This article describes how to successfully conduct an implementation of a new storage structure by using a hybrid procurement policy in case where stock holding costs are excluded, the article will start by presenting how to carry out a description as detailed as possible of the activity of a warehouse and its business processes. With this description we will be able to determine the points of anomalies on which the study will focus, and all this based on a quality approach (the Deming Wheel) to put the project on rails whose terminus will be getting a better management and a relevant organization. This improvement project will be divided into four phases, the first phase “Plan”, will allow us to identify the expectations of the responsible, know the objectives of the project and make a planning that will be followed throughout the project period. The second phase “Do” is the basis of the project, it is the most important phase which consists to eradicate the causes of the problems, and forge relevant solutions at the operational and organizational level of the warehouse, during this phase several tools and calculation methods will be used to achieve the previously set objectives, including the rules of stock management and procurement techniques that will allowed us to find innovative solutions to problems of stock shortage and delivery delays, In the third phase “Check”, we will use a control method by projecting last year's stock data on the new storage structure to ensure a long-term success of the project, as well as propose different methods to improve the control and monitoring of the stock, And finally, the fourth phase “Act” was reserved for the implementation of everything that was calculated on the ground by following Lean and continuous improvement steps.

Inadequate information on the behavior of drivers cruising for parking space, in congested urban areas makes difficult to develop efficient parking policies. In order to reach the best decision about how to plan and manage demand for parking spaces, an overview of the motorist's behavior is imperative and curial. The aim of this paper is to study and reveals individual behaviors of Tunisian motorists, on areas selected parking in center city of Tunis. A collected data of drivers respondents randomly selected, were used. A survey was realized for Tunisian drivers, in order to sort out discriminatory criteria of the parking areas choice.

This article proposes a planning of the routing path of the different beet lifters for the organization of the beet sugar harvest. The start of the production for sugar extraction is related to replenishment of the sugar beet, its synchronization with the date of operation of a set of harvesters is very critical. However, sugar beet is a biennial plant. Which gives more constraint for sugar production, which requires a thorough and precise study on the transport and storage of beet sugar in this study, our approach consists in proposing a harvesting circuit between the different places of cultivation of the sugar beet in the western region of Algeria. Our objective is to determine the necessary number of harvesters, in order to reduce the Investment cost relative to harvesters. In a second part, we compare two scenarios for replenishment of sugar beet. In the first scenario, the transfer of sugar beet is send directly to the production unit. In the second scenario, sugar beet is stored in zone storage cooperatives. Certainly this planning can help policy makers and farmers to work together to optimize transport, cost and time for the harvesting and processing areas

This paper capitalizes some fundamental aspects of the Tabu Search (TS) as a strategy for combinatorial optimization problems, especially Vehicle Routing Problems (VRP) for urban good distribution. in the last 2 decades or so, TS has proven his efficiency in treating different variants of VRP. The current study addresses the basic components and procedures of any TS, such as, the local search, the adaptive memory and the processes for intensifying and diversifying the search. Furthermore, an overview of pertinent works on TS related to VRP is provided. Latterly, the impact of each parameter on the performance of a given process of the TS is also evaluated by a proposed TS heuristic.

The competition has become aggressive and the customer has become more demanding and more complex, which have forced organizations to continuously improve their operations and the quality of their products and services. To attain such enhancements, organizations over the last decades have been using two of the most known and powerful methodologies Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. However, the quest for more efficiency and effectiveness and higher quality of products and services has resulted the integration of these two methodologies to found an improved approach known as Lean Six Sigma.[1] The nature of competition has changed over the past two decades, from competition between companies to competition between supply chains. So reducing costs and optimizing the supply chain is a strategic issue for the company. Therefore, Lean Six Sigma is a lever that allows the company to improve speed through the elimination of waste, and improve quality through the reduction of process variability at the same time. The purpose of this article is to present the Lean Six Sigma approach and demonstrate its utility in the agro-food supply chain, and show how this integrated approach model can offer considerable performance improvement and provide a base for further contributions in this field. Furthermore this article aims to present a bibliographical study of the various studies made between 2012 and 2018 to better position ourselves in relation to literature.

The aim of this paper is to develop a conceptual framework for analyzing the quality of public bus transport service in Fez City. This framework would be able to focus on bus lines, integrate measurement approach's into a single framework including both the user side and the operator one and identify lines that have a high level in both perceived and offered quality as references that others should emulate their best practice to improve quality.

The logistic approach is based on the principle of the control of the physical flows by the flows of information. Information systems have always been an important part of supply chain management research on the distribution of information sharing on logistics performance (Chen 2003) [1], As part of our research focused on the use of information systems and logistics performance, we wanted to study the role that inter-organizational collaboration and information sharing can play through an IS on logistic performance. This led us to conduct a qualitative study of contextualization in the supermarket sector in Morocco.

The aim of this paper is to review published research on the use of the structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the relationship between hospital logistics and quality of care. To this end, an electronic literature search was conducted on the scientific databases of Web of Science, Scopus, ScienceDirect, PubMed and Springer, yielding a total of 591 references. Upon eliminating duplicates and applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, 13 articles were retained. These articles have used the SEM to test and validate the influence of various factors, some of them have included logistics, on the quality of care. However, logistics factors were not studied in an integrated way within a model to generate a comprehensive evidence base, upon which decisions could be made. This leads to an incomplete understanding of the causal process by which hospital logistics factors affect the quality of care.

In the context of population aging and the significant demographic changes, the elder shares rise throughout the world. However, the increasing share of older people has many social and economic implications. In the health care context, life expectancy is a source of concern for policymakers; the income growth of the elderly increases health expenditures, and strongly increases expenditures, especially on long-term care. In response to those implications, a growing interest in the home care organizations, transitions, and concerns have approved. Taking advantage of the inherent characteristics of the Multi-agent system, this work introduces a distributed framework to improve the organizational decision in the home care sector, particularly, the planning management of a set of patients shared between multiple homecare structures. In order, to facilitate complex daily activities, and to improve the quality of planning solutions in the home care sector.

With the advent of the Big Data era, the industry sector has seen an increasingly intensive use of data processing, cyber-physical systems, Internet of Things and cloud technology. This digital transformation is fundamentally characterized by automation and the integration of new technologies into the enterprise value chain. From there, there are several challenges for being transformed into a connected and intelligent factory model such as the interconnection of machines, the dematerialization of communication and distribution channels, and the restructuring of the company for flexible and personalized production [P. Hébert and M. Moudallal, 2016]. Moreover, the relational model with the end customer, which is at the center of supply chain management, is thus changing, giving way to new distribution channels. The changes that are occurring for the industry sector are then called the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This article then attempts to analyze the supply chain system in the context of the new standards imposed by Industry 4.0, through a quantitative analysis conducted on the performance of industrial companies Biomérieux having upgraded its supply chain system. The indicators analyzed in this study thus include some of the most important elements of the supply chain impacted by this industrial revolution, namely; inventory management and purchasing management. The goal is to try to measure the real impact of a 4.0 upgrade of the so-called “classic” supply chain system on the performance of industrial companies.
hsambert and M. Moudallal, 2016]。
