ANALISIS SENTIMEN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP VAKSINASI COVID-19 PADA MEDIA SOSIAL TWITTER MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE (SVM)

This research was conducted to find information about the tendency of Indonesian people regarding the Covid-19 vaccination. The method that the author uses is by collecting data from Twitter social media using the API key provided by Twitter. The process of collecting data using a Python application with several libraries such as tweepy, pandas, numpy and nltk. After the data is crawled, then the data is cleaned with several data cleaning processes such as remove username, remove url, lower case, remove stopwords and lemmatize. Then the results are labeled with the textblob and sklearn libraries. then the data is analyzed using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm with the best comparison being 20 testing data and 80 training data or as many as 942 testing data and 3766 training data, the prediction results for testing data are f1 score 0.93, accuracy score 0.88, precision score 0.88 and a recall score of 0.99. The results showed that from 4,078 tweet data, there were 2,525 positive sentiments (43.0%), 771 negative sentiments (16.4%), and 1,912 neutral sentiments (40.6%). The results of 80% (3766) of training data and 20% (942) of test data obtained an accuracy score of 73.6%. From this study, it can be concluded that the tendency of Indonesian people when sampling data is taken is more accepting (positive responses) to government policies regarding the Covid-19 vaccination program. In the future, it is hoped that there will be a library that supports text data processing such as regional languages, because researchers found that during the data cleaning process there was a lot of word elimination, because many regional languages ​​were used by the Indonesian people in writing on social media.

RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DENGAN FRAMEWORK CODEIGNITER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN PADA SMK DARUL ISHLAH

The learning process in Darul Ishlah Vocational High School is not optimal, student learning outcomes have not reached optimal, monotonous learning media, limited learning time, and delays in the learning process if the teacher concerned is unable to attend are the main things behind the research. Darul Ishlah Vocational High School require an innovative learning media that can be used to implement learning both face-to-face and online. So that the learning that is carried out can run as it should and the rate of student learning can increase and be able to explore the material provided by teacher and be able to increase student interest and learning outcomes in accordance with the targets set by the school. Therefore, one of the efforts to increase the effectiveness of learning that can be done is to implement a Learning Management System by combining face-to-face and online learning which is an alternative to learning process at Darul Ishlah Vocational School both in pandemic conditions and face-to-face learning processes. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the LMS implementation on the student learning process. System development in making applications using the method Waterfall. The modeling system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). In making applocations using PHP with the Codeigniter Framework as language scripting and the framework used to create applications, MySQL as the database. With this LMS, it is hoped that it can help the learning process become more effective, make it easier for teacher to distribute materials, assignment, exam questions to student. This LMS application can be used as an additional discussion medium for teacher and student to discuss unfinished subject matter, and a student can work on multiple-choice exam questions and collect assignments given by the teacher.

SISTEM INFORMASI E-RAPORT MENGGUNAKAN EXPECTATION CONFIRMATION MODEL (ECM) PADA SMAN 1 PABUARAN

SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran is one of the schools that has implemented the 2013 Curriculum. The change from the KTSP curriculum to the 2013 curriculum certainly changes the value management process. The process of managing report cards carried out is currently less effective and efficient because the process is carried out separately using Microsoft Excel. There is often a difference in the format of report values between subject teachers and homeroom teachers, so homeroom teachers need to change these scores to fit the proper format. The purpose of this study is to design and develop a value management information system using a web-based E-Report and to conduct quality testing using the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) method on the information system developed. The system design used in this research is using the Waterfall method so that it is easier to develop and use UML (Unified Modeling Language) for visual system modeling. The results achieved after the implementation of this application make it easier for users (teachers, homeroom teachers, and student parents) to do their work and overcome the difficulties of inputting report values that have been done in schools. The conclusion obtained is that using the e-rapport application can support improvements in work so that the process of inputting values ​​is more effective and efficient. The value of the report becomes more structured and well-documented. The results of the research on the level of user satisfaction with thee-rapport system are in the very good or very satisfied category.

APLIKASI TATA KELOLA BARANG INVENTARIS DI SDN SEMPU 2 KOTA SERANG BERBASIS WEB 库存管理应用在SDN SEMPU两个基于WEB的攻击城市

SDN Sempu 2 Kota Serang is an institution engaged in the field of education. The inventory of goods at the school has a problem, namely the large number of inventory items should be managed so that some items sometimes escape the attention of officers and make it difficult to supervise the process. This is because SDN Sempu 2 Kota Serang still uses notebooks in the inventory management process so that information about school inventory items is difficult to know with certainty and quickly. Inventory report recapitulation is also still being carried out by recording in notebooks and in a period that makes it impossible to obtain information in real time or if needed at any time. This study aims that the application developed can provide convenience in monitoring inventory items owned by SDN Sempu 2 Kota Serang and provide a real time and accurate recapitulation of reports. The research method applied in this research is the waterfall method. The conclusion obtained is that making the application can facilitate and manage item data when needed so that item data will not be lost again. In addition, report generation is easier and more efficient.

This application is a mobile application designed with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) designconsisting of use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams using the waterfall methodin research. This sholat application has a prayer schedule feature, mosque map, added mosque points,information, and this application also has a voice notification feature as a reminder feature when enteringprayer time. So with this application, it is expected to provide convenience and help the community in worship,especially in finding the location of mosques around the user, this application is also able to display mosquesaround the user within a distance of 10 km.

