STRATEGI INOVASI E-COMMERCE DALAM MENGHADAPI GLOBALISASI ( STUDI KASUS JD.ID) E-COMMERCE应对全球化的战略(JD.ID案例研究)

Advances in information technology are one of the fundamental things in technological development that cannot be stopped, this will continue to grow to be large and can provide a large level of change in the pattern of people's lives. E-commerce can be said as the development of information technology. And one company that does this is JD.ID. JD. ID is an e-commerce company that has the positioning of "original goods" offered to consumers. This is JD.ID's biggest strength and has an e-commerce strategy that really attracts consumers' attention. The data collection method used in this study is a survey, where the problem discussed is how the phase of change and innovation can be implemented at JD.ID. The method used to analyze is McKinsey 7S. The results that will be obtained from this journal are phases of change that may and/or can be recommended to JD.ID, as a recommendation and/or input so that JD.ID can develop into an even bigger e-commerce company and JD.ID can become the broader e-commerce market leader. Changes must always be made to be able to adapt to the needs required by society and on the one hand is flexibility in dealing with this.

FORECASTING CATEGORY IN PUBLIC SCHOOL STAFF STUDENTS AND SPENDING IN 2018 WITH COMPARISON METHOD 用对比法预测2018年公立学校教职工、学生和支出类别

Education is one of the efforts to develop capabilities and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation. Increasingly expensive education costs require parents to prepare more maturely. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to show forecasting of rill costs per student in 2018 using the Timeseries Public School Staff, Students, and Spending 1970-2017 data. In this study, the ARIMA and the SVM model are used to forecast rill costs per student in 2018. ARIMA is one of the simplest models and the most widely used method. This model will be compared using machine learning, namely SVM. From the experimental results that compare the performance of SVM and ARIMA. In the calculation above, the MAPE results from the Arima and SVM models are 0.142 and 0.0029. Whereas for RMSE the results of the ARIMA calculations obtained results of 36.625, while for SVM the RMSE results obtained were 7.470. The results of the study concluded that the SVM model has a better performance in predicting crude oil prices compared to the ARIMA method.

RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PERPUSTAKAAN MENGGUNAKAN QR CODE BERBASIS WEBSITE 利用基于网站的QR代码设计图书馆管理信息系统

The school library is one of the educational facilities supporting learning activities and has an important role in supporting the achievement of educational goals. At SMPN 1 Mandalawangi, the library plays a role in assisting students and teachers in obtaining subject matter references to support teaching and learning activities. In the library, activities such as visitor registration, book recording, book borrowing, returning transactions, and making reports at the library are still done manually, so it requires more time and effort, and mistakes often occur in finding the required data. The author designed a library management information system using a web-based QR Code to solve this problem so that activities can be carried out more quickly and easily. The Waterfall development method is used to build this web-based information system. The stages that are passed in this method are the Requirement, Design, Coding & Testing, Integration & Testing, and Operation and Maintenance stages. The information system is built using the JavaScript programming language, the ReactJS library, Cloud Firestore as the database, and UML as the system model. The final result of this design is to produce a library management information system using a web-based QR Code for the SMPN 1 Mandalawangi Library. It can be interpreted that the system that has been designed can facilitate library staff in the service process, data management, and making reports at the SMPN 1 Mandalawangi library.

KOMPARASI SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE (SVM) DAN AUTOREGRESSIVE INTEGRATED MOVING AVERAGE (ARIMA) PADA PERAMALAN HUJAN DI DAERAH ALBURY, AUSTRALIA

Rain is one of the 4 weather conditions on earth. The rain itself is sometimes erratic. For some people, rain is sometimes seen as an obstacle in carrying out their daily activities. Therefore, predictions about rain are needed. Predictions about rain really help people in carrying out their daily activities. The research aims to compare the predictive performance of SVM and ARIMA in forecasting rain. The data used in this case study research is data regarding daily weather for 10 years in the Albury area, Australia from 2008-2017 with a lot of 3040 data. The results obtained from SVM for forecasting rain using daily weather data for 10 years in the Albury area, Australia with the best accuracy rate with the SVM model is 97.532% with an error rate of 2.468%, while in the ARIMA model, the results are MAE 0.181, RMSE 0.254 and MAPE 0.159. So it can be concluded that the ARIMA model has a better performance in predicting rain than the SVM method.

PT Kalibrasi Indonesia Mandiri is one unit of the legal metrology agency in Serang Regency that functions are to control, manage and determine the types of measuring instruments, scales and equipment (UTTP) by setting mass standards, volume standards and length standards. PT Kalibrasi Indonesia Mandiri is under department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs in Banten province, as one of the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT). In accepting UTTP (Measuring, Measure, Weighing, and Equipment) submissions from institutions or companies is still manual and there is no system. For this reasons, the author was designed a system to facilitate the processing of UTTP submissions received at the Technical Implementation Unit in a systemized (online) manner. The solution is using a web-based application. For this reason the author choose the title "Web-based UTTP Submission Information System at PT. Kalibrasi Indonesia Mandiri Serang”. In designing this system the tools used are UML (Unified modeling language) including Flowmaps, Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, File Structures, Input Output Design. The result of this study is the design of an UTTP submission information system that is used to facilitate work units in maintaining consistency and their level of performance in receiving and preparing test results reports

ANALISIS DAN PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI MOBILE DIET ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DENGAN PENDEKATAN CHALLENGE BASED

