Exploring the influencing factors of sharing economy sustainability based on a two-mode social network analysis 基于双模式社会网络分析的共享经济可持续性影响因素探讨

The sharing economy has extended to all fields during the last decade, indicating a rapid development. However, many sharing economy firms are facing operational difficulties even bankruptcy, leading to more and more attention have been paid on the sustainability of the sharing economy. Scholars have realized that the collaboration of stakeholders is a potential way to promote the sustainable development of sharing economy. The basis and key rest with understanding the influencing factors of the sharing economy and clarifying the relationships between stakeholders and factors. Only in this way we can put forward specific and practical suggestions based on the research results. Existing studies lack such thinking. Therefore, this paper firstly establishes the value net model of the sharing economy to identify the stakeholders and corresponding influencing factors of the sharing economy. Then a two-mode social network method is used to solve the problems of relationship analysis among different types of elements (stakeholders and factors). The results show that individual suppliers, firm suppliers, and sharing economy platforms are the most influential stakeholders in the sharing economy. The security mechanism, economic benefits, and social motivation are the key factors affecting the sustainability of the sharing economy. Core stakeholders should actively lead and coordinate other stakeholders to establish collaborative relationships and formulate sustainable development strategies based on these key factors.

Heterogeneous fleet electric vehicle routing optimization for logistic distribution with time windows and simultaneous pick-up and delivery service 具有时间窗口和同时取送服务的异构车队电动汽车物流配送路径优化

Nowadays, with fierce competition of logistic industry, a large number of logistics enterprises work at cutting down cost expenses in transport activities. Besides, electric vehicles (EVs) become popular currently because of its property of environmental friendliness and cost-saving. With the EVs becoming the main means of transportation in logistics enterprises, formulating route optimization schemes that accord with the characteristics of EVs has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper mainly studies heterogeneous fleet electric vehicle routing problem with time windows and simultaneous pickup and delivery (HFEVRPTW-PD) to improve the vehicle utilization and reduce carbon emissions, which is of great significance to protect environment and improve the quality of service. According to the actual requirements of most logistics enterprises in reality, a mixed-integer mathematical programming model is formulated with the goal of minimizing total traveling distance, in which we consider the energy consumption analysis associated with travel time and load of EVs. The variable neighborhood search (VNS) algorithm is applied to solve the proposed model, where virtual distribution centers are inserted into the traveling sequence to represent the route of multiple vehicles. Ultimately, numerical experiments and sensitivity analyses are carried out to test the performance of VNS. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the improved VNS and indicate that reasonable choice of EVs can effectively improve the economic efficiency.

The Impact of Interactivity of Online Tourism Websites on Customer Satisfaction 旅游网站互动性对顾客满意度的影响

With the rapid development of tourism market, the scale of online tourism users is increasing year after year, and an increasing number of companies have desire for sharing a slice from the tourism market, which make the competition of the online tourism industry more and more fierce. The most important thing for an online tourism company is to improve the customer satisfaction if the company intends to stand out from the industry. The interactivity of online tourism website can attract and retain customers, and can also enhance customer experience, which leads to higher satisfaction and repurchase intention. This study constructs a conceptual model and proposes some hypotheses about the impact of the interactivity of online tourism website on customer satisfaction. The authors conduct surveys in the form of online questionnaire. Valid data collected are analyzed by using the social statistics software SPSS24.0, and structural equation modeling software LISREL8.70. The results show that responsiveness of online tourism website positively affects customers' perceptual experience and emotional experience, which further positively influences their satisfaction, which may lead to customer loyalty. However, neither bidirectionality nor controllability has a significantly positive effect on customers' emotional experience and perceptual experience.

Sustainable Supply Chain Network Design Considering the Interactive Influence of the Multiproduct on the Production Capacity 考虑多产品对产能交互影响的可持续供应链网络设计

Multiproduct supply chain network design has been a hot and important issue in the field of operational and management science. In literature, the interactive influence on the production capacity of different types of products is ignored. As a result, the plan obtained by the optimization model is not effective in practice. In this study, the different productivities for different types of products are considered, and some new production capacity constraints are introduced. Based on these constraints, a multi-objective optimization model is developed to solve the supplier selection and production planning problems. Both economic and environmental performances are considered in this model. The objectives are to minimize the total cost and carbon emissions. Finally, a case study about a multiproduct supply chain network is performed to validate the model proposed. In the future research, more experiments will be designed to compare the difference between optimization with and without consideration of the environmental objective and the interactive influence of multiproduct.

Big-data-based analysis on the relationship between taxi travelling patterns and taxi drivers' incomes 基于大数据的出租车出行模式与出租车司机收入关系分析

Taxi is an important part of urban traffic. However, with the emergence of new modes of travel such as shared bicycles and shared cars, the taxi industry has been greatly influenced. How to improve the income level of taxi drivers has become an important issue. This paper analyzes the relationship between the taxi driving mode and the driver's income based on the GPS trajectory data of 10,000 taxis in Chengdu. We first extract and clean the GPS positioning data to obtain the data set of effective trips. Based on the data analysis, the revenue data are identified by high/low income groups, and the indicators with obvious differences between the two groups are analyzed. Next, a decision tree model is established based on these indicators to classify drivers. The accuracy of the classification rules is then verified and operational advices for improving drivers' incomes are provided.

