This paper describes an information system for monitoring and analyzing reviews on social networks to form recommendations for the purchase of goods. This system is designed to be used by customers to speed up and facilitate the search for the necessary products on e-commerce resources. Successful selection of a quality product according to the desired criteria is extremely important, as it saves search time and customer money. Analyzing comments on the network, the information system recommends the product if there is a preponderance of positive feedback on it. The purpose of the work, object and subject of research, scientific novelty and practical significance of the work are formulated. An analysis of the peculiarities of the studied subject area and known means of solving the problem was carried out. Systems used in online marketing were used as a prototype system for generating recommendations based on feedback analysis. Comparative characteristics of the system with analogues were conducted and it was determined that the system is unique, and its development is relevant, since known existing similar systems do not recommend products to users based on the feedback of other users. The general goal of system development is determined, the purpose, place of application of the system, development and implementation of the system are described. The criteria that are put forward when defining the goals are defined. Using the method of analysis of hierarchies, it was determined that the type of product being developed is a decision support system. A conceptual model of the system has been developed. Project requirements are modeled – business requirements, user requirements, functional requirements, non-functional requirements. Input and output data of the system are defined. The decision-making system is based on an algorithm for sentiment analysis of social networks users using the logistic regression method. Logistic regression is one of the most common machine learning algorithms that is easy to implement for classifying sets of linearly separable clusters of data. It quickly learns on large data sets and guarantees reliable results. Economic, functional, financial and time effects should be expected from the implementation of such a recommendation system.

Polyethylene quality control system is a set of methods and means of control and regulation of components that determine the level of product quality, as well as technical control at all stages of the production process. The first experience of polymerization of polyethylene at the end of the XIX century was received by the scientist Gustavson. For many years, polyethylene was created in small quantities, but in 1938 the process of industrial production was mastered by the British. At that time, the polymerization method was not yet perfect and required additional means of production control. Nowadays, each company uses different methods to control production, but given the complex chemical and technological processes, the need for a more efficient and integrated system that will control the quality of final products and at the same time save raw materials is still relevant. Goal of research: creation of a quality control system for the tasks of notification, control, management of automation systems using remote access and artificial intelligence systems. Study object: technical features of implementation of quality control system for polyethylene production enterprise. Scope of research: quality control system for polyethylene production with elements of artificial intelligence technology. The article deals with the creation of an information system for quality control of polyethylene, which will provide effective and safe management of the production process, high functionality and cross-platform with the help of web technologies and artificial intelligence. The work consists of an introduction, five chapters, conclusions and a list of sources used. In the first section the theoretical and methodological bases of research of quality control system are considered. The second section provides a systematic analysis of the object of study. The third section compares and selects the means of implementing systems. The fourth section describes the created software. In the fifth section, the economic characteristics of the software product and the calculation of the cost of the software product. According to the study, an information system for quality control of polyethylene production was created, the work of which is to establish compliance of products and processes with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation, standard samples, provide information on the production process and maintain its stability, protect enterprise data, identify defective products in the early stages, preventing the production of substandard products.

The main objective of this article is the analysis of the intelligent system for clustering users of social networks based on the messages sentiment analysis. The main goal of this intelligent system is to form a general image of the user of the system by analyzing the sentiment of the data of the user's social networks and their subsequent clustering. An intelligent system was designed, which, using the Identity and Access/Refresh JWT token algorithms, provides fast and maximally secure registration, authentication and processing of various system user sessions. The main approaches to the sentiment analysis of user messages and other data of various types are described, the principles of LSTM implementation of a recurrent neural network are described, which is very convenient for data analysis, because it works well and remembers the context of messages in the necessary time intervals, which increases the meaningfulness factor of the data analyzed according to the user of the intelligent system. General modern approaches to clustering and the most suitable clustering algorithm k-means is also described, since we will work with an undetermined amount of data each time, which can change significantly according to each individual user, the number of clusters and data processing will change because of this. Due to this, as a result of the work, the creation of a general image of the system user was described thanks to its comprehensive analysis, which made it possible to analyze users and display the corresponding results.

The article develops a general architectural system of socialization of groups of users with similar interests and functional requirements for it. To process a large part of the information, the system is implemented using the methods of fuzzy text information search and machine learning. thus, N-gram, selection expansion and structured Noisy Channel models are applied. A feature of the implementation is the processing of the text, the analysis of words in the text and the formation of evaluations. A convolutional neural network implementation is designed to determine user authenticity based on facial photo analysis. implementation of fuzzy search algorithms – for processing text data of various volumes to analyze information about each user, form a certain user rating, compare this user with other users to promote further socialization of users whose interests coincide the most. When experimentally checking the accuracy of the developed system by determining the percentage of similarity of current users with the help of N-grams and their connections. Running these algorithms simultaneously is about 15% more accurate than the N-gram algorithm and about 10 % more efficient and accurate than the others algorithm. The operation of the algorithm for linear search of tags in the dictionary and the operation of the Noisy Channel algorithm using the BK-tree are also analyzed. Thanks to which it was possible to achieve significant advantages in the work algorithm, instead of a linear view of the search time, a logarithmic dependence was obtained. A system of synchronous and asynchronous methods also works. At first, the difference is not visible, but the more requests, the faster the system loads and tries to respond to them more by displaying from asynchronous methods.

