The study described in this paper focuses on a model featuring two nonlinear oscillators, which are stimulated by two external coherent fields, and are referred to as a nonlinear quantum scissors (NQS). To analyze the system's evolution, the NQS method for quantum state engineering was applied, leading to the discovery of a wave function that comprises a composite of n-photon states. Through the implementation of NQS, the system's optical states undergo a truncation process, resulting in the production of two-qubit states that can be achieved due to the oscillators' nonlinear characteristics and their interaction. As the system evolves, maximally entangled states referred to as Belllike states are created.

The context of the implementation of the renovation of the 2018 General Education Program has been posing a requirement to improve the roles and responsibilities of educational institution management staff, including primary school administrators, following the trend of decentralization of management, strengthening the autonomy and accountability of schools in implementing educational plans. This qualitative study examines the experiences of 55 participants enrolled in English-teachers preparation program at Foreign Languages Department at Vinh University in Vietnam and analyzes reflections on their motivation to become EFL (English as a foreign language) teachers. Multiple measures of data with triangulation have been collected from coursework, including reflection essays from 55 pre-service teachers and a semistructured interview with the pre-service teachers. The data are analyzed with thematic analysis and Key-word in context in order to find categories of factors that influence the pre-service teachers’motivation to choose to be EFL teachers. The findings suggest that the incentives making pre-service teachers pursue the career of English teachers consist of personal, professional, and social aspects, in which teachers’ influences - one of the factors of social aspects - has been considered the most dominant factor influencing the desire of pre-service teachers to become EFL teachers. Some pedagogical implications are suggested to improve the strategy of training teachers and career orientation education for students.

Sex education is a fundamental human right that is crucial for healthy human development, especially for elementary school students. The effectiveness of sex education largely depends on the level of competence of the teacher. Therefore, this study utilized the Delphi method to consult with experts and achieve consensus on the capacity and measures to develop the capacity of primary school teachers in sex education. Based on the results, this study proposes several measures to enhance the capacity of primary school teachers in sex education, including assessing teacher's capacity, developing content and methods for capacity building, and promoting the importance of sex education among teachers.

Research results on organizational management of experiential and career guidance activities in high schools has evidently demonstrated the role of supervising these educational activities. Through theoretical and practical research, related concepts have been presented and analyzed in order to clarify the viewpoints and duties of supervision in the management and organization of experiential and career guidance activities for high school students. Since then, a set of criteria for monitoring experiential and career guidance activities in high schools has been developed and proposed to be applied in practice. This set of criteria will contribute to improving the management efficiency of the organization of experience and career guidance activities, meeting the requirements of comprehensive education, forming the quality and capacity for students under the 2018 General Education Program. The development and application of a set of criteria to monitor experiential and career guidance activities is affected by many factors and is still quite new to Vietnamese education today

The purpose of research is to assess the seasonal changes of water quality in mainstream and in specific tributaries in the Ca River Basin. Water samples were collected in the dry season (May 2021) and in the beginning of the rainy season (September 2021) from 4 sites located on Ca River’s mainstream and 5 sites located on Ca River’s tributaries to analyze water quality parameters. Results indicated that physical parameters (pH, EC,salinity, DO) and and heavy metals (As, Cu) are within the standard values according to the National Technical Regulation on Surface Water Quality QCVN 08-MT:2015/BTNMT for domestic water supply purposes (Columne A1). The concentration of nutrients measured in the tributaries is higher than those in the mainstream due to the contribution of nutrients and organic materials from agricultural runoff. In addition, the water flow in the tributaries is lower than in the mainstream, as a result, the concentration of nutrients tends to be higher in the tributaries. The samples revealed that the concentration of nutrients (NO3-, TN, PO43-, TP) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) appeared higher in the beginning of the rainy season than in the dry season. The increase of nutrient concentrations can be explained by the leaching of nutrients into the river. In general, the water quality of Ca River’s tributaries during the rainy season have a high nutrient concentration and also the risk of eutrophication.

Improving experimental competence for students is an essential mission in general education nowadays, helping students initially establish scientific research capacity and is a part of cognitive capacity of scientific knowledge, especially in the study of natural sciences such as biology, physics and chemistry. In this article, theoretical and practical research methods have been used in combination with pedagogical experiment on 85 students, of which 43 students and control over 42 tenth grade students at a high school in Vietnam. The data processed by SPSS 20.0 software shows that using empirical exercises in teaching will significantly improve the students’ experimental competence. The level of students' experimental capacity increased in the experimental class compared to the control class, the results before and after the experiment of the experimental class also changed positively. The initial research result indicates the role of empirical exercises in enhancing the experimental capacity of students, the study also suggested the process of using experimental exercises in teaching to improve students’ experimental capacity. The findings of the research could be important in proposing solutions to improve the academic performance of students in high schools, not only in the area of teaching biology but also extending into other subjects.

In this paper, the effect of temperature on the refractive index of Carbon disulfide liquid based on the influence of temperature on the Sellmeier coefficient has been presented. The effect of temperature on the liquid refractive index of Carbon disulfide in the visible and infrared regions according to the expression of M. Chemnitz was also investigated. From the survey results, it is concluded that as the wavelength increases, the refractive index of Carbon disulfide decreases, but when the temperature is increased then the refractive index of Carbon disulfide decreases faster.