A Study of Consumers' Continuance Intention to Use Paid Digital Reading Products 消费者使用付费数字阅读产品的持续意向研究

In China, a growing number of digital reading products and services are provided to people in recent years. With the fierce competitions in paid digital reading market, it is important to seize customers and improve their stickiness. In order to explore the factors affecting consumers' continuance usage intention in digital reading, a hybrid ECM-DM model is presented in this paper, considering expectation confirmation, satisfaction, continuance usage intention and other variables. Among these variables, social influence is the main factor that we wonder to explore its impact to the consumer' continuance usage. Results of questionnaires show that our model is valid and social influence has a positive impact on consumers' continuance usage intention.

Liquidity of Stock Market and Corporate Value 股票市场流动性与公司价值

This paper studies the impact of liquidity of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2012 to 2015 on the value of the company, and divides them into groups to study the trend effect of liquidity on the change of the company's value. The results show that stock liquidity has a positive impact on corporate value, and stock liquidity has a positive impact on corporate value mainly through the two paths of capital structure and operating efficiency. In addition, the higher the stock liquidity is, the faster the growth rate of corporate value is, and the trend effect of increasing marginal effect is produced.
本文研究了2012 - 2015年沪深两市a股上市公司的流动性对公司价值的影响,并将其分组研究流动性对公司价值变化的趋势效应。结果表明,股票流动性对公司价值有正向影响,股票流动性主要通过资本结构和经营效率两条路径对公司价值产生正向影响。此外,股票流动性越高,企业价值增长速度越快,产生边际效应递增的趋势效应。

The results show that stock liquidity has a positive impact on corporate value, and stock liquidity has a positive impact on corporate value mainly through the two paths of capital structure and operating efficiency. Multiple Channel with Crash Fault Tolerant Consensus Blockchain Network: A Case Study of Vegetables Supplier Supply Chain 具有崩溃容错的多渠道共识区块链网络——以蔬菜供应商供应链为例

Blockchain has become one of important technologies because of its capabilities such as transparency and privacy. Many enterprises see these capabilities as a breakthrough to many cases, such as supply chain. This paper discusses a case of a vegetables supplier's problems in term of ledger. Generally, the company need one day to finish the ledger and sometimes there are some information distortion between supplier and client. This paper use hyperledger fabric to build blockchain network that is compatible with the supplier problems. The Blockchain network created with nine channels and crash fault tolerant by using kafka. This blockchain network is tested with two iterations which each iteration consists of 40 rounds and each round contains 3000 transactions. The first iteration throughput average is 27.9 tps with the highest throughput is in round 1 with a throughput of 34.1 tps and the lowest is in round 37 with a throughput of 25.3 tps. The second iteration throughput average is 28.1 tps with the highest throughput is in round 1 with a throughput of 32.8 tps and the lowest is in round 40 with a throughput of 21.3 tps. This performance indicates that multiple channel blockchain network could help the vegetables supplier to improve their ledger capabilities to be less than one day.

Research on Trading Mechanism and Strategy of Transportation Service Market with Limited Resources 有限资源条件下运输服务市场交易机制与策略研究

Recent years have witnessed more and more enterprises outsource transportation business, which saves the transportation cost of the enterprise and promotes the development of the core business, but also increases the complexity of the transportation service market environment, resulting in insufficient utilization of transportation resources. This paper designs a novel multi-agent cross matching (MCM) continuous double auction mechanism to maximize the overall benefit of the transportation market and improve resource utilization. We first establish the probability function of quotation according to the historical effective information of the transportation service market, and transform the discrete probability function into a continuous function by the cubic spline interpolation method to solve the more accurate optimal quotation. Then we find the optimal matching scheme according to the price advantage principle and establish a mathematical model for calculating the total market benefits. Finally, we conclude that the novel mechanism not only improves the overall benefit of the market but also riches market efficiency through an example.

A MILP model of scheduling physical therapies with coupled operations in a basic setting rehabilitation center 基础康复中心物理治疗与手术耦合的MILP模型

The physical therapy with coupled operations is a main type of treatments in rehabilitation. Such a therapy is consisted of three consecutive operations: preparing, treating and finishing. Preparing and finishing operations occupies a therapist, which forms coupled-operation. To our best knowledge, there is no work about such a special type of coupled operations which makes scheduling therapies more complicated. The current work deals with scheduling physical therapies with coupled operations in a basic setting rehabilitation center, i.e. one therapist, one equipment for each therapy. The operations are analyzed in detail first. Then, a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model is formulated based on the operation analysis. Finally, a small instance is tested to evaluate the proposed MILP model solved in Gurobi. The results show that the valid of the proposed model.