The mathematical basis for processing a digital signature is elliptic curves. The processing of the points of an elliptic curve is based on the operations performed in the Galois fields GF(pm). Fields with a simple foundation are not well-studied and very interesting for research. In this paper, a comparison of the complexity of algorithms for the realization of the multiplication operation in Galois fields GF(pm) with different bases is carried out. Conducts a comparison of the 3 most common multiplication algorithms. Found that fields with a base greater than 2 will have greater complexity of the algorithm.

The research in the domain of autonomous intelligent agent is the foreground of the introduction of artificial intelligence solution in all areas of economy. The intelligent autonomous systems combine the usage of pattern recognition, reasoning, decision making, conceptual modeling techniques and methods. The important part of intelligent agent implementation is to find the conceptualization which is suitable to the current problematic situation. Despite all progress around autonomous intelligent agents, humans are much more flexible and creative in making the right conceptualizations. They seamlessly adapt to the situation at hand and filter out all irrelevant details, using multiple perspectives and representations for the same objects. This research makes assumptions that every intelligent agent dynamically creates its own ontology used to interpret local knowledge. The mappings are established with this local ontology and the ontologies of other agents when needed, in order to share and reuse knowledge. In the article a formal model of problematic situation in the context of decision-making operation is presented. Models used in decision making and their relationships are described. In the second part of the article we analyze the process of conceptualization selection and arrive to the conclusion that this selection is done on multiple levels, starting from selecting the communicating agent with relevant domain of expertise, selecting and aligning ontologies of agents, selecting patterns and patterns languages which better correspond to the situation and lastly, selecting the relevant interpretations of concepts and relationships. In the last part of article, the problem of the selection of relevant knowledge provider is solved, using modified TOPSIS method. The proposed approach and directions of research will help to add flexibility to conceptual modeling of problematic situations by intelligent agents.

As a result of the research, one of the approaches to building an intelligent information system based on the recommendation of products to users with a solution to the cold start problem is described and modeled. The conducted research takes into account the advantages and disadvantages of the methods, as well as their compatibility, when combining them, which is an important factor for the speed of the system and the efficiency of the algorithm. The implementation of the hybrid method for the construction of an intelligent information system, as well as its performance testing in comparison with the classical k-means algorithm, was carried out. Based on the received analysis, a practical comparison of the efficiency of the system with the basic approach to solving the problem and the hybrid one was carried out.

The main ways of using information technologies in the field of legal services are analyzed. The functional purpose is given and the software tools that make it possible to order legal services remotely are analyzed. The key terms in the process of knowledge management and knowledge potential are analyzed. Groups of internal and external factors affecting knowledge potential are indicated. The factors of influence on the choice of electronic educational resources are highlighted. The interaction of participants in the educational process is depicted schematically, particularly in communities of the electronic educational environment. The list of probabilistic selection rules for choosing a source of knowledge and learning is given. The model of dynamics of dissemination of knowledge potential, taking into account the flow of knowledge from source to agent, is indicated. Modeling is described in the form of a generalized diffusion model of processes of redistribution of knowledge potential during e-learning, taking into account the replenishment of the source of knowledge. The influence of electronic educational resources on the replenishment of the teacher's knowledge, which transfers knowledge to students within a certain community, is given. The general structure of the process of formation of knowledge potential during e-learning, indicating sources of knowledge, factors of influence on participants of the educational process is shown, the processes of replenishment, transfer, and redistribution of knowledge are indicated.

Military symbols play a key role in the command and control of military forces. By communicating information that meets basic requirements, situational awareness can be quickly achieved; by its graphical nature, it provides a common operating language that greatly facilitates interaction across cultural and linguistic barriers. With the advent of information technology, the need arose for rapidly recognized international standards that could then be taught to computers. The fusion of high standard air, sea and land symbols on APP-6 paper resulted in Mil-Std-2525 and NATO APP-6D. This standard applies to all NATO ground components that are directly or partially involved in C4I operations, system operations, systems development and training in the context of NATO ground component operations. When designing and developing signs, composing their components, factors such as the ability to easily recognize signs, their legibility in different lighting conditions on a diverse cartographic basis, in different sizes and types of electronic screens with different degrees of physical and intellectual fatigue should be taken into account. The conventional signs standard concentrates signs for use in modern multi-chromatic electronic systems. At the same time, all signs can be used in monochrome systems and for freehand decoration. Development of this software will allow creating comfortable conditions for performing such actions as: create and edit tactical graphics of military symbols; ensuring compliance with all standards regarding the conditions of standardization of APP-6D; performing secure transmission of characters between multiple users. The object of the research is an automatic generator of conventional symbols in the tactical military standard APP-6D. The subject of the research is software for automatic generation of tactical symbols in the APP-6D standard. The aim of the work is to develop software that will automatically generate tactical insignia in the APP-6D standard. A comparative analysis of various methods for the development of such systems for generating symbols has been carried out. The project was being developed and it does not have a single equivalent in the Ukrainian language. Also, there are not a single desktop implementation. The project can be part of the software used by the Ukrainian military.
