Influence of IDT’s aperture on the excitation of piezoelectric acoustic waves in LiNbO3 and KNbO3 plates IDT孔径对LiNbO3和KNbO3板中压电声波激发的影响

The results of a study of the influence of the geometric parameters of interdigital transducers (IDT) on their resonance characteristics for YX plates of lithium niobate and potassium niobate are presented in the paper. It is shown that a decrease in the IDT aperture from 6 mm to 2 mm leads to a twofold increase in the intensity of the acoustic signal. The obtained results can be useful in miniaturization of the developed acoustoelectronic sensors.

Interactive Web App for Fake News Detection 假新闻检测交互式Web应用程序

In the contemporary era of technology, individuals who utilize mobile phones and laptops have developed a preference for accessing news through online media. News organizations disseminate news and offer confirmation sources. However, the issue at hand is how to authenticate stories and articles shared on social networks such as WhatsApp groups, Facebook pages, Twitter, and other smaller blogs and social networking sites. It is hazardous for society to accept rumours disguised as news, especially in developing nations like India, where it is crucial to prevent rumours and specialize in honest and verified information. Classifying written articles as misleading or deceptive is not easy to automate, and even experts in a specific field must evaluate several factors before rendering a judgment regarding the validity of a message. This project proposes the use of a machine learning approach to automatically classify news articles. This endeavour explores numerous text characteristics that can be employed to differentiate fabricated news content from actual news.

Information fusion structure of VTS sensors for multi-target tracking of vessels 船舶多目标跟踪的VTS传感器信息融合结构

Information fusion using VTS sensors of AIS, radar and camera are of great significance to the waterborne traffic supervision. Firstly, this paper invites shore-based CCTV cameras into detection and location of vessel targets combining with bounding boxes generated by deep-learning based detectors. Besides, this paper compares information fusion structure of central-level and track-level in simulated waterborne traffic scenario. Finally, this paper introduces a track selection method for sensors with large false alarm rate to obtain tracks with better performance on both fusion structure when fully considering strengths and weaknesses of all kinds of VTS sensors.

With the support of IT and network technology, we can develop and build a new system centered on cyber-tech users, integrating cyber-physical system (CPS-1) and its processes with cyber-physiological system (CPS-2) and its processes, cyber-psychological system (CPS-3) and its processes, as well as cyber-eventlogic system (CES) and its processes. It is proposed in this series of research to develop and produce a global service dispatcher (GSD) as the main component of a Sky-Earth computing console (SECC) for every user (individual, group, whole), and provide a customized world-wise brain. According to the analysis and design of this series of articles, through big data platform, Internet of things and artificial intelligence technology, we build intelligent integrated system, carry out data reconstruction system engineering, so as to establish the computer-like system (CLS) for big data processing, It combines all kinds of resource elements involved in computing in the information ecosphere with those involved in computing in the real ecosphere.

The results of the development of an accessible threedimensional electrodynamic model of the human chest in a healthy state and in the presence of various pathologies caused by bronchopulmonary diseases are presented. Simulation and experimental study of the propagation of electromagnetic waves in the human chest has been carried out with the aim of developing high-tech harmless non-invasive methods, devices and automated systems for diagnosing diseases of the bronchopulmonary system based on modern microwave technologies.

Regardless the abundance of technological robotic equipment’s present in the form of auto- mated Mechanical Robotic Arm, most of the citizens in India are not able to use those robots in their regular day to day life. This paper talks about the Intelligent robotic Arm (IRA) which is able to cook food dishes in an ordinary home environment. The robotic arm recognizes the utensils and ingredients required for the particular recipe. For object detection we have developed a system using OpenCV and Python which helps the robotic arm to recognize the correct ingredient and pick and drop it to appropriate utensil for cooking the required recipe. It involves automated tasks which the arm has to perform while commands are given to it for making the particular recipe. Our motivation is to help brilliant supplier robots that work by and large human environments ,automating continuous errands. In quest for this objective, we follow the universal apply autonomy worldview, in which savvy observation and control, are blended in with ubiquitous processing. By misusing sensors and effectors in its condition, a mechanical can work extra confused obligations other than turning out to be excessively perplexing itself. Following this understanding, we have built up a supplier automated that works independently in a sensor-prepared kitchen. The mechanical gains from exhibition, and performs refined assignments, working together with the system of gadgets in its condition. Analytical solution to an LQG homing problem in two dimensions 二维LQG寻的解析解

An analytical solution is found to the problem of maximising the time spent in the first quadrant by the two-dimensional diffusion process (X(t), Y(t)), where Y(t) is a controlled Brownian motion and X(t) is proportional to its integral. Moreover, we force the process to exit the first quadrant through the y-axis. This type of problem is known as LQG homing and is very difficult to solve explicitly, especially in two or more dimensions. Here the partial differential equation satisfied by a transformation of the value function is solved by making use of the method of separation of variables. The exact solution is expressed as an infinite sum of Airy functions.

In this work, we present the Non-negative Matrix Factorization (NMF) method, focusing on its advantages concerning other methods of matrix factorization. We discuss the main optimization algorithms, used to solve the NMF problem, and their convergence. The paper also contains a comparative study between principal component analysis (PCA), independent component analysis (ICA), and NMF for dimensionality reduction using a face image database.Index Terms—NMF, PCA, ICA, dimensionality reduction.

Public organisations are developing the potential of information technology to drive smart working as collaborative innovation in order to shape sustainable organisation for public value creation. Smart working is emerging as a new way to enable the work relationship as a framework which fosters collaborative innovation. Public organisations are embracing smart working mind set and practices as a way to enhance collaborative innovation and achieve sustainability as a vision for innovation and change in managing res publica, developing the social and human side in collaborative smart working by using the potential of information technology.
