Potential application of inter-satellite links and X-ray pulsars on spacecraft constellation is illustrated based on distributed observation and the decentralized unscented information filter. X-ray pulsar time of arrival observation and inter-satellite pseudo-range are used as measurements, with consideration on clock timing error and inter-satellite link availability. Decentralized unscented information filters are derived and used to conduct the estimation computation, which allows each spacecraft only need to estimates local dynamics states, using local measurements and estimation information from other spacecraft nodes. This novel scheme greatly enhances computation efficiency and robustness. Feasibility and advantage of the proposed scheme are demonstrated by numerical simulation on a medium Earth orbit constellation mission. Simulation results also show that availability of inter-satellite links is essential to navigation performance improvement.

The nonsubsampled contour let transform (NSCT) is an excellent multi scale and multidirection representation for images, born in redundant and shift-invariant quality suitable for denoising. Most NSCT or NSCT-like denoising methods borrow the mature algorithms from wavelets, and are restricted by the precision of the prior model to describe the coefficients statistics. This paper presents a discrete regularization approach relying on the nonlocal weighted patches function and the NSCT sub band estimator, to relieve the effect of prior precision while suppressing the additive noise and the resultant artifacts. Results on the PSNR and vision comparisons with the advanced denoising algorithms demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method.

In this paper, a fuzzy controller is designed for nonlinear time delay system. Because of the selection of membership functions and fuzzy rules of the fuzzy controllers depends mainly on the experience of experts and the control effects are not good owing to the randomicity and subjectivity of the experience, a method of multi-colony evolvement ant colony algorithm based on idle ant colony system is proposed. This algorithm adopts multi-colony parallel optimize based on improved ACO algorithm, the ACO implementation including data initialization, solution construction and pheromone update are improved. It can optimize the membership functions and fuzzy rules synchronously. Simulation result shows that this algorithm is feasible and effective.

In order to solve the problems that how to mine and express classification knowledge and rules in compatibility of prescription, this paper introduces a new theory of formal concept analysis (FCA), and realizes the compatibility of prescription knowledge mining. Meanwhile, the prescription drugs of reverting yin disease treatment in Treatise on febrile diseases are selected to apply the FCA theory to mine the compatibility of prescription. The result shows that complete knowledge which is related to prescription can be obtained from the attribute partial order chart, therefore it has been proved that the theory of FCA provides a new method to discovery the new knowledge of prescription of TCP.

Researched on a kind of photoelectric current transformer based on the Rogowski coil, it solved the electrical insulating problem between the high and low voltage sides using the optical fiber to transmit the pulse signal from the high-pressure side. The laser energy can meet the demand of electricity in high voltage side steadily. The V/F conversion of digital signal processing method makes the transmission signal has a strong anti-interference ability, and experimental results show that the maximum error is 0.2% in the range of 0~50A.

Web service environment is characterized by its openness and distribution, in which the interacting entities usually have little knowledge about each other and may be in different domains, so the access control for web service has become a challenging problem that needs to be addressed properly. In this paper, an access control policy model based on context and role is proposed that can be appropriate for web service. The model takes context as the center to define and perform access control policies. It uses the contexts of user, environment and resource to execute dynamic roles assignment and constrain the authorization decision. Furthermore, Description Logic is adopted as the policy language to formalize the model. A series of access control policy axioms are defined and the reasoning method is proposed. Experiment result has proved the feasibility and validity of the presented method.

In an array-based high resolution direction finding system, the non-uniform linear antenna array(NLA) is a widely-used geometric configuration of array. The direction finding ambiguity of NLA is studied in the paper, the cause of the array's direction finding ambiguity is analysed based on the theoretically, the idea of the array redundancy and the geometric configuration of NLA is studied. Relationship between the direction finding ambiguity performance and geometric configuration of NLA is revealed. It offers a guide and reference to choose and construct NLA in project application to avoid the blindness and willingness of the system design.

This paper presents a novel frequency resource for frequency resource of ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry), which is based on DDS (Direct Digital Frequency Synthesizes) technology. It consists of micro controller, which is the controller of system, DDS chip AD9835, which communicates with the micro controller through the SPI Bus, crystal, which provides benchmark frequency, and power module, which provides power for the system. It can produce a standard sine wave with the frequency range from DC (Direct Current) to 25MHz, and the change of frequency can be controlled by the computer via the USB Bus. Finally after experiments, it indicates that this frequency resource can totally meet the requirement of ICP-MS.

The adaptive interference cancellation is the key factor in DTV based passive radar. The wide band of the DTV signal leads to the high computation burden and the decrease of the cancellation gain. To solve the two problems, an Adaptive filter with Discrete Distribution structure using NLMS algorithm(ADDNLMS) is proposed in this paper, which has better performance compared with the traditional NLMS filter. Moreover, it can adjust the weight structure according to the distribution of the clutters. Simulation and experiment data verification are carried out, which proves the efficiency of the proposed filter.

It will be effectively helpful for GPS receiver's design and receiving algorithm research when the realization of GPS signal simulation. GPS 's range code includes coarse/acquisition code (C/A code) and Precise Code (P code), C/A code is used for civilian navigation. On the basis of studying the principle of C/A code signal and its relevance deeply, then simulated C/A code signal and analyzed its relevance by Matlab. The simulation results showed that this method is feasible, so it is really essential to make further research on the GPS signal in real environment based on this simulation platform so as to the receiver can capture and track the satellite signals in the complex environment, then the performance of the satellite receiver will be improved.