College life is a period where most students are required to live independently and begin to plan for their diet. Unfortunately, they commonly adopt poor dietary habits due to a lack of nutritional literacy. The lack of knowledge about healthy diets may potentially affect their health. This study aims to develop a meal planner iOS application that integrates daily calorie information and includes a machine learning-based meal recommendation feature. The application was built using Swift programming language along with Challenge Based Learning (CBL) framework. The application then was used to analyze the effectiveness usage of the meal planner mobile application using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study was conducted by distributing an online questionnaire to 360 university students in Batam City. Hypothesis testing was carried out through linear regression using SPSS 25 software. The results showed a positive impact of Perceived Ease of use toward Perceived Usefulness in using the meal planner application. Additionally, both Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of use also positively impact the Attitude Towards Using the meal planner application. The results of this study should be beneficial to the future developments of meal planner applications so that they can improve the nutritional literacy of students on living a healthy lifestyle and adopt new technologies for future research.

Unfortunately, they commonly adopt poor dietary habits due to a lack of nutritional literacy. The lack of knowledge about healthy diets may potentially affect their health. This study aims to develop a meal planner iOS application that integrates daily calorie information and includes a machine learning-based meal recommendation feature. The application was built using Swift programming language along with Challenge Based Learning (CBL) framework. The application then was used to analyze the effectiveness usage of the meal planner mobile application using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study was conducted by distributing an online questionnaire to 360 university students in Batam City. Hypothesis testing was carried out through linear regression using SPSS 25 software. The results showed a positive impact of Perceived Ease of use toward Perceived Usefulness in using the meal planner application. Additionally, both Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of use also positively impact the Attitude Towards Using the meal planner application. Wayzon Studio Musik is one of the studios at seramg banten that provides two types of rentals, namely studio rentals and musical instrument rentals such as guitars, pianos, drums, basses, other musical instruments and sound systems. The studio rental system currently takes place by means of consumers registering directly on the spot and the recording process is carried out on a notebook and then continued with scheduling on the blackboard. the current system allows errors in the recording process, data loss, scheduling conflicts that often occur, the difficulty of finding information on music equipment rental services, the difficulty of managing transaction data and reports. based on the exposure to the current system, a studio rental system is needed that makes it easier to carry out the recording process, data search process, musical instrument rental, studio booking process and the process of finding information on music equipment rental services. This music studio rental system is designed using a codeigniter framework, bootstrap and a database management system (DBMS) using MYSQL. In this web development, the method used is the waterfall and Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system makes it easier and faster for administrative officers to provide scheduling information on studio and musical instrument rental services, minimizes errors in the process of processing transaction data and making reports and makes it easier for customers to find information on music equipment rental services. This system will display a monthly studio or musical instrument rental schedule (dashboard) and the report system will display transaction data that can be printed easily.

PENGGUNAAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCY PROCESS (AHP) DALAM MENENTUKAN PLATFORM ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY TERBAIK

Decision support system is one part of the benefits of information systems that can be a guide for users in determining the best choice from several available options. Some consumer considerations in making purchases online illustrate that there are factors that influence consumer decisions in making purchases of goods. This study refers to the level of decision and consumer satisfaction in choosing the best online food delivery service platform so that it can provide an alternative problem solving in making a decision. The use of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method in this study was used to determine the choice of the best online food delivery platform from the 3 available options, namely Grabfood, Gofood and Shopeefood. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents aged 18-40 years to analyze and test the 5 (five) specified criteria including price, promotion, service, security and speed. Assessment of the selection of online food delivery service platforms with these criteria uses pairwise comparison scale with an importance level from 1-9 intervals. The research results based on the weight of each of these criteria, namely speed 0.161, security 0.253, service 0.251, promotion 0.174 and price 0.161 as well as the percentage of online food delivery platforms chosen by respondents are as follows: Grabfood 36.02%, Gofood 34.14 %, and Shopeefood 29.84%. From this study, it can be concluded that Grabfood is an online food delivery platform that is most in demand by the current millennial generation.

In Salatiga City, namely at the SMA & SMK levels, this study intends to examine the accessibility, distribution pattern, and affordability of educational facilities. In this study, buffering analysis, nearest neighbor analysis, and quantitative descriptive data analysis were employed as the methodology. The information utilized was collected from INAGeoportal, Indonesia's national geoportal that links numerous Ministries, Institutions, Provinces, and Regions that collaborate with Google Earth to connect the National Geospatial Information Network. The result of this study shows that The distribution of high schools and vocational education institutions in Salatiga City is categorized as a cluster pattern with a nearest neighbor index of 0.52, according to the results of nearest neighbor analysis using average nearest neighbor formula in ArcGIS Pro App and according to buffering analysis, it is recognized that all the school at the highschool levels in Salatiga region are reachable.

The university strives to provide relevant knowledge. One way the government can use it is to measure the quality of the institution by the number of graduates. The higher the pass rate, the higher the quality of training, which can have a positive impact on the certifications awarded by BAN-PT. This allows researchers to see how research is being conducted at the University of Banten Jaya. To predict graduation rates, students can use a type of artificial neural network algorithm commonly known as neural networks. Artificial neural networks are machine learning techniques developed from Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) and designed to process two-dimensional data. Neural network algorithms belong to the type of deep neural network imaging used. There are several types of neural network techniques. That is, the steps of forward and reverse propagation training. Neural networks are similar to MLPs, but in neural networks each neuron is represented in two dimensions, as opposed to MLP, where each neuron has only one dimension. The results of student graduation in a timely manner and is expected to provide information and can provide input to universities in formulating policies for future improvements.
