Development of Communicative Competence of Participants Educational Process in a Polyethnic Environment 多民族环境下教育过程参与者交际能力的发展

The article highlights the issue of the development of communicative competence of participants in the educational process in a multi-ethnic region. It was established that it significantly depends on the network of educational institutions. In the context of daily communication, a person identifies himself through language, asserts his national identity, his linguistic consciousness in front of everyone. Communication is the process of exchanging information between people, communicating using verbal and non-verbal means in order to transmit and receive the necessary data. Over the past 40-50 years, there have been significant changes in the awareness of identity through communication, an integrative approach is increasingly being used to develop communicative competences. The article analyzes the issue of the development of communicative competence of participants in the educational process in a multi-ethnic region on the basis of a network of institutions in the Chernivtsi region. The network of educational institutions of the Chernivtsi region takes into account the ethno-national composition of the region's population, its linguistic and cultural needs and traditions. In accordance with the needs of the population, a network of educational institutions has been formed and operates, and an extensive network of educational institutions operates, where education is provided in the languages of national minorities. Preschool education services are provided by 385 institutions, in which 32,972 children (88%) are educated, of which 62 are Romanian-speaking (16%), where 3,308 children (10.1%) are educated, and 2 are bilingual (0.4%). General secondary education services are provided by 401 institutions (including institutions of regional subordination). In the network of institutions of general secondary education, there are: 1-4 classes - 399 classes, 12,042 students; 5-9 grades – 477 classes, 13,495 students; 10-11 grades – 110 classes, 2963 students. Of them: 326 schools (81%) with Ukrainian language of instruction; 57 schools (14%) – with Romanian; 1 school (0.2%) – with Russian; 17 bilingual schools (tuition in Romanian and Ukrainian (4.5%). In general, 91,774 students (87%) study in the Ukrainian language in the region; in Romanian – 13,158 (12.5%); in Russian - 191 students (0.2%). Two more languages of national minorities – Polish and Hebrew are studied as a subject in 3 schools (Starokrasnoshor Secondary School I-II degrees, Storozhynetsk Gymnasium and Chernivtsi Secondary School No. 22, total 366 students), and optionally in 2 (Gymnasium No. 3 in Chernivtsi, Pankivskyi NEC of the Storozhinetsk City Council, only 114 students). Hebrew is studied as a subject in one school (ZOSH No. 41 in Chernivtsi - 347 students) [2]. SOME OF BASIC KEY POINT OF ONLINE LEARNING EDUCATIONAL TOOLS 网上学习教育工具的一些基本要点

The aim of the review is it to highlight some of basic key points of online educational tools. Define online learning, distant learning and flexibility terms in the field of distant learning. Name some of possible problems and their solutions that teacher can deal with during educational flow. Provide basic features of tools designed for online education considering certain positions we outline. The article is to describe some of most useful functions, their possible integration into curriculum and practical peculiarities of their use. Make some predictions of problems and conflicts that might occur during online education with stated tools limit use. The article gives definitions of terms online-education ,flexibility, application and distant learning. The article is to cover following positions: 1. Basic theoretical background. Some of online education tools and their functions. 2. Interactions. The article gives range of possible online tools interactions. Considering teacher – student, student – student and teacher – teacher models.). 3. Flexibility and improvement. Some of basic structures, elements educational algorithms can evolve. This improvement might make educational process more efficient. The article gives the definition of flexibility in online-education and distance learning. The set of practical suggestions based on theoretical foundation with online learning experience is given. The author gives a suggestion that it is relevant to use learner-centered, approach. Feedback should be fast, provide the teacher with the details and have a system. It is a key to the success. The way to the student heart and mind and therefore better comprehension though a modern technology makes learning more successful. This is possible with the use of the modern technologies. Modern technologies are attention grabbing, user friendly and flexible. With use of modern technologies better results in understanding, team work as well as getting students interested in the study and attract their attention. The author claims that flexibility is the basic point for online learning correlation and functional establishment.

