NFLUENCE OF GREENHOUSE MAINTENACE TREATMENTS ON GROWTH OF SEEDLING GRAPEVINES (Vitis spp.) 温室养护处理对种子葡萄生长的影响

Vegetative clonal propagation of scions and rootstocks represent the commercial method of grapevine production; currently, techniques such as hardwood rooting, grafting, and tissue culture are readily exploited by the nursery and grapevine industries. Seedlings of highly heterozygous grapevines are not true to type, as a result they are not utilized in the mass production of planting stock for commercial grape vineyards. However, seedling growth and quality is key for plant breeding programs initiating thousands of unique seedlings each year. To investigate treatments for their impact on diverse interspecific cold-hardy grapevines, seedlings were grown under greenhouse conditions. Four weeks after transplant, seedlings were cut back to one true node (CUT), leaf thinned (LT), or left as untreated control vines (Control). Eight weeks after treatment, plants were analyzed for total node number, periderm encompassed nodes, lateral shoot number, and total number of base stems. Control and LT vines had more periderm encompassed nodes and total nodes than CUT vines, while CUT vines had the highest number of shoots arising from the base nodes of the vine.

EFFICIENCY AND SUITABILITY OF NON-INVASIVE MEASUREMENTS FOR POTATO PLANTS GROWN IN GREENHOUSE 马铃薯温室栽培无创性测量的有效性和适宜性

Potato is the most important tuber crop worldwide occupying the fourth place after wheat, maize and rice. Many techniques have been developed to facilitate the monitoring of canopy growth. Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and chlorophyll content (SPAD 502) were found to be good indicators for predicting nitrogen deficits and detecting early stress by drought. The experiences were carried in the Laboratory of crop technology and good agricultural practice greenhouse from National Institute of Research and Development for Potato and Sugar Beet Brasov, Romania, during the years 2019-2020. The aim of this study was to observe the behavior of a potato variety using different soil substrates in the greenhouse and identifying the effectiveness of non-invasive measures to determine plant stress. SPAD device detect the distribution of chlorophyll in different growth stages, registering average values on variants between 37.0 and 45.5 units in 2019 and between 34.0 and 39.2 units in 2020. Vegetation indices registered higher values in 2019 compared to 2020, when the values ranged between 73.0 and 78.2.

A REVIEW OF POSTBIOTICS AS NEW HEALTH PROMOTERS 后生物素作为新型健康促进剂的研究进展

For a long time, probiotics have been widely used as safe microorganisms that can confers a health benefit effects on the host, directly or indirectly. Recently, postbiotics have gained interest as new health promoters. Postbiotics have recently been defined as complex mixture of functional bioactive compounds secreted by probiotics during a fermentation process (such as biosurfactants, proteins, short chain fatty acids, organic acids, bacteriocins, vitamins etc.). According to current data, postbiotics have advantages over live probiotics with regard to: ease extraction, standardization, and storage, availability for industrial-scale-up, specific mechanism of action, impossible to transfer and acquire antibiotic resistance genes and their interaction with the cellular receptors to trigger the targeted responses. However, several aspects related to postbiotics have not been fully elucidated. Here, we provided a critical review of the postbiotic definition, mechanisms of action, underlying their beneficial effects, as well as current trends for applications in foods and pharmaceuticals.

The values for condition factor K ranged between 1.44 and 2.67. Water samples were collected from 7 sampling points (SP) and were subjected to physico-chemical characterization. Consequently, it was determined the following parameters: pH, electrical conductivity (EC), total hardness (TH), chemical oxygen demand (COD), phosphate phosphorus (P-PO<sub<4</sub<<sup<3-</sup<) and nitrogen pollutant species: nitrate nitrogen (N-NO<sub<3</sub<<sup<-</sup<), nitrite nitrogen (N-NO<sub<2</sub<<sup<-</sup<) and ammonium-nitrogen (N-NH<sub<4</sub<<sup<+</sup<). Total hardness values present very significant correlation with conductivity (r=0.7305***) and distinct significant correlation with pH (r=0.5765**). The results indicated that water meets the requirements for optimal development of aquatic organisms. CONVERGENCE ANALYSIS ON FOREIGN TRADE INTEGRATION OF FOOD SECTORS IN EU CONTEXT 欧盟背景下食品行业外贸一体化的趋同分析

The paper is part of the efforts to meet the strategic objectives of the National Plan for the adoption of the Euro and addresses the analysis of convergence on the integration of foreign trade in Romania in the EU context, aiming to help substantiate the specific measures and actions required by the agri-food sector. The method approached a two fold, analysis, by estimating the coefficients of variation and the unit value index of the foreign trade flows calculated for each subsector of food industry. The results point on products in sectors with major market imbalances / recovery, convergent / divergent developments in unit export prices at country level, deviation from average unit export price and differences in the average annual growth rate of unit export prices, in Romania compared to the EU average.

PARTICLE DISTRIBUTION IN GRANULAR SYNBIOTIC PRODUCTS 颗粒合成产品中的颗粒分布

This article presents an analysis of the particle distribution of granular lyophilized synbiotic products. The main purpose of the present study is to find a relationship between the particle size distribution and the varying component in the composition of the products. Particle size measurements were performed with an ANALYSETTE 22 NanoTec plus analyzer. The results obtained we then subjected to statistical analysis to study the distribution properties of functional food samples. It has been found that for the preparation of granules with a low degree of dusting it is optimal to use 10% sucrose, 1% locus bean gum and 1% fructooligosaccharides (FOS) for processing the lyophilized mixture. Determining the distribution of granules is directly dependent on their composition and purpose. The natural composition of the granulated ''LIO - Milk strawberry'' and ''LIO - Milk chokeberry'' guarantees exceptional uniformity in use, as well as prevention of possible oxidation.

