Pulse position reflects the important physiological state of human body according to diagnosis theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Researchers in this field hope to develop an objective approach to detect pulse position without human intervention. In this study, we use our lab-developed bionic pulse diagnose robotics to automatically collect 10-egraedients pulsation waveforms for a total of 200 subjects. Meanwhile, the pulse position labelling of 0-100 is accomplished by a TCM specialist. We extract key features that are highly related to the pulse position according to TCM theories, and find that Summit Pulse Pressure, S1/S2, and Body Mass Index are significantly correlated with pulse position with R-values of -0.27, -0.29, -0.18, respectively. Then, we derive a pulse position prediction model based on the deep learning framework to automatically predict pulse position, with final prediction error of ± 10 at 93%, and error of ±5 at 83%. In summary, this study investigates pulse diagnosis robotics deriving key features and intelligent prediction model for pulse position, which laid a foundation for further research such as TCM big data and omics-wise investigations.

Segmentation of pulmonary nodules in computer- aided diagnosis systems is a challenging problem. Currently, a method of image segmentation using an active contour model is already being widely applied in several fields. This paper analyzed the difficulty of segmentation of pulmonary nodules, focusing on an active contour model and an improved model. Then this paper compared and analyzed the advantages and performance of these models. At last some methods used to improve segmentation accuracy of active contour models were summarized.

In view of the fact that the existing aspect-level sentiment analysis (ABSA) model cannot effectively distinguish the importance of aspect words and words in the text, and lacks the utilization of the overall interaction between aspect words and text, an aspect-level approach based on BERT combined with multi-attention is proposed. The sentiment analysis model captures the interaction and correlation between aspect words and the overall text sentence through the text and aspect word interactive attention mechanism, thereby improving the accuracy of ABSA. Comparative experiments are carried out on the restaurant and laptop datasets of the Semeval2014 evaluation task. The experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper achieves good classification results in the aspect-level sentiment analysis task for short text reviews. This method provides a new idea for ABSA for review texts.

Since computers have entered into various fields of daily social life, the reliability and security of computer systems are of significant importance to various fields. The discovery of software security defects is a step-by-step exploration process. Summarizing software security defects is a dynamic process. With the continuous emergence of new software technologies, typical software security defects in different periods may change. The purpose of this paper is to study the software security testing model based on the technology of data mining. Based on the software security testing model foresaid, a testing framework is proposed to guide software security testing. First and foremost, analyze the software interface to obtain static information, for example, parameters; In the second place, dig out the specifications of software requirements according to the obtained parameters, and get efficient component methods and post conditional sequence set. After that, create a set of test cases to test the project and dynamically monitor the information generated by the test, then get the trace set, analyze the trace set, and finally get the security vulnerabilities of the project. After two sets of use-case tests, we can see that the system has found all existing defects in the second regression test.

Bearings are important components in contemporary mechanical equipment. Their main function is to support the mechanical rotating body, reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and ensure its rotation accuracy. With the rapid development of China’s machinery industry, it is very important to improve the manufacturing efficiency of bearings. Relying on manual management for bearing forging is too inefficient, which often leads to unreasonable task allocation of processing teams and polarization of workshop equipment load rate, which greatly hinders the improvement of production efficiency. We propose to optimize the production scheduling process of the bearing forging workshops by using a genetic algorithm to reasonably allocate tasks and processing resources to shorten the production scheduling period of bearing forging. Different scheduling data will reliably achieve efficient scheduling solutions after thousands of generations of evolution. According to this method, an automatic scheduling software is compiled.

Ego-motion estimation is important in unknown scenario reconstruction and detections, which is critical to implementing unmanned and intelligent autonomous driving. Compared to optical devices, such as camera and Lidar, millimeter-wave radar is independent of optical conditions. Based on millimeter-wave point cloud imaging technique and target random scattering characteristics, an ego-motion estimation method using millimeter-wave radar is proposed in this paper, which can be applied to 3D scenario reconstruction in the closed environment. To estimate the motion parameters of the platform, linear fitting, key points extraction and registration are introduced. The proposed method is verified by experiments in real scenes using a single-chip millimeter-wave radar and TurtleBot 2 platform.

Spherical evolution (SE) is a recently proposed meta-heuristic algorithm. Its special search approach has been proved to be very effective in exploring the search space. SE is very powerful for optimization, but still has room for improvement due to some promising solutions usually fail to survive into the next generation. To alleviate this issue, we innovatively design a novel lottery-based elite retention strategy and propose a lottery elite spherical evolution algorithm (LESE). To verify the effectiveness of the proposed LESE, we experimentally compare it with the original SE algorithm and other representative meta-heuristics algorithms. We use 30 benchmark functions from the IEEE CEC2017 benchmark as the test set for our experiments. The effectiveness of LESE is demonstrated by analyzing the experimental results from perspectives of solution accuracy, convergence speed, solution distribution, and search dynamics.
