The different manufacturing processes automatization and creating a modern digital document transferring system is an important problem for enhancing factory performance. This paper presents the results of developing an automated information system for manufacturing monolithic integrated circuits. Server and client solutions have been developed supported features of electronic covering documents, making automated on-wafer electrical characteristics measurement, and measurement data analysis.

One of the deadliest and riskiest natural disasters is an earthquake. They often occur without a warning or any further alert. Therefore there was a need for its prognosis as it is extremely important for mankind as well as the environment. In this project, the successful application of machine learning techniques have been used for different elements of research which would be possible to use to make a more accurate short-term prognosis of upcoming earthquakes. Random Forest Classifier is the algorithm used for the research.

In this paper we study a linear continuous model describing age structure into a dynamics of one sex population, related with the McKendrick model. McKendrick assumes that the female population can be described by a function of two variables, age and time. Using the method of characteristics and Laplace transform, it is possible to find the function representing the number of births in unit time t and the total population size in some particular cases. In the content of some works referring to the behavior of age-structure one sex population is presented the complete model of the Lotka-McKendrick equation given in the system (5) for simple cases. The genesis model is a simple one that works with the Dirac distribution and it is presented in [1]. When the birth modulus is given by the relation (9), we determine the differential-difference equation for the function B(t) which represents the number of births in unit time, given in (3).

The most concerning issues in the healthcare system will always be quality control and quality improvement as they are significant to the health condition of the patient. A quality statistical tool such as statistical process control (SPC) charts will be efficient and highly effective in reducing the sources of variation within the healthcare process and in monitoring or controlling improvement of the process. The control chart is a statistical process control methodology designed to evaluate the process improvement or change in the manufacturing industry and is being implemented gradually in the healthcare sector. This will enable healthcare organizations to prevent unnecessary investment or spending in any changes that sound good but do not have any positive impact on real progress or improvement. When there is greater participation of humans in healthcare, the risks of error are also greater. Control charts help determine the source of error by differentiating the common and special cause of variation, each requiring a different response from healthcare management. This paper intends to deliver an overview of SPC theory and to explore the application of SPC charts by presenting a few examples of the implementation of control charts to common issues in the healthcare sector. After a brief overview of SPC in healthcare, the selection and construction of the two widely used control charts (Individuals and Moving Range chart, U chart) were adopted and illustrated by using the example from healthcare.

With the multi-source intelligence data grow exponentially, traditional methods can barely satisfy the requirement, which means to organize and understand the tremendous military knowledge. So, this research project aims to develop unified, highly connected military knowledge graph to integrate information. Using front-end interaction technology, supporting learning function based on inference, error-correcting and marking, this graph can continuously modify the logic model and improve the intelligence of itself, so the knowledge will be solid in our department. It can reduce dependence on the experience of special experts, and moreover, provide platform for developing data-driven general battle system.

The results of research into the dynamic characteristics of microwave oscillators under the influence of both their own reflected radiation and external synchronising effect are presented. The basic relations for the analysis of signals during fast movement of the target are obtained, when the signal period is comparable to the autodyne response time constants. The results of numerical modelling of the characteristics are confirmed by the experimental data obtained on the example of an oscillator based on the Gunn diode of the 8-mm range.

The performance of the technical object is determined based on the evaluation of its parameters. Sensors of physical quantities are used to collect data on the values of the parameters of the controlled object. The performance evaluation of an object depends on the accuracy of the parameter measurement. The measurement accuracy is determined by the sensor conversion characteristic. If the sensor calibration tests are performed correctly, the conversion characteristic will accurately reflect the relationship between the measured parameter and the output electrical signal. A method for assessing the quality of the conversion characteristics of the microprocessor sensor, which is based on the use of Hurst index. The sensor of slowly changing physical quantities is considered. Based on the results of several test cycles obtained at a fixed ambient temperature, a series similar to the time series is formed. The initial series is subjected to additional processing before evaluation. The Hurst exponent is determined for the obtained series. The value of the Hurst index determines the quality of the test results. The possibility of using fractality index to assess the quality of tests is also considered.

The paper contains selected results of research related to the nature and the implementation of the neural model supported by the evolutionary algorithm inspired by quantum calculations for determination of prices at the Polish Power Exchange. Numeric data quoted at the Day Ahead Market in the period of 1st January 2015 to 30th June 2015 were used to train the artificial neural network in the model of the system. Attention was paid to quantization method, dequantization method and the method of quantum calculations. Significant improvement of the neural model supported by the quantum-inspired evolutionary algorithm was obtained compared with the model without quantum inspiration.