Experience of Distance Education in General Secondary Education Institutions of Ukraine 乌克兰普通中等教育机构远程教育的经验

The purpose of the research was to analyze the results of the All-Ukrainian educational and methodological selection «RodovidUchitel – 2022» and to provide recommendations on the organization of distance learning, based on the experience of distance learning in schools in Ukraine. The answers of 313 participants of the selection were analyzed, the purpose of which was to identify and spread the best experience of distance learning in general secondary education institutions. The analysis of the results showed that the majority of contestants use digital tools and modern learning tools in their own professional activities and strive to strengthen digital competence with the help of various subjects of professional development, most often with the help of materials posted on the educational portal “Na Urok”, the online education studio «EdEra», the national educational platform «Vseosvita». At the same time, certain problems were identified related to: the number of author's studies for the distance form of education; participants' attention to the issue of intersubject connections during distance learning; the activity of teachers regarding posting on the Internet of their own developments regarding the organization of distance learning; participants’ understanding of the differences between distance learning and face-to-face learning; the level of digital competence of teachers for the organization of effective distance learning and the need for additional preparation for its implementation; the activity of regional institutes for the improvement of the qualifications of pedagogical workers regarding the training of teachers on the issue of organizing effective and high-quality distance learning. In order to eliminate the gaps identified as a result of the survey, the subjects of teacher training were suggested to pay attention to the need to improve the digital competence of teachers regarding the organization of effective and high-quality distance learning, and recommendations were provided on this issue. Further research is needed to study the best foreign experience on the mentioned issue.

Organization of Modular Training in Professional and Vocational-Technical Education 专业与职业技术教育中模块化培训的组织

The article reveals the organization of modular training in professional and vocational-technical education. The peculiarities of modular training are also highlighted. It has been proven that professional training needs modular technologies, as it is a flexible technology for organizing professional training. Research by scientists has characterized the technology of modular learning as a generalization of the experience of other theories and concepts of the educational process, the integration of everything innovative in pedagogical theory and practice. The most rational ways of developing the system of professional education and vocational training based on modular technologies and their varieties are characterized. The importance of the development of vocational training in Ukraine based on the mentioned technologies is emphasized. It has been proven that the practice of organizing education in professional (vocational-technical) institutions should be based on various forms of modular technologies. It is noted that the formation of the content of educational programs of education seekers should be developed according to the modular-block principle, which will allow implementing an individual approach, ensuring the flexibility of information presentation, to select the content of education taking into account the results of the entrance control of knowledge and skills of education seekers. It is noted that in Ukraine it is necessary to create such a system of professional training that would provide unique knowledge in the field of science, would be effective, demonstrate a high level of quality of the educational process, management of educational institutions, would ensure high results of educational and practical activities of education seekers and would be complementary requirements labor market in relation to knowledge, skills, competencies, qualifications. For this purpose, it is necessary to implement widely modular technologies.

A Dual Form of Acquiring Higher Education as a Way to meet Labor Market Requirements for the Practical Training of Graduates 高等教育的双重形式:满足劳动力市场对毕业生实践训练的要求

Based on the study of relevant regulatory and legal documents, positive foreign experience and analysis of scientific publications of recent years, the article considers the prospects of using a dual form of higher education to meet the labor market requirements for the practical training of graduates. The essence of dual education and the importance of cooperation between employers, higher education establishments and students at the institutional, personal and business levels are revealed. It is emphasized that due to the use of a dual form of education, a qualitatively new educational environment is created, which is favourable for combining theoretical and practical training of higher education seekers, and the implementation of the principle of student-centeredness. It is noted that foreign experience of acquiring higher education cannot be adjusted to the domestic practice without its proper justification, as well as organizational and educational and methodological support. Special attention is focused on the main stages of the pilot project (2018-2023) on the implementation of the main provisions of the Concept of training specialists in the dual form of acquiring professional pre-higher and higher education. It was concluded that, embarking on the path towards modernizing practical training of future specialists by using a dual form of education, it is necessary to take into account the interests and opportunities of higher education institutions, employers and students.

Features of Textbook Analysis for Primary School 小学教材分析的特点

The article reflects the principles and methods of studying a textbook for elementary school, identifies the main directions of its analysis from the point of view of historical and pedagogical science. Particular attention is paid to interdisciplinary research of the school textbook as a constructor and as a product of culture. The textbook is considered as a backbone factor of educational processes. In this regard, there is a need for examination of modern textbooks. Taking into account the fact that the competence content of education passes through all educational subjects, the newly created textbooks should not only provide children with a certain amount of educational information, but also form necessary competences in the language and fundamentals of science, entrepreneurship, financial and digital literacy, the ability to work in a team, to counter any discrimination, etc., which are considered equally important – that a necessary foundation for lifelong learning. The need to create new textbooks for primary school is today's social order. An integral component of the selection of textbooks is conducting an examination by teachers, methodologists, scientific, scientific-pedagogical workers in order to determine the textbook that is needed for a modern student. The analysis of the textbook is necessary for the implementation of a thorough scientific and pedagogical analysis of the content of the textbook and the provision of reasoned recommendations for improving its quality. Therefore, the analysis of textbooks for primary school contributes to their effective use.

