This research examines the main approaches to visualization and modeling of key processes in the creation and testing of software in the domain of telemedicine, namely, such an application as a voice assistant to a doctor. Emphasis is placed on the use of UML diagrams at various stages of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, description of basic functionality, documentation, testing, etc. With the help of modeling, the answer not only to the questions “what does the system do” and “what does the system consist of” was demonstrated, but also to “how and how efficiently the system works” – in this case, a prototype of a doctor’s voice assistant application. Approaches to using effective frontend technology for the application are analyzed.

The article proposes a systematic approach to the analysis of psychological perception of information at the level of human intuitive perception. The most successful, according to the authors, methods and approaches of building information models of sensory perception of information are given. Such a systematic approach “from simple to complex and from it to generalization” made it possible to determine the features of each of the considered methods, to determine their advantages and disadvantages, and to indicate the directions of appropriate use. The authors proposed and implemented a method of identifying computer users based on the measurement of various time delays when entering information from the computer keyboard. In order to increase the accuracy of identification, it is recommended to use the relative values of pauses before and after pressing a key to the time it is held. This approach provides a 15%increase in recognition accuracy and reduces time and resource costs for identification. In order to automate the process of identification of a person working at a computer for a long time, adaptation of the developed product to changing the user’s keyboard handwriting by changing the handwriting sample is provided. Considerable attention is paid to clarifying the concepts of sign, image, meaning, meaning, which reflect the psychological aspects of information perception by a computer user.

One of the current computerization trends is the active development of “smart city” or “Smart city” technologies, in particular, the support of administrative e-services, the development of transport systems, the use of ecologically clean energy sources, the development of ecology, the modernization of the city’s digital equipment, in an improved state. life in the city, completion of all processes of the city infrastructure. All this complex of works is as accessible as possible with the correct use of “Smart city” technology. Smart cities contribute to sustainable development. Smart technologies fully support cities’ growth and increase efficiency to ensure the well-being of citizens and the efficiency of city governance in the years to come. Along with the advantages of Smart city, there are problems that are provided as a result of the wide use of various mobile applications, big data and various technologies. So that the risks do not outweigh the positive benefits, all smart city initiatives must be focused on the needs of consumers. Access to administrative data will increase the involvement of citizens in public and city processes. Opponents of the smart city express their dismay at the possibility of non-compliance with the proper storage of confidential and personal data, ensuring their security. The method of work is the development of an information system of a smart city to increase the speed of response of communal services to various problems in it. Residents of the city should be classified as other extreme situations and actions should be taken to quickly solve this problem. The object of the study is the process of reducing the response time of communal services to various emergency situations in the city. The subject of the study is the analysis of the speed of response to various tests. The practical significance of the obtained results is the development of a software addition to the information system for collecting and analyzing problems in the city.

This article covers the problem of developing a control system for non-player characters in a multiplayer RPG. Commercial projects in the field of videogames and RPG (Role-Playing Game) projects in particular seldom use machine learning models for the implementation of character behaviour. The most common approach is to use primitive preprogrammed rules, or to implement a finite state machine. Such approaches ruin the immersion of playing with real creatures, since various predefined rules make the characters predictable. A good game AI is supposed to give the player an impression of interacting with real characters, that make various decisions, sometimes unpredictable. To achieve this goal, this article covers an approach with using various machine learning models in conjunction with a traditional finite state machine. A videogame developed earlier is used as the basis for problem solution. The article conducts an analysis of the existing works in the field of videogame AI. Next, the implementation of control system is described. This system utilizes a couple selected and successfully trained machine learning models. A multitude of models were tested, eventually a decision tree model and a neural network were selected, since they yielded the best results. The process of development and implementation of a control system involving machine learning models is then described. The approaches of teaching such models are described, and finally the achieved results are analyzed. To gauge the results, different models were compared against each other in test battles. The decision tree model showed results slightly better than the traditional finite state machine. Meanwhile, the neural network performed significantly better, beating other models far more often. Achieved results can be developed further, utilizing more complex models and improving training methods, which will result in even more sophisticated characters. Presence of such characters in the game will qualitatively improve the gameplay. Obtained system was integrated into the videogame, that may potentially become a commercial product.

