development. The same is true for its client as they utile internet banking as a loan client, depositor or any other service provided by the internet banking process. By observing the benefits of learning quality control and continuous improvement as practiced in industrial experimentation, one can avoid many of the pitfalls associated the management of an internet banking process as well as being a consumer participant in the system. We note the difficulties with which new computer users and internet banking entails is less technological actions. Computer software developers must also use these quality control and improvement practices in the development of software in this internet banking process to facilitate with an error free result the consequences of the transactions made in the on-line process. Software should be easy to learn and the likelihood of errors be kept to a minimum in a manner similar to operations in rocket science where the consequences of failure are thought to be close to zero.

Few business functions have been subjected to more political change or controversy than Human Resources. Technology parks are a strategic tool to spill over knowledge and skills. The rise of technology parks around the world and especially in developing countries, has addressed concerns on the technopreneurial activity and its impact on developing locations and regions, especially in developing countries in Africa, where private and public sector are joining efforts to create a sustainable ecosystem for technology entrepreneurs. Hence, numbers of challenges are facing Africa, particularly the cross-cultural factors and the ICT infrastructure. This research was conducted on Technology Park El Ghazala in Tunisia.
