Enhancing Hospitality Sentiment Reviews Analysis Performance using SVM N-Grams Method 利用支持向量机n -图方法提高待客情绪评价分析性能

Sentiment analysis or opinion mining is an analysis conducted to derive meaningful information or sentiments contained in an opinion. The use of sentiment analysis has spread in various fields, also exists in the tourism sector. Many tourists are actively reading and writing reviews on travel websites or travel platforms. Whereas in the review information contained useful information for the company or hotel manager, considering that the hospitality industry is very competitive. This analysis produces knowledge about sentiment from the review text data using approaches of n-grams to increase the level of accuracy according to the literature proven. This research uses SVM as a review classification method with positive and negative sentiment. The results of this research indicate an average level of accuracy of 94% which is greater than the level of accuracy in previous research using the same data. In addition, this research shows that the use of SVM as a classification model produces a higher level of accuracy than the Recursive Neural Tensor Network (RNTN).

Research on strategy optimization of weekly momentum based on trading volume: Empirical results from the U.S. - China stock market 基于成交量的周动量策略优化研究——来自中美股市的实证结果

In this paper, we construct the traditional weekly momentum portfolio and add the trading volume to it in order to study the optimization of the trading volume on the weekly momentum investment strategy. The study of NYSE and AMEX stocks from 1965 to 2012 shows that adding trading volume will continue to optimize stock returns for at least four years. At the same time, the study of Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares from 1993 to 2014 shows that the stock returns will continue to be optimized for up to 5 years after trading volume is added. The regression analysis between the weekly momentum strategy and market State based on trading volume finds the reverse relationship between strategic remuneration and market volatility and market illiquidity.

The development of technology and digital has also increased the ease of accessing the internet. One aspect of daily life that are affected by the adoption of technology and the internet is the field of payment transactions. Payment transactions are inseparable from everyday life. At this time with the development of technology, payment transactions can be done with the more practical, easy, safe and convenient. The technology is called Financial Technology. Mobile payment is a service that is part of financial technology. The aspects contained in the mobile payment are top up, transfers, cash withdrawals, online payment, and offline payments. Classifications of reviews from Twitter are classified using Support Vector Machine. The results of this study are Go-Pay and OVO must pay attention to every aspect and improve every aspect, of course, to increase customer satisfaction. The accuracy level of the classification model produced for bigram is 92% (Go-Pay) and 93% (OVO). It also shows that sentiment analysis using bigram can improve accuracy level.

Linking Error Management Atmosphere with Service Employee's Thriving at work: A Social Information Processing Perspective 错误管理氛围与服务员工工作热情的关联:社会信息加工视角

How to effectively motivate service employee's thriving at work is crucial to service companies. Drawing on social information processing theory, we proposed a direct effect moderation model between error management atmosphere and thriving at work. We collected 213 valid questionnaires from Chinese frontline service employees via a third-party professional online survey company. Results demonstrate that error management atmosphere has positive effect on service employees' thriving at work via psychological safety. Moreover, employee's regulatory focus moderated the relationship between error management atmosphere and thriving at work. Specifically, the positive association between error management atmosphere and thriving at work was strengthened when employees' promotion focus was high. However, the moderating effect of employees' prevention focus failed. This findings are of great significance for service companies when implementing error management atmosphere. This paper has not only enriched the error management and thriving at work literature, but provided important managerial implications for management on how to promote service worker's thriving at work in China.

Peer-to-Peer Short-Term Sharing on the Bilateral Commission Platform 双边佣金平台点对点短期共享

Nowadays, in order to achieve a large market share, peer-to-peer (P2P) sharing platforms try to attract both owners and renters. Since the supply is determined by the owners, there exist two supply cases: the supply shortage case and the supply surplus case. The owner determines whether to join the platform. If it's profitable for her to join, she then determines the rental time and the price to share. The platform determines commission rates charged from both owners and renters. In our model, the platform connects independent self-scheduled owners and heterogeneous renters through commission rates. We find the supply surplus case is more beneficial to the owner. The platform also benefits from this supply case by determining proper commission rates. We also find that high commission rates hurt the earnings of the owner side. High owner fraction hurts the earnings of the individual owner. The earnings of all owners and the platform's profit first increase then decrease in the owner fraction.

