The government has developed a population administration system to support public services, one of the media used by the government is electronic government (e-government). One of the villages that has a large Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) in the Serang district, Banten province is Ranjeng village, Ciruas sub-district. The problem is that data management in villages is still carried out semi-manually, there is no specific application to handle this management so it is not time efficient, reporting and the level of service to the community is less than optimal. To overcome these problems, a system is needed that can help the community in submitting letters and can help the village government to improve services to the community. The system design used in this research is using the Waterfall method so that it is easier to develop and using UML (Unified Modelling Language) for visual system modelling, while the programming language used is PHP using the Laravel framework. The final result of this research is a system that can improve the services of the Ranjeng Village Office to the community to be optimal.

Gold, a precious metal renowned for its value in various sectors, including investment and jewelry, is often considered a secure asset within investment portfolios. However, its prices exhibit high volatility influenced by economic, geopolitical, and global financial factors. Previous research has focused on predictive methods to anticipate gold price movements. In recent years, heightened complexity and uncertainty, exacerbated by global factors such as economic shifts and the Covid-19 pandemic, emphasizes the urgency of accurate gold price predictions. This study comprehensively analyzes and compares the performance of Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) in forecasting gold prices, utilizing statistical and probabilistic approaches. ARIMA excels in handling time series data, identifying complex patterns, and forecasting price changes based on historical trends. Conversely, OLS, a probabilistic method, stands out in adjusting linear models to gold price data, providing detailed insights into influencing factors. The research employs a 5-year gold price dataset (2018-2023) and evaluates the models' performance using Mean Squared Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Results indicate OLS outperforms ARIMA, with lower MSE (45.79 vs. 284.83) and MAPE (0.0026 vs. 0.0066). This study contributes nuanced insights for market participants, investors, and researchers to comprehend commodity market behaviour, particularly in gold, emphasizing the importance of accurate prediction methods in strategic decision-making.

The research aims to evaluate the capacity of Amazon Web Service's (AWS) Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2) Free Tier Web Server using the JMeter testing tool. The objective is to ascertain the extent of the server's load-bearing capabilities. Tests were conducted, loading 500 users within a 10-second range and 1000 users within a 1-second range. Despite being a free service, test results showed the server's capability to handle high loads without errors (0% error rate). These findings illustrate the free service's ability to maintain stable performance under significant user loads. The utilization of EC2 Free Tier on AWS demonstrates its capacity to handle heavy tasks without compromising service quality. From about 5 steps in each of two tests, the value for sample time / response time in the initial test of the Amazon Web Service Web server is 59 / ms (millisecond) and the average latency value in the second test, namely 7.213 /ms (millisecond). Both of these gained CPU Utilization from minum, average and maximum with final rate are zero Error. This outcome concludes that the free server possesses robust and reliable capabilities, instilling confidence in an effective and efficient server solution even under high usage levels without additional costs.

The use of information systems is one of the IS/IT investments in a company. Information systems can certainly improve company performance, but many information systems have not been implemented optimally, and do not meet the company's vision, mission and goals. This research was conducted with the aim of making strategic planning for the implementation of the E-Commerce information system at PT. Beware of Digital Innovation. The strategic plan was developed based on the IT Balanced method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, then the data obtained was subjected to SWOT analysis, then mapped into the IT Balanced Scorecard. This research produces strategic recommendations that companies can implement, including: 1) from an operational excellence perspective, companies need to determine IS/IT employees and regular maintenance; 2) user orientation perspective, companies need to adjust the interface design according to customer wishes and provider manuals as a template for system use; 3) future orientation perspective, companies need to recruit employees which can be done with background checks; 4) from a business contribution perspective, companies need to maintain and improve service quality. It is hoped that the results of this research can improve the quality of PT Waspada Innovation Digital's e-commerce.