Challenges and Important Requirements for the Further Development of Adult Education 成人教育进一步发展面临的挑战和重要要求

In Ukraine today, the development of adult education is a priority task that requires the awareness of society, the support of the state and the active activity of all interested subjects of adult education, taking into account the experience of the leading countries of the world. The purpose of the article is to investigate the challenges facing modern adult education and consider the prerequisites for the further development of adult education both at the global and national levels. Today, the educational space is dealing with global systemic issues caused by the effects of climate change; wars, armed conflicts; deterioration of the environment; the deepening of socio-economic gaps between states; weakening of democratic institutions and processes; active technological changes; migration movements and demographic trends. In view of this, the role of education, including adult education, is growing. Key challenges include: globalization; society's demand for individualization and continuity of education; qualitative improvement of technological and operational efficiency of educational institutions. Global prerequisites for the further development of adult education include: increased life expectancy; improvement of production technologies and automation; diversification of the national population of the states; postponement of formal education by many young people; the increase in the number of refugees as a result of armed conflicts; deepening knowledge about strategies for mitigating the negative consequences of human activity and adaptation to new conditions; strengthening civic education among students of all age groups. We see the consideration of trends and recommendations for the further development of adult education in Ukraine, taking into account the need to restore the state after russia's bloody aggression, as promising directions for further scientific research.

Vocabulary Improvement of Primary Class Students in Language and Literature Lessons 语言文学课小学生词汇量的提高

The purpose of this article is to examine the principles of vocabulary improvement during the teaching of linguistic and literary elements in primary school education. The study materials help elementary school students understand the basic laws of language and ensure they have a concrete understanding of words. The main innovations in this field, based on the experience of humanitarian education in Europe, have proven to be effective in terms of their concepts and practical implementation methods. It has been demonstrated that when learning new words, it is important to use elements of etymological analysis – an effective method of enriching vocabulary, which is an important way of explaining the meaning and spelling of a word. Systematic work in this direction results in the enrichment of students' vocabulary and the development of their speech skills while solving actual linguistic and didactic problems. In primary school, students are introduced to concepts such as synonyms, antonyms and homonyms in the most accessible form possible without the usage of any lexicological terminology. They are also introduced to paronym words, but younger students may not be sufficiently oriented to distinguish between the meanings of paronyms due to their similar pronunciation. As a result, work on clarifying the lexical meanings of paronyms is often unpredictable. To prevent this, teachers must meticulously analyze each text offered to students and identify words that require clarification. To reinforce the understanding of paronym word meanings, we suggest that students use them in sentences. Knowing the general meaning of a word is not always enough to understand it in particular context, as students may be unaware of the shades of meaning that words acquire in a respective example. The typical mistakes that students make when using words are often caused by teachers' insufficient attention to vocabulary work.

An important component of the modernization of the domestic system of higher education is the granting of autonomy to institutions of higher education. The concept of autonomy of institutions of higher education implies independence in making their own decisions regarding the development of academic freedoms, organization of the educational process, internal management, and independent selection of personnel. In the conditions of an extremely changing environment, the expansion of autonomy will allow the university to respond quickly to the labor market, to better understand the demands of consumers, to form flexible strategies for development and quality assurance. The main goal of the article was to investigate the processes of autonomization of higher education institutions in Ukraine, to determine the priority directions for its implementation for the successful development of universities, and to form new criteria for occupying high positions in the international ranking of universities. The article examines the expediency of establishing institutional autonomy, in particular academic autonomy. The main criteria for the formation of academic autonomy in domestic institutions of higher education were studied and the level of its implementation was determined. The level of implementation of academic autonomy in domestic institutions of higher education was assessed as moderate. One of the elements of academic autonomy is analyzed, namely: the admission procedure to a higher education institution. An analysis of models of admission to study at European universities was made. It was determined that the concept of academic autonomy will ensure high-quality professional training of higher education graduates who will be capable of professional mobility, competence, and competitiveness in the modern labor market.

The article characterizes the essence of the concepts «control and evaluation activity», «reflection», defines the place and role of reflection as an important component of formative assessment. In the conditions of educational reforms in Ukraine today, the issue of improving and increasing the efficiency of the educational process of junior high school students is particularly acute, which is why it is determined that the issues of assessment and reflection require study and analysis. The purpose of the article is to carry out a theoretical analysis of the concept of reflection in the educational activity of a junior high school student, to clarify the role of reflection in formative assessment. The study of the scientific works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists and practicing teachers made it possible to determine the peculiarities of the use of reflection in the formative assessment of educational achievements of younger schoolchildren. The article demonstrates that reflection can be a useful tool for elementary school students, after which it can help them better understand their actions and achievements, and develop the ability to analyze their own learning and growth.
