EVALUASI KEGAGALAN HASIL PRODUKSI MESIN POTONG PLASTIK MENGGUNAKAN METODE DMAIC DI PT. XYZ 使用 DMAIC 方法评估 xyz 镇塑料切割机生产故障

The trend of good performance in the manufacturing industry continues to increase in line with high consumer demand. For this reason, the plastic manufacturing industry has to go the extra mile to meet market demand. However, it is constrained by the ability of production machines that risk interfering with product quality. The cutting machine is a plastic production machine at PT. XYZ, functions as a plastic cutter. Has poor performance with high product defects. The research was conducted to determine the factors causing the high product defects on cutting machines at PT. XYZ. This research method uses the DMAIC concept to determine the factors that cause product failure. It was concluded that product failure on cutting machines reached 3422 kg, the DPMO value reached 1335.67 indicating sigma level 4, which means that the quantity of product defects is moderate, the cause of high product defects is due to worn out machine conditions, shortage of spare parts, human error due to workload and lack of supervision. Evaluation and suggestions for minimizing product defects on cutting machines include implementing an apprenticeship system, making SOPs, imposing strict sanctions, tightening supervision, rejuvenating production machines and providing spare parts for production machines.   Keywords—Cutting Machine, Defect, DMAIC, Plastic, Quality Control

PENGARUH KEKERASAN PADA CYBERBULLYING TERHADAP PERILAKU MASYARAKAT PADA MASA COVID-19 在COVID-19时期,网络欺凌对社会行为的暴力影响

The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of cyberbullying that happened the city of Batam, especially during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The types of research we use are qualitative and quantitative. This research was conducted with many respondents with a total of 250 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Cluster & Stratified Random Sampling technique. The results showed that 30.8% often experienced or encountered cases of Cyberbullying and 45.2% had experienced or encountered cases of Cyberbullying. From the research, 62.8% experienced it in the school environment and 37.2% experienced it outside the school environment. This research can be a reference for readers in finding and determining the level of Cyberbullying cases in Batam city and how to handle them.

Indonesia is an agricultural country where agriculture plays an important role in the overall national economy. This happens because agricultural and plantation products are influenced by environmental factors and supervision. This study aims to design a tool for monitoring environmental conditions and weather predictions with solar power as well as developing an IoT that connects weather monitoring and prediction tools with smartphones. So it is hoped that from the results of this study, a solar-powered monitoring and weather prediction tool can be made that can send the latest information related to environmental conditions to smartphones owned by farmers and other users. This research is using experimental method. Data processing carried out is fuzzification and defuzzification. Fuzzi inference according to Sugeno which is represented in the form of IF-THEN, where the system output is a constant or a linear equation. The results of this study found that the design of the environmental condition monitoring tool was successful in displaying data with an accuracy rate of 0.34% for the temperature variable, 0.19% for the humidity variable, and 0.83% for the irradiation variable, then the solar panel was able to charge power bank to generate sufficient electrical power for the device to operate continuously well in conditions such as in a research environment, as well as the IoT software developed to successfully display all data captured by the monitoring tool properly

The intensity of crime news is relatively high, making the public familiar with criminal cases ranging from corruption, drugs, gambling, immoral acts, theft, fraud, and kidnapping to murder. The media are not only reporting or informing of criminal acts that occur, but the media also acts as a tool of social control. Currently, many news sites provide information related to events and phenomena. On the other hand, the Covid-19 pandemic has created multidimensional crises and problems. One of them is the emergence of crime in the community. This study aims to collect criminal news from news sites during the Covid-19 pandemic. It can be analyzed regarding the possibility of a trend of criminal events in tandem with the direction of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The news site used in this research is detik.com.

Eggs and quail meat are in great demand by the public because they have high nutritional value and affordable prices. Consumption of eggs and quail in Ciamis Regency continues to increase. increased consumption should be followed by egg and quail production. To meet these needs, it is necessary to manufacture a quail egg incubator (incubator) so that the egg hatching process is relatively easier and more practical with better hatching results. This service aims to provide training for the manufacture of demonstration plots for the heating system of the quail broodstock cage by utilizing the wasted heat from the incubator. In addition, it can also provide training and skills for making quail egg incubators with a capacity of 50 eggs so that hatching eggs is relatively easier and more practical with better hatching results. The service activity was carried out by providing counseling about raising quail eggs, then continued by providing training and skills in making an egg incubator (incubator) then the next stage providing skills in making demonstration plots of the heating system for quail egg brooders by utilizing the wasted heat from the incubator. Technological advances in the field of Transportation, a socio-cultural truth that occurs in the community, that today the internet greatly affects citizens in undergoing activities in the community. The number of users of smart phones or smartphones, both on android and iOS systems makes people dependent on smartphones and the internet. Online motorcycle taxi drivers are required to have a mobile phone that can function properly and can be used throughout the day or during his work. This requires online motorcycle taxi drivers to bring their mobile phone cables and Chargers in order to continue receiving orders. Based on the above, there is an opportunity to make a convertible bag equipped with solar panels using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. This study uses experimental methods. This study found that the final specifications of the bag are cheap, there are charging features, easy to store, convenient to use, have a large enough size, have good quality, and design that consumers want. Solar panels can charge a battery of 5,600 mah for one hour in bright sunlight conditions, with this figure can charge mobile phone batteries in general from 0% -100% less than 1 hour