The number of internet users in Indonesia has recently increased, currently reaching around 62.1% of the total population. The prevalence of social media use has provided benefits for many stakeholders to be involved in the socialization and promotion of their products and activities. Information regarding the latest government programs and activities is published through the official website of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government and the official pages of each office within the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. The potential of social media needs to be maximized in order to disseminate government programs and activities to the community. Social media offers governments the potential to increase democratic participation by encouraging the public to have a voice in policymaking, working with the public to improve services, gathering ideas, and increasing transparency. This research seeks to apply web scraping techniques to collect data with the aim of monitoring social media performance and identifying factors that are closely related to the level of response elicited by a social media post. The research results show that on average a post on the official page of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government gets around 114.9 likes, 5.1 comments and 11.6 shares. Importantly, one of the important factors that influences the number of likes a post receives is the time it is published. Optimal publication times for the official pages of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government are observed between 06.00-16.00 and 18.00-21.00. By looking closely at social media performance and identifying these influencing factors, social media managers are ready to gain invaluable insights to improve performance by precision and efficacy.

A website-based expert system for diagnosing skin diseases using the Forward Chaining method and the Laravel Framework at the Tanggulangin Health Center. The main focus of research is to improve accessibility, accuracy of diagnosis, and public awareness of skin health. Quantitative approaches and exploratory design are applied through literature studies, interviews, surveys, system design, trials, evaluations, and improvements. The system development process involves collecting data from observations, interviews, and medical data to devise relational rules, tables of disease types, symptoms, and decision trees. The use of the Laravel Framework is the main foundation of system design, including user interface (UI) design, database structure, Forward Chaining inference logic, and diagnostic needs. System trials are conducted with test scenarios to evaluate the system's ability to diagnose various skin disease conditions. Data analysis is carried out quantitatively, especially on test results, to assess system reliability. The results of this study provide an empirical basis for recommendations for further development. Hopefully, this system can make a positive contribution in the process of diagnosing skin diseases at the Tanggulangin Health Center and increase overall public skin health awareness. This system is able to provide a diagnosis of skin diseases based on the symptoms inputted by the user. The evaluation carried out provides a positive picture regarding the effectiveness and satisfaction of users.

Technological developments in the field of agriculture are now expanding widely, various modern tools must be owned to assist farmers in cultivating plants. The owners of the chili plants do watering and fertilizing by collecting water or fertilizer and then giving it to the plants one by one. This is not a problem if the plant owner has free time. However, if the plant owner is busy with other things or is having business that makes the plant owner unable to care for the plant, then this becomes a problem because when the plant does not receive sufficient care, the plant will easily wither and die. Seeing the existing problems, this research will design a system that can automatically water and fertilize plants based on IoT with monitoring from an Android application. The design of this system uses an Arduino microcontroller as a controller, the nodeMCU esp2688 wifi module to send data from the sensor to the web server, a soil moisture sensor to determine soil moisture, a real time clock (RTC) for fertilization scheduling and a relay as an automatic switch on the water pump. This system aims to help the activities of farmers who still use physical force to water and fertilize plants. Expert System for Disease Diagnosis Through General Check Up Based on Android Mobile Application at Bojong Medika Clinic is a mobile-based application system that can be used as a platform for users to record, store medical records, automatically process data from general check-ups, and remind them to do further general check-ups in an effort to make everyone using this application more concerned about their health and avoid various diseases. The Akhlaqu Application is a web-based Islamic learning platform used by Al-Falah Integrated Islamic Elementary School to facilitate the recording and reporting of students’ activities in developing their memorization. This research aims to assess the level of user satisfaction with the Akhlaqu Application using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results showed a high level of usability, measured by a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 89.7, indicating a “very good” quality application that meets high usability standards. In addition, the implementation of text indexes on MongoDB has a positive impact on the speed of transaction data search, especially on complex data searches, improving the efficiency and responsiveness of the application. The implications of this research involve recommendations to continue to improve the usability and performance of the Akhlaqu Application, by maintaining the use of MongoDB index techniques as a reliable solution for optimizing the database. The study concludes that the Akhlaqu Application is an effective tool for managing students’ memorization and recommends further improvements to enhance its usability and performance.