THESIS SIMILARITY DETECTION APPLICATION AT BANTEN JAYA UNIVERSITY 论文相似度检测在万丹惹亚大学的应用

The ease of accessing information results in an increase in the level of plagiarism. Plagiarism is an act of tacking other peoples’ writings or opinions and making it look as if they were by themselves without first studying and not including the source. A detection similarity is an application that is made based on a website to detect the similarity or similarity of a document/text with other documents/text. In addition, il also provides an overview of the calculation sequence of how the calculation process in detecting the text runs until it produces the percentage of similarity of the text. In a making-based application website, this methodology used is the waterfall. While the method used in calculating the similarity of the text is the Algorithm Winnowing. The winnowing algorithm is one of the document method fingerprints. This method can identify the similarity of the test, including small parts that are similar in a set of documents that are analyzed through the fingerprint generated and for calculating the percentage results using the Jaccard Coefficient. The Smaller the percentage level of similarity of a text document, the smaller the level of similarity, but if the percentage value is greater then can be ascertained that the document is plagiarized. The winnowing algorithm can be used as a plagiarism check in thesis and journal documents. The application built in this system is running well because the winnowing algorithm can help check plagiarism in the thesis and journal documents.

Plagiarism is an act of tacking other peoples’ writings or opinions and making it look as if they were by themselves without first studying and not including the source. A detection similarity is an application that is made based on a website to detect the similarity or similarity of a document/text with other documents/text. In addition, il also provides an overview of the calculation sequence of how the calculation process in detecting the text runs until it produces the percentage of similarity of the text. In a making-based application website, this methodology used is the waterfall. While the method used in calculating the similarity of the text is the Algorithm Winnowing. The winnowing algorithm is one of the document method fingerprints. This method can identify the similarity of the test, including small parts that are similar in a set of documents that are analyzed through the fingerprint generated and for calculating the percentage results using the Jaccard Coefficient. The Smaller the percentage level of similarity of a text document, the smaller the level of similarity, but if the percentage value is greater then can be ascertained that the document is plagiarized. The winnowing algorithm can be used as a plagiarism check in thesis and journal documents. PROTOTYPE SISTEM PENDETEKSI BANJIR MENGGUNAKAN NODEMCU DAN PROTOKOL MQTT BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS 洪水检测系统原型使用NODEMCU和基于事物的MQTT协议

Flood disasters that often occur around the Pamarayan Dam were caused by heavy rainfall and the flow of river water in the Lebak and Bogor areas, causing the overflow of the water discharge in the dam. In addition to causing property losses, floods can also cause casualties. Therefore we need a flood detection and warning system to avoid casualties and minimize material and psychological losses. The system was built using the Internet of Things and the Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. This flood detection system is also designed to be able to deliver warnings quickly and with wide coverage. This flood detection system uses ultrasonic sensors, NodeMCU, LED, and buzzer. The ultrasonic sensor is used to measure the water level which data can be read by the NodeMCU as a data transmission medium from the sensor to the MQTT server. With this system, the water level can be monitored via the cayenne and send notifications to telegram. The LED will be green if the water is in Safe status, yellow if the alert status, and red if the danger status is accompanied by a warning alarm.

PT JWT Global Logistics Indonesia is company in logistic field (cargo services, freight forwarding, export and import). Utilization of information technology in this company has not fully played a role in achieving company goals. Therefore, the design of information technology governance using COBIT 2019 framework to overcome these problems. This research starts from literature study and reach out the problem at PT JWT Global Logistics Indonesia. The next step is using COBIT 2019 framework that is understand the enterprise context and strategy, determine the initial scope of the governance system, refine the scope of the governance system, and conclude the governance system design which results in governance design in the form of value for 40 core models. COBIT 2019 measures each core model with design factor toolkit. Each design factor contains a statement that is tailored to the enterprise’s condition. Core model which has target of capability level of 4 is APO03 Managed Enterprise Architecture, APO12 Managed Risk, BAI06 Managed IT Changes and DSS01 Managed Operations.

A medical record is a file containing records and documents regarding patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided to patients at health care facilities. The practice of providing services, especially in improving the welfare of mothers and children, is a health service provider. In managing medical records at the Yanti Midwife Clinic, they still use the manual method, so it takes time and energy to process patient medical records for data that is still in paper form so that the required reports cannot be directly provided. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system design uses UML and uses the waterfall method as a system development method. The results of the study are in the form of a web-based patient medical record information system that can assist in the processing of patient data at the Yanti Midwife Clinic.

The library repository system located at Banten Jaya University is not currently utilizing information technology to the maximum. This is seen from the library member registration information system and the ongoing report data storage system, the system is still manually done by filling out the form on paper and also still the manual storage of scientific work report data, if it has finished filling out the form the library must re-input on the application. In this way it is certainly less effective and efficient. Based on the results of the system research that the authors conducted, with the update of the repository system this web-based library can provide ease to the officer in managing the library information system. The research method used is waterfall development model, which consists of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The development of this web-based library information system uses php7 language for system functionality because it is very effective for building web-based applications. The result of this study is the development of repository applications that can facilitate students in accessing scientific work in the Library of Banten Jaya University. Using the Repository application can reduce damage, lose scientific work collections, make it easier to use libraries and save space usage and by implementing repository applications are expected to support library performance and assist library users in finding the information they need.