An Empirical Study on the Investment of Fixed Assets to Economic Growth in Jiangsu Province 江苏省固定资产投资对经济增长的实证研究

In this paper, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination of methods to analyze the impact of fixed asset investment on economic growth in Jiangsu Province. The relationship between the growth of fixed asset investment and economic growth in Jiangsu Province is analyzed by cointegration test and Granger causality test. And through the C-D production model to compare the 13 prefecture-level city investment and economic growth relationship, analysis of regional differences. The results show that that the economic growth has a strong role in promoting. the growth of fixed assets in Jiangsu Province can stimulate economic growth, and economic growth may not be able to drive the growth of fixed assets. Due to differences in policies and other localities, regional differences are more obvious.

Visual destination images in user-generated short videos: An exploratory study on Douyin 用户生成短视频中的视觉目的地图像:基于抖音的探索性研究

Comparing to user-generated texts and photos, seldom research has examined visual destination images revealed in user-generated short videos. With the latest video artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to tag the contents of user-generated short videos, this study extracted destination images of two famous attractions, i.e., the Forbidden City and the Badaling Great Wall on Douyin platform, and compared the results between user-generated short videos and textual travel blogs. Our findings demonstrate the validity of our proposed video-AI based visual destination image extraction method and also suggest that short videos and textual travel blogs excel in different ways to reveal destination images. Our study provides a promising direction to study visual destination images for researchers and practitioners.

Automatic Identification of Conodonts Based on Deep Learning 基于深度学习的牙形刺自动识别

The study of conodonts can promote people's understanding of the major events of extinction and resuscitation in geological history. The identification of conodonts requires rich expertise. The identification time is long, the efficiency is low, and sometimes the accuracy is difficult to guarantee, which brings a lot of inconvenience to the in-depth study and application of conodonts. In this paper, we propose a deep learning model based on CNN for automatic identification of conodonts. In order to optimize the CNN model, we put forward a hierarchical classification method to solve the species relation problem among different categories. Also, we use softmax classification loss function to reduce the impact of class imbalance and class overlap. In order to prevent model over-fitting, we also use some data enhancement and anti-over-fitting methods. This work provides a reference for the realization of intelligent and automatic identification of conodonts.

Pricing and advertising investment policy for agricultural products with government subsidy 政府补贴农产品的价格和广告投资政策

This paper studies the agricultural product supply chain where the local government dominates the whole supply chain and the retailer is the leader of the channel. The local government motivates the retailer to promote the product by providing unit subsidy, and the retailer invests advertisement effort in improving customers' belief towards products' quality. We determine the optimal wholesale price, selling price, advertising investment and government subsidy, and compare regular mode and cost sharing mode with respect to deterioration loss. We find that the supplier and the retailer can both benefit from deterioration cost-sharing without government intervention. However, the government tends to provide higher unit subsidy under the regular mode, which makes the supplier and the retailer obtain more profit under the regular mode.

A study on the impact of positive and negative comments on consumers' perceived usefulness 正面和负面评论对消费者感知有用性影响的研究

With the rapid development of e-commerce, online comments has become an important reference for consumers when choosing, purchasing products or services. This paper takes the number, quality, form, timeliness and credibility of the comment as the starting point, adopts the questionnaire survey method, takes the college students as the main research object, and uses the factor analysis and regression analysis methods to study the differences in the impact of positive and negative comments on consumer perceived usefulness who purchase electronic digital products online. This study found that the impact of different types of comments on consumer perceived usefulness is quite different. Different commentary factors have different effects on consumer perceived usefulness, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