Dalam dunia pendidikan seperti sekolah mulai dari tingkat dasar hingga keperguruan tinggi pun dihadapkan dengan berbagai permasalahan dalam menjalankan suatu kegiatan. Mulai dari masalah kecil hingga ke masalah yang membutuh suatu ide yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan agar lebih efisien. Salah satu contoh permasalahan di setiap sekolah adalah sedang berlangsungnya penerimaan siswa baru yang dilakukan secara offline. Sering terjadi kesalahan seperti kesalahan nama karena tulisan setiap siswa berbeda-beda ataupun berkasnya terselip. Dengan adanya permasalahan seperti ini maka di adakannya penerimaan siswa secara online. Saat ini sudah banyak sekolah-sekolah di Indonesia yang menyelenggarakan penerimaan siswa baru secara online. Karena dengan manfaat dan kemudahan teknologi sekarang sudah berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi dan informasi akan lebih memudahkan proses yang dilakukan secara online ini. Penerimaan  siswa baru online adalah produk layanan aplikasi perangkat lunak online yang real-time dan sepenuhnya berbasis web mobile. Berdasarkan  beberapa hal yang sudah di diskusikan mengenai pendaftaran siswa baru tersebut, dalam  penelitian ini dirancanglah sistem informasi pendaftaran siswa baru online sekolah di SD Islam Hasanka Palangkaraya berbasis website sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam melakukan pemilihan  siswa dengan data yang telah di isi oleh peserta atau siswa yang mendaftarkan diri. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode UML(Unified Modelling Language) yang menjelaskan langka-langkah aliran data pada sistem informasi pendaftaran siswa baru  berbasis web ini. Dalam pembuatan website ini dirancang untuk memberikan beberapa informasi pendaftaran, persyaratan, dan juga jadwal menyerahkan berkas yang harus di antarkan. Dengan adanya sistem ini maka akan membantu para guru juga panitia pelaksana.

Semarang is one of the metropolitan. Traffic on Jl. Raya Mr Moch. Ichsan in front of the Permata Medika hospital, which is fairly crowded, is due to the influence of the hospital's activities. Many activities are seen at the entrance and exit of the hospital, including crossing. The purpose of this study was to analyze traffic performance, determine the factors that hinder traffic flow, determine the volume, travel time, and vehicle delay time due to u-turns at the median opening in front of the hospital entrance. Traffic volume data collection was carried out for 3 days, namely weekdays, short days. and holidays using the 2014 PKJI method (referring to the reference to the 1997 MKJI basic rules). The results of the observations obtained are that the total current is 6201 cur/hour with the side resistance weight being at a moderate level. By following the 2014 PKJI guidelines, we get the adjustment values ​​for Free Flow Speed ​​(VB) = 61 km/hour and Capacity (C) = 7128 skr/hour. Pengeboran merupakan sebuah kegiatan membuat lubang vertikal ke dalam tanah. Pengeboran dapat dilakukan di mana saja, contohnya tanah, tebing, gua dan lainnya. Pengeboran memiliki resiko kerja yang tinggi, terlebih lagi pengeboran di dalam gua. Dengan tingginya resiko pekerjaan tersebut maka dibuat purwarupa untuk melihat pergerakan mesin dalam keadaan wireless. Purwarupa ini terdapat beberapa kompo- nen yang dibutuhkan, yaitu arduino uno, driver motor L298N, NRF24L01+, motor DC, motor stepper dan modul ULN2003A. Purwarupa ini di analisa dengan metode kinematika forward. Purwarupa ini memiliki desain awal yang dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu track, rig dan base. Pada bagian kinematika, diagram benda bebas di tentukan arah vektor. Kemudian setelah arah vektor ditentukan, tabel DH dapat ditentukan. To increase the allocation of water in the river basin (WS) of southern Lombok, the potential for irrigation areas (AI) has spread widely, since the 1980s, efforts have been made to transfer water from wet river basins to dry watersheds. The transfer is through the Babak-Renggung-Rutus High Level Diversion (HLD) channel (18 km) and the Jangkok-Babak-Jurang Sate channel (43 km), as well as 22 other channeling channels in / across the watershed (87 km). Until now, 12 watersheds are connected, namely: Meninting, Jangkok, Remening, Babak, Dodokan, Renggung, Pare, Rere, Palung, Moyot, Aikampat and Starfruit. The number of main structures for taking water (headwork or HW) in the watersheds include 3 dams (BD), 77 reservoirs (E), 355 dams (B), and 55 diversions in the Jangkok-Babak-Jurang Sate canal. A total of 487 HWs were intended to irrigate 98,878 ha of irrigated land in 432 Irrigation Areas (DI) and a little to supply raw water of 404 l / sec. In addition, there are 2442 l / sec raw water withdrawals directly from 42 points of springs which are spread in the watershed: Jangkok, Babak, Aikampat, Meninting Midang, Kelongkong Remening, Renggung, Rung and Starfruit. Analysis of reservoir operational performance using the Hashimoto method yields a coefficient of Reliability (R) = 100%, Resiliency (R) = 100%, and Vulnerability (V) = 0%.