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS ON THE POTENTIAL ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITY OF SOME ESSENTIAL OILS OBTAINED FROM MEDICINAL PLANTS 几种药用植物精油潜在抗真菌活性的统计分析

The paper presents descriptive statistics of the experimental results regarding the potential antifungal activity of four essential oils obtained from new varieties of medicinal plants created in Romania (Yellow basil, Red basil, Marigold and Hyssop). Efficacy tests were performed on the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum ZUM 2407, using four concentrations, each with four repeats. It was observed the direct dependence of the efficacy of the antifungal action of the essential oils depending on the concentration used, but also its decrease in time, due to volatilization and consumption in the control process. It was established that the action of the studied essential oils is rather fungistatic for all the analyzed variants. Based on the efficacy of the antifungal action of those four essential oils, the analyzed variants could be ranked as attack intensity and a measure of economic efficiency was developed in order to further apply these solutions in agricultural practice

Efficacy tests were performed on the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum ZUM 2407, using four concentrations, each with four repeats. It was observed the direct dependence of the efficacy of the antifungal action of the essential oils depending on the concentration used, but also its decrease in time, due to volatilization and consumption in the control process. It was established that the action of the studied essential oils is rather fungistatic for all the analyzed variants. EFFECTS OF LENTIL (Lens culinaris) SCREENING AS A REPLACEMENT FOR NOUG SEED CAKE (Guizotia abyssinica) ON THE DIETS OF GROWING FARTA LAMBS IN ETHIOPIA 小扁豆(Lens culinaris)筛选对埃塞俄比亚生长中的法塔羔羊日粮中豆饼(Guizotia abyssinica)替代品的影响

A study was performed with the objective to assess nutrient biological performance and assess economic feasibility of Farta lambs fed wheat straw (WS) as a basal feed and supplemented with lentil screening (LS) in replacement for noug seed cake (NSC). The experimental sheep were blocked into five based on their initial body weight and randomly assigned to treatment diets within each block. The experimental design used for this study was randomized complete block design (RCBD) with five replications. Result indicated %CP contents of experimental feeds were 26.13, 25.00 and 5.66 for lentil screening, NSC and WS, respectively. There was significant difference in WS DM intake (p<0.05) in all treatment groups. The supplement DM intake increased significantly (p<0.001) as lentil screening level increased from 0, 29.4, 55.4, 78.8, and 100% from (T1-T5), respectively. Total DM intake was significantly different (p<0.01) among all treatment groups but CP intake was not significantly different among treatments (p>0.05). Average daily body weight gain (ADG) and feed conversion efficiency (FCE) were significantly different (p<0.01) among treatment groups. Among treatment groups, T5 had higher (p<0.01) daily body weight gain (76.44 g/d) as compared to T4 (72.1 g/d), T3 (69.8 g/d), T2 (62.89 g/d), T1 (58.28 g/d). T5 returned a higher net income (110.94 Ethiopian Birr (EB)/sheep) as compared to the other treatment groups. From biological performance and economic return T5 could be recommended as an alternative supplement for growing Farta sheep both in biological performance and better economic gain.

IMPACT OF LOW-INPUT MANAGEMENT AND MICROBIAL BIOSTIMULANTS ON YIELDS OF TRADITIONAL PEPPER VARIETIES 低投入管理和微生物生物刺激剂对传统辣椒品种产量的影响

Traditional varieties are good candidates to be grown under sustainable conditions. In this research we evaluated the effect of reducing fertilization and irrigation dose, and the use of microbial biostimulants (N-fixing + K and P solubilizing bacteria+ mycorrhizal endomycorrhizae fungi) on yield parameters of two traditional pepper varieties (BGV13004, BGV5126) and one commercial variety (Cabañeros). The treatments consisted of two fertilisation levels (100% F and 50% F) combined with two irrigation levels (100% I and 75% I). Furthermore, the effect of microbial biostimulants (B) was studied at the lowest fertilisation rate using the commercial products Bactogreen® and Agromic®. Reduced fertilisation decreased total yield in varieties BGV13004 and Cabañeros, as a consequence of reduced fruit set. On the contrary, in variety BGV5126, the decrease in the concentration of the nutrient solution (100% F vs. 50% F) led to an increase in yield, probably due to a greater sensitivity of this variety to salinity. The effect of B was highly dependent on the variety studied, with both an increase (BGV13004) and a decrease (BGV5126) or no impact (Cabañeros) on total production.

EFFECT OF FERTILIZERS ON YIELD COMPONENT ATTRIBUTES, YIELD AND QUALITY IN SOYBEAN CROP 肥料对大豆产量组成属性、产量和品质的影响

The paper aimed to present the effects of different types of fertilizers on several soybean quantitative traits (plantheight, first pod height, number of pods per plant, number of grain per plant, grain yield per plant, 1000-grain weightand grain yield) and seeds’ composition (dry matter, protein content, ash content, oil content, total carbohydrates, totalflavonoids, total phenols and total carotenoids content). The experiment was conducted in 2019, in the experimentalfield of Soybean Breeding Laboratory from the Agricultural Research and Development Station Turda (ARDS Turda),and included 15 fertilization trials. An early maturing soybean variety (Caro TD) obtained at ARDS Turda was used forthe experiment. The results showed that increases in yield were obtained with various combinations of the commercialfertilizer. The application of N20P20K0 combined with seed treatment and foliar Bio-fertilizer with 80% amino acids,significantly increased the values for all quantitative traits and also grain yield, while with respect to seed compositionthe best ranked type of treatment was T7(ecological products).
