Reference material development process for tensile test method 拉伸试验方法参考材料的研制过程

Öz Reference materials (RMs) are one of the basic materials used by the laboratories to prove the reliability of their test results. In this research, preliminary studies have been carried out to develop RM to use in tensile tests according to ISO 6892-1. For this purpose, bone shape flat specimens were prepared from EN 10130:2006 quality 1 mm thick sheet steel related to the given standard. Homogeneity tests and inter-laboratory comparison tests were performed for calculation of measurement uncertainty and value assignment of proposed RM. Results were compared with commercial certified reference materials (CRMs). It was found that relative uncertainty values of the proposed RM were coherent with commercial CRMs. Therefore, these produced RM can be used in quality control studies for laboratories, also by the production route proposed in this study, every laboratory can be produced RM related to their needs.

Design and implementation of a spirometric measurement system that can measure COPD parameters 可测量COPD参数的肺活量测量系统的设计与实现

The importance and need for respirators has once again shown itself due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic, which has recently spread around the world and has been declared as a Pandemic (epidemic worldwide) by the world health organization. Monitoring respiratory activity plays a vital role in detecting respiratory diseases such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). In this study, a working group of 6 participants was formed to measure respiratory parameters. Each individual was provided to perform FVC, VC, MVV, RR and TV performance. The measurements were carried out simultaneously with the medical spirometer device. A total of 1860 data (1500 data for VC, 360 data for MVV) were sampled and all data were analyzed in Matlab program. It was observed that the results obtained were quite similar to each other (RMVV=0.998 for MVV;RVC=0.997 for VC). One of the most important contributions of this study is that the measured data can be sent to the computer and saved to the SD card. Thus, with the thermal printers in standard spirometers, paper wastage was prevented and the data was stored in digital environment. The developed system offers a practical and low cost solution. The developed device is expected to take an important place in biomedical device technology with its ability to measure COPD parameters.

Computational assessment of external force acting on beam elastic foundation 作用在梁弹性基础上的外力计算评估

In this paper, we present and employ some numerical techniques for the computational solution of fourth-order differential beam equation. The equation describes a beam system on elastic foundation with an ill- posed situation. We formulate suitable algorithms to aid the computation of the Exponentially Fitted Collocation Method (EFCM), Hybrid Block Method (HBM), Homotopy Perturbation Method (HPM), and Differential Transformation Method (DTM) to reduce and overcome stress involves during evaluation. The formulated algorithms are further used for numerical comparison of the results. The results show that the algorithms are efficient and numerical methods prove to be highly effective for solving beam problems. sahip elastik bir temel üzerindeki bir kiriş sistemini tanımlar. A novel circular intuitionistic fuzzy AHP-VIKOR methodology: An application to a multi-expert supplier evaluation problem 一种新的循环直觉模糊AHP-VIKOR方法:在多专家供应商评价问题中的应用

VIKOR method being one of the frequently used Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, is based on the distances of alternatives to positive and negative ideal solutions, and presents compromising solutions. AHP is another MCDM method dividing the big problem into small and manageable problems through pairwise comparisons of criteria and alternatives. In these methods, linguistic assessments are generally preferred since exact numerical assignments of criteria values are really difficult and experts can not reflect the thoughts in their minds with crisp numbers. The fuzzy set theory captures the vagueness and impreciseness in these linguistic assessments successfully thorough fuzzy numbers. Circular intuitionistic fuzzy sets (C-IFS) are the latest extension of ordinary fuzzy sets, which was introduced by Atanassov [1]. C-IFS help experts to define membership (belongingness) and non- membership (unbelongingness) degrees by incorporating the uncertainty of these degrees.
