A SIMPLE DESIGN OF BROADBAND CROSS-POLARIZATION CONVERTER FOR THE THz FREQUENCY RANGE 太赫兹频率范围宽带交叉放大转换器的简单设计

A broadband and lightweight polarization converter is proposed for applications in the THz frequency region. The proposed design has a metasurface structure with the dielectric layer modified to a hollow structure to obtain a lightweight design. The unit cell consists of two opposite arcs resonator patches and a continuous metal patch separated by the polyimide substrate layer. The simulated results indicate that the proposed polarized converter achieves a polarization conversion ratio above 93% in the frequency range from 1.6 THz to 5.8 THz with a relative bandwidth of 113.5%.

In preschool activities, children's need for cooperation is extremely strong. In today's era, the knowledge economy along with the scientific and technological revolution and international integration are developing rapidly. That requires children to know how to cooperate, share, listen, resolve conflicts and coordinate with each other. Therefore, cooperation skills are an indispensable factor to help children succeed. The article studies the reality of cooperative skills education management in Thai Nguyen city preschools in terms of planning, organizing and directing implementation, thereby proposing solutions such as: Organize training for teachers on cooperative skills education methods for 5-6 year old children in preschool; Mobilize forces inside and outside the school to participate in educating cooperation skills for 5-6 year old children in preschool; Mobilizing forces inside and outside of the school; Development of facilities to serve cooperative skills education activities for 5-6 year old children in preschool.
在学前教育活动中,儿童对合作的需求极为强烈。当今时代,知识经济、科技革命和国际一体化迅猛发展。这就要求幼儿懂得合作、分享、倾听、解决冲突和相互协调。因此,合作能力是帮助儿童成功不可或缺的因素。文章从计划、组织和指导实施等方面研究了太原市学前教育机构合作技能教育管理的实际情况,从而提出了以下解决方案:组织教师进行学前 5-6 岁儿童合作技能教育方法培训;动员校内外力量参与学前 5-6 岁儿童合作技能教育;动员校内外力量;开发服务于学前 5-6 岁儿童合作技能教育活动的设施。

Building a strong brand will affirm the position and image of the school in society. Currently, the non-public system of nursery schools is growing and developing along with the trend of socialization of education. Although positive results have been achieved, fierce competition between educational organizations is the difficulty that all schools are facing. The article has analyzed the current situation of planning, organizing, directing, inspecting, and evaluating the branding of non-public nursery schools as well as the management of physical facilities for branding. Thereby clearly identifying the limitations and causes of limitations as a premise to propose measures based on a number of research directions to meet urgent scientific and practical requirements.

In recent decades, many studies have recognized that innovation based on the application of new technology is a competitive advantage in the global economy. However, this issue is still not really fully understood and strongly implemented in Vietnam. This article will clarify some issues about innovation based on the application of new technology: definitions, the relationship between innovation and new technology application, basic attributes and factors affecting this process. Through that, a number of principled recommendations have been proposed to enhance innovation activities based on the application of new technology in Vietnam in general and Nghe An province in particular in the current context.
近几十年来,许多研究已经认识到,基于新技术应用的创新是全球经济中的竞争优势。然而,这一问题在越南仍未得到充分理解和有力落实。本文将阐明基于新技术应用的创新的一些问题:定义、创新与新技术应用之间的关系、基本属性以及影响这一过程的因素。在此基础上,提出了一些原则性建议,以加强越南,特别是义安省在当前背景下基于新技术应用的创新活动。

The purpose of this research is to examine the change in water resources over the previous 50 years in the Lam River basin (also known as the Ca River) in Nghe An province, an important water resource basin in the North Central area. According to the findings, the amount of flow through hydrological stations on rivers and streams in Nghe An province has been falling since 2012, and the yearly flow pattern is continuously dropping. For many years following 2015, the flow has been lower than typical, owing to the drought that occurred during the dry season of 2015-2016.
本研究的目的是考察中北部地区重要水资源流域义安省 Lam 河流域(又称 Ca 河)过去 50 年的水资源变化情况。研究结果表明,自 2012 年以来,通过义安省河流和溪流水文站的流量一直在下降,而且每年的流量模式都在持续下降。由于 2015-2016 年旱季的干旱,2015 年之后的多年流量都低于正常水平。

Heritage in UNESCO Global Geopark Dak Nong is rich and diverse with a full range of categories including natural and cultural heritage. Many outstanding heritage sites have been preserved and become invaluable resources for scientific research, education - study and tourism exploitation, contributing to the sustainable socioeconomic development in Dak Nong province. During the recent ield surveys, several dual/mixed heritage points combining geological and cultural significance were discovered, particularly prehistoric geological heritage rsites. Some of these sites can be excavated for on-site conservation and transformed into a unique highlight to attract tourists to tourism purposes. This article introduces some valuable new discoveries related to mixed heritage to preserve and promote the heritage values and toutism development in the UNESCO Global Geopark in Dak Nong.

THE RELATIONSHIP OF AGRICULTURAL LAND USE AND NUTRITIONAL LOADING IN THE CA RIVER BASINS 长江流域农业用地利用与营养负荷的关系

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the land area in the agricultural watershed and the nutrient load in the Ca River basin. Eight sampling sites in the Ca River basin were chosen for sampling in two phases during the dry season (5/2021) and the rainy season (September-2021). The results show that the measured water flow ranges from 27.7 m3 /s to 206.1 m3 /s in the dry season, with the highest reaching 2696 m3 /s and the lowest at 395 m3 /s in the rainy season. The load results of nutrients TN and, TP show a close relationship with flow and topography. The area of agricultural land in the basins influences nutrient load, which follows two distinct trends, increasing steadily in the northwest side river group and fluctuating in the southeast side river group. The land use process has a more obvious impact on the load during the dry season, whereas natural factors change the variation of nutrient load flows during the rainy season.

THE VALUE OF THE HERITAGE OF THE TYPICAL COUPLETS OF THE NGUYEN HUY TRUONG LUU FAMILY AND THE PROBLEMS RAISED 阮惠仲庐家典型对联的传承价值及提出的问题

Nguyen Huy Truong Luu is a long-standing academic family in Kim Song Truong commune, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province. Through the history of formation and development for hundreds of years, Nguyen Huy Truong Luu has formed a treasure of diverse heritages, typically 62 units of parallelism (antithetical couplets). The article analyzes the heritage value of Nguyen Huy Truong Luu family in three aspects: literature, culture - education, international relation - military. From here, the issue of conservation and promotion of heritage values is raised, heading towards the nomination of this heritage group to the List of Memory of the World Committee for Asia and the Pacific (MOWCAP), and its inclusion in the List of National Treasures of Vietnam.

The mountainous region of Vietnam accounts for three-quarters of the country's total area, is a place with a very important position in politics, foreign affairs, national defense, “a place contiguous with neighboring countries”... During his lifetime, President President Ho Chi Minh has deeply concerned about the prosperous, happy and progressive life of the compatriots, especially training and fostering ethnic minority cadres. He gave strategic instructions on building a contingent of ethnic minority cadres with the aim of “making the ethnic groups gradually manage all their affairs by themselves”. The article clarifies Ho Chi Minh's thought on training ethnic minority cadres and their application to the process of building ethnic minority cadres in the mountainous districts of Nghe An meet the country's renovation requirements.
