In Operation Research, many scientific researchers place great importance on the people's satisfactions, needs and the improvement of the living conditions. They shed light on Home (Health)-Care services aspects related to the vehicle routing problems (VRP). Very large number of VRP variants are with many similarities, but differ in structure. In this paper, a new variant of vehicle routing problems with new type of temporal constraints is presented, a new set of instances is generated and the numerical results are obtained with Cplex.

The difference in the level of growth between developed and developing countries in terms of ITS applications contributes to a gap in studies performed in these nations that are progressing over time. The aim of this research paper is to conduct systematically review current challenges and success Factors of Intelligent Transportation Systems applications in developing countries. To achieve our objective, we systematically searched and analyzed the English and French languages literature indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (From 2010 to 2018), including studies identified by experts. The study selection focused on articles that provided several valuable insights in the form of challenges and success factors of ITS applications in developing countries. We have summarized the result in form of two tables that groups the key challenges and success factor cited in literature. This study is a follow-up to a published article covering the scope of leading ITS countries. The findings will enable researchers as well as practitioners to have a clear understanding of how ITS were implemented in developing countries and the types of challenges and success factors that have been identified by region.

The purpose of this paper is to review and classify the literature on Parking Meso-Modeling over the last few years. It provides a comprehensive assessment of modeling application regarding the research articles published between 2010 and 2019. For this purpose, we followed a systematic literature approach of researches that focuses primarily on mesoscopic parking modelling. From 71 articles identified only 22 papers met the inclusion criteria were synthesized in the form of a summary tables and classified according to 2 criteria: Parking Supply-Demand Balance Meso-Modeling (Including Park and Ride facilities) and Parking Decision-Making based on Vehicle, Road and User Behavior Meso-Modeling (Including Cost Estimation), thus, the table provide several information related to the model as: Discipline, Model Name, Year, Description, Objective, Main feature and the Tool or approach used. As a result, a synthetic table that groups the key parking meso-modeling by discipline are presented. Allowing researchers to have a clear idea of what can be added to this field and what can be done to remediate the parking problems in specific urban area.

The issue of greenhouse gas emissions from human activities occupies an important place. Due to its reliance on internal combustion engine technology, the transport sector is one of the largest emitters of greenhouse gases (GHGs) in most countries. Our work is part of this context where we asked several questions about the external effects of transport and in particular about the nature of the relationship between transport and the CO2 emissions. In other words, we first identified the nature of the relationship between the two series for the Tunisian case. Secondly, we focused on the analysis of transport sector variables based on the intensities decomposition methods commonly used in the research, and we completed the work with interpretations and lessons that aim for a sustainable vision of transport in Tunisia.

In an intensely competitive business, companies are increasingly depending on their suppliers in order to gain significant share of market and to seek performance. Founding strong and stable buyer-supplier relationships is, in itself, a competitive advantage. Despite the fact that relationship quality has been considered as a higher concept susceptible to apprehend business relationships, so far there is no consensus among researchers in term of this large construct dimensions. Therefore, the aim of this work is to study the buyer-supplier relationship quality in Morocco context in particular in fish canning industry in Souss-Massa region, for the purpose of making a link between literature and the field of research and identifying which dimensions are adequate to buyer-supplier relationship in our context.

The planning of the urban traffic that meets all the requirements of mobility, constitute the basis of the realization of the economic and social activities effective within an agglomeration. Among the operational measures to improve the circulation of the urban freight vehicles, the loading/unloading areas represent an opportunity for the organization of deliveries and the improvement of the fluidity of road traffic. In this context, the objective of this article is to use the dynamic simulation to study the impact of the implementation of loading/unloading areas on the road traffic in the case of a commercial street. From then on, this paper is split into two parts. In the first part, we presented the main usual notions in the field of road traffic. In order to initiate the choice of the simulation tool, we proposed an overview of models and tools for dynamic simulation of road traffic. In the second part of this work, we proposed a methodology for dynamic simulation of the impacts of the implementation of loading/unloading areas on the traffic flow at the level of a commercial zone.

This article aims to understand the potential impact of supply chain management (SCM) practices on the financial performance of automotive components suppliers (ACSs) in Morocco. This study is based on hypothetico-deductive reasoning which allows the emergence of an explanatory theoretical model, to be the subject of a subsequent empirical study. Then, we will carry out our confirmatory quantitative study based on the structural equations of the PLS (Past Least Squares) approach. SCM explanatory factors are examined in a Moroccan context to measure their impact on ACSs11Automotive components suppliers. financial performance.

Human resources management is a key point of company's competitiveness with a high capacity of production based on operators. The efficient use of these resources is essential to satisfy the company's performance targets. First of all we will present in this article the result of the research on the problem of allocating resources within constraints, specifically works that have taken into account the impact of integrating skills, preferences and the polyvalence or mixed integration of these constraints in this problem. Then a methodology that allows stimulating multi political affectation of human resources in industrial activities scheduling, and that takes the three constraints into account. Finally we have used AHP (analytic Hierarchy process) in order to resolve problems of affectation with its constraints.

Since the first Industrial revolution, many engineers attempted to resolve problems related to operations, machinery and their maintenance, by doing so, they tried to improve the efficiency of production processes. Decades ago, due to the introduction of computers and computational methods, a new wave of solution to manufacturing related problems emerged, those provided solutions were more accurate therefore a significant boost was given to the Industries worldwide. By 2050 The Globe's population is destined to reach 9.3 Billion and different challenges and issues are adding pressure on the current industry supply chains like transport, deadlines, cost, quality etc; the term Industry 4.0, the Fourth Industrial Revolution originally initiated in Germany, has proven to be an attractive topic in recent literatures, A new era of change birthed and it is directly linked to the Internet of Things, Cyber Physical System, Information and Communications Technologies. As the fourth industrial revolution shapes up, human operators are at the center of the change, they experience a complexity increase in their daily routines, and they are required to be highly flexible and to adapt to a very dynamic working environment. The paper discuss the term Industry 4.0, its context, raison d’être, challenges and highlight the critical issue of the employees' driven adaptability and attitudes to change.

The subject of relationship between logistic partners in a supply chain has become a very important field to discuss and analyze, especially with the exponential development of logistics. The main objective of this research is to present a systematic review on the types of relationship between different logistics partners in the horizontal process. Relationships in a supply chain and its sustainability are key factors for the functioning of services between different parts which requires principles respect of quality management as the process approach among others. The main question to be treated in this paper is “Which reasons have been given for the views that the process approach is or isn't helping to have and give a supply chain in continuous performance?”, in order to contribute to the systematization of knowledge in this area, the main objective of this research is to present a systematic review on the relationship between logistic partners and its impact on the performance of a supply chain. The systematic review methodology was the PRISMA Statement.