Workflow is a sequence of repeated and controlled steps aimed at completing a specific task or work. The urgency of the task of optimizing such works contributed to the development of methods and means of operations research to optimize such processes for the needs of various subject areas. Information technologies to support such workflow are workflow engines that enable faster automation, ensure compliance with norms and standards, formalize business processes, improve communication, etc. The workflow management systems are divided into the following categories: automation using robotics, intelligent integration platforms, intelligent business process management systems, open-source engines, the cloud-supported, as well as data flow processing systems. For a more detailed analysis, it is advisable to choose the following engines and services: built-in, cloud-oriented, and those to support both scenarios (jBPM, Camunda, Zeebe, Amazon Step Functions). It is appropriate to define evaluation criteria and compare such workflow automation systems to form further recommendations regarding their selection and application. Such criteria are development activity, stability and history of commercial use, versioning support, standards support, support for timers and asynchronous execution, support for human-oriented and manual tasks, integration with other solutions, monitoring and logging, scaling, cloud support, the possibility of scanning in private infrastructure, the presence of a visual interface, the convenience of local development and testing, open source code, the necessary programming for implementation and cost. A comparison of advantages and disadvantages can be used to decide on a workflow automation system.

The article develops an intelligent system of analysis and neural network forecasting of battery charge consumption for automated vehicles (AGVs). For this purpose, the types of AGV and the methods of effective forecasting of their battery charge consumption were analyzed. It is established that they are based on optimal robot control processes; application of technologies to increase capacity and extend service life. The data for the forecast was collected using the UAExpert OPC UA client, which allowed to convert the informative components of the data vector into a format suitable for further processing (csv). To eliminate outliers in the signals, a dispersion analysis of each parameter of AGV was carried out. Data for which the sigma value exceeded 1.5 were considered partialle lost and were replaced by a moving average of 12 points (the number of ANN inputs). For training, verification and testing of neural networks, parameters with high and medium positive correlation dependence were selected according to the Pearson correlation coefficient. Short-term and medium-term forecasting of battery charge consumption for AKTZ was carried out on the basis of ANN with deep learning, the model of which was tested in two modes: forecasting and prediction. The effectiveness of the developed system was investigated by testing it on the data obtained from Formica-1 AGV. The average absolute testing error was less than 1%. The highest value of the prediction error was less than 9 % when predicting such parameters as current position and X-coordinate, which are correlated with battery charge consumption for AGV. It has been established experimentally that the accuracy of the forecast of battery charge consumption for various types of AGV has been improved.

An analysis of the helio- and geo-activity subject area has been carried out, which become a ground for the main essences of space weather indices, their attributes and connections between them were determined. An ER-diagram was constructed and a logical scheme of the database of the intelligent system for the research of space weather parameters was developed. The scientific novelty of the obtained results relies on the development of a database model of an intelligent system for the research of space weather parameters. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibilities of filling the database on manifestations of solar activity, their processing, analysis and establishment of connections between indicators of helio- and geoactivity.

This paper describes the requirements for the project of an information sales system on the platform of charitable online auctions, which offers a fundamentally new way to sell valuable property, such as real estate or transport. The designed information system is a non-standard solution for the implementation of auction sales, since in economically unstable times it is intended to become an alternative way for sellers to expose their property as a lot; to play a lot between the participants of the auction and give a chance to low-income segments of the population to become owners of valuable property for a relatively small amount of the bid in the auction; pay part of the collected amount in favor of charitable foundations for which users will vote when participating in the auction; enrich the state budget by paying taxes on the purchase and sale procedure. The expediency of creating such an information system was assessed on the basis of comparing it with the existing prototypes. To substantiate the relevance of the project, a system of experimental evaluation of the characteristics of the designed system and its analogues has been developed according to a number of criteria. A number of advantages and critical differences of the system project have been identified. On the basis of the project management method S.M.A.R.T. the goals of creating an information system are formulated and a list of tasks to achieve them is determined. Structural, functional, informational, business and client requirements for the project are outlined. The main means of developing an IT project in TypeScript on the Node.js and Angular platforms are indicated. Integration of the information system with the Fondy payment system to save proceeds from the auction is proposed. The risks of project implementation are identified and ways to minimize their impact are outlined.

This paper investigates the problem of embedding features used in datasets for training neural networks. The use of embeddings increases the performance of neural networks, and therefore is an important part of data preparation for deep learning methods. Such a process is based on semantic metrics. It is proposed to use ontologies of the subject areas to which the corresponding feature belongs for embedding. This work developed such a method and investigated its use for the task of categorizing text documents. The research results showed the advantage of the developed method.
