Along with the establishment of Ha Tinh province in 1831, the space of Ha Tinh provincial capital was gradually formed. Experiencing many historical upheavals, the provincial capital of Ha Tinh province has many changes from function, geographical space to infrastructure, population size, socio-economic development speed. The article focuses on restoring the spatial variation of Ha Tinh urban area from 1831 to 2019, thereby pointing out the role of Ha Tinh provincial capital in Ha Tinh province in different aspects.

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện từ tháng 9 đến tháng 12 năm 2022. Mục đích của nghiên cứu nhằm chỉ ra ảnh hưởng của ký sinh trùng lên tỷ lệ sống của cá và biện pháp trị bệnh hiệu quả. Phương pháp soi tươi đã được áp dụng để phát hiện ký sinh trùng và cá nhiễm ký sinh trùng được tắm bằng nước ngọt có bổ sung Formalin (150ppm) trong 7-9 phút/lần, kết hợp bổ sung 20mL Fishcare (dịch chiết từ quế và tỏi) trong 1 tạ thức ăn cho cá ăn liên tục trong 7 ngày Kết quả nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra: Amyloodinium sp. và Cryptocaryon sp. ký sinh ở cá chim vây vàng với cường độ nhiễm lần lượt tương ứng 13,1 và 21,6 trùng/vi trường. This paper focuses on researching, analyzing, and evaluating universities scheduling problem which requires scheduling multiple classes, different teachers and classrooms, along with various constraints such as teacher's teaching hours, classroom capacity, and other resources. In order to solve this problem, Tabu search algorithm has been proposed, which based on searching for the best solutions for adaptive memory and reactive exploration. The constraints and limitations of the problem will be used to create a list of Tabu conditions to ensure that non-optimal solutions will not be repeated. After initializing and updating the adaptive memory, the Tabu search algorithm will search for the next solutions based on the Tabu conditions and adaptive memory. In this way, the Tabu search algorithm can find optimal solutions for this scheduling problem for universities. However, there are many challenges and limitations in the application of this algorithm, such as the large number of constraints to be follow, the determination of suitable parameters, and the dependence on the programmer's experience

Training and assessment according to the learning outcomes (LO) is an inevitable trend in improving the quality of teaching and learning in undergraduate education. The Introduction to Pedagogy course in the teacher training program is designed with the learning outcomes: the knowledge of pedagogy, planning skills, communication and teamwork skills, discipline training, and teacher behavior. On that basis, assessment toolkits are designed to match the course learning outcomes (CLO). The course is organized in the form of project-based learning and practical experience at preschools, primary schools, or secondary schools. The initial implementation shows learners' initiative and positivity in learning, understanding the level of requirements to be achieved through the set of assessment criteria announced at the beginning of the course, helping learners form future career competencies.

The research aims to build learning materials to support capacity development teaching for high school students in the thematic “Gravitational field” in Physics 11, following the orientation of The General Education Program in 2018. Based on the historical progress of Physics, Physics educational comics have been built for teaching “Gravitational Potential and Gravitational Potential Energy” in Physics 11. Specifically, this material can be applied as reference, teaching and assessment materials. The results of the survey on lecturers, teachers and students show that the comics are well received but need to expand the survey and improve the quality of the comics’ illutration to be more effective in supporting the study of high school students.

The study aims to evaluate the impact of transformational leadership style on organizational commitment of employees at commercial banks in the context of digital transformation. Quantitative research methods have been used through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and linear structural modeling (SEM) with a survey scale including 582 samples of employees at different commercial bank branches in all three regions of the country: North, Central and South. The results show both theoretical and practical contributions of the research as it has demonstrated the importance and both direct and indirect impact of transformational leadership style on three components of organizational commitment of employees including emotional bonding; calculation-based commitment and standards-based engagement through the mediating element, that is creativity at work. Based on the research results, a number of recommendations have been proposed to promote the transformational leadership style and strengthen the organizational commitment of employees at commercial banks in the context of digital transformation.

This study aimed to investigate the properties of up-conversion luminescent nanomaterials containing Tm(III) and Yb(III) based on NaYF4 host. The materials were synthesized using the hydrothermal method. The morphology, structure and luminescent properties of the material were analyzed using field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The results indicate that the synthesized nanomaterials were in the form of particles with a diameter ranging from 100-200 nm, had a hexagonal β-NaYF4 phase structure, and emitted blue light at a wavelength of 980 nm. These luminescent properties of the material indicate their potential application in biomedical fields.

In this paper, we focus on researching and building a system with the function of automatically classifying or classifying products assigned QR Code codes, applying Internet of Things technology and image processing techniques. The system collects information about the QR Code assigned on the input product from the Camera and then based on the rules that have been previously designed and programmed to stack or put the products in the desired position. Through the LabVIEW platform, the system analyzes any product image with high speed and accuracy (reaching 99%). Actual quantitative results are obtained based on conducting five specific experimental cases. The product's functions meet the requirements of the actual sorting or classification of goods, can be mass-installed at low cost, and is easy to use and maintain.
