International airtime top-up transfers enable prepaid mobile phone users to send top-ups and data bundles to users in other countries, as well as make payments, in real time. These are heavily used by migrants to financially assist their families in their home countries and consequently could be a valuable source of information for migration and mobility analysis. However, top-up transfers are understudied as a form of money remittance in migration. In this paper, we explore the determinants and the potential of top-up transactions to complement remittance and migration statistics. Our results show that such data can provide insights into migrant groups, particularly for irregular migration and for estimating the real-time distribution of migrant groups for a given country.

The research aims to perform meaningful human resource analysis on data science employment using the strong influences of specialized skills set with assisting salary prediction. With explosive big data development, a data science job shortage has occurred with high accurate recruitment demand to hire suitable professionals for specific data science roles. To achieve such outcomes, the current data science employment trends were analyzed based on a secondary dataset. Useful analytics insights for job securement and better career development were provided through the main dashboard. Besides, the significant in-demand data science skill variables were also identified for further effective model building. Particularly, certain data pre-processing techniques were performed extensively to prepare and optimize the dataset for the mentioned human resource analytics purposes. The ensemble model was selected as the most suitable salary prediction model with the lowest Average Squared Error (ASE) on validation. Despite the low prediction accuracy caused by numerous filtered skill variables, the salary prediction model’s main objective was to interpret the relationships between input variables and the target salary levels variable. Overall, the results from both the human resource analytic dashboard and salary prediction model were tally where a detailed analytic report was provided to encourage different data science roles with specific and effective career development guidance, using salary as the motivation key.

The key component that makes the detection of android malware possible is the availability of the right triggers and pointers, which are found in the Android application packages, known as features or attributes. These are fundamental in the training of the different machine learning algorithms to produce the required detection model. The process of extracting these attributes or features, from the Android application packages, is known as reverse engineering. This paper delved into the experimental detail processes of applying reverse engineering procedure, using Sublime Text 2 and Androguard Plugin, on Android Application packages for the extraction of, particularly permissions, which are the targeted features. The study further discussed the cleaning stages, using NotePad++, Microsoft Excel Worksheet, and MS Word, to sort out all the relevant and important features by removing all the noisy ones. A total of 1500 Android apps were downloaded from both benign and malicious sources and used for the experiment. The cleaned or important features extracted from these application packages at the end of the reverse engineering processes are 162 in total and these were further used to form a feature binary matrix of size 1500 by 163 (including the class features).

COVID-19 is a contagious disease caused by a virus, the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The first known case was identified in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. The disease quickly spread worldwide, resulting in the COVID-19 pandemic. The outburst of COVID-19 pandemic had tremendous effect on the whole world and analysis of the data can be meaningful in many ways to better understand the effect it had in our society. This paper aims in the direction of analysis of COVID-19 daily information based on country and continent level in terms of understanding the number of cases and deaths and their relationship, besides this is aims to better understand the vaccination number by country and effect of cases/death how they have affected these numbers. The solution was created on analysis of a dataset that contains daily information on each country, and using MySQL, SQL and PowerBi to generate the results for this work in way of query results which have been transformed to visuals using PowerBi for better understanding for further research work on this topic.

Solar data collection and radiation analysis are basic to study several solar energy-related types of research. But, most researchers get difficulty while collecting such valuable data. In most developing countries and rural areas of the world, it is a bottleneck situation to get the ground-level solar radiation data. The intended purpose of this research is to develop a code that can estimate the daily and hourly variation of global solar radiation for any location around the globe. A python script is developed to make users flexible to use for any climatic region of the world. As an illustration, the developed code is implemented for three regions namely, Algeria, Pakistan, and Nigeria that researchers developed a correlation for each climatic region. The intended purpose of this research is to develop a code that can estimate the daily and hourly variation of global solar radiation for any location around the globe. A python script is developed to make users flexible to use for any climatic region of the world. As an illustration, the developed code is implemented for three regions namely, Algeria, Pakistan, and Nigeria that researchers developed a correlation for each climatic region. In the digital world these days, everywhere you look, traces of the Internet of Things (IoT) can be seen. Businesses will improve with the use of this technology because devices will be able to collect a huge amount of user information. . If this information is used appropriately, commercial activities are able to expand their activities, reduce costs and provide users with devices with more and better features. These devices are only allowed to be accessed by certain people because they contain a large amount of information. However, there are many concerns about these devices. Even though the technology is advancing day by day, the risks related to it also increase. With the trend of marketing toward digitalization, we are witnessing its spread in various businesses. But since the Internet of Things has a solution for every issue and challenge, it also has new and fresh solutions for this issue. In this article, an attempt has been made to explain the role of the Internet of Things in digital marketing.

Customer relationship management software has many advantages for different businesses and economic enterprises. Today, the Internet has become the main tool for information exchange, business, communication, and an integral part of daily life. Internet technologies have witnessed fundamental changes in the way of interaction over a decade. With new technology, objects are also connected to the Internet and with humans; Intelligent systems and data are interacting and exchanging. The Internet of Things will increase the maturity level of customer relationships and will have a profound impact on customer relationship management. This is because the huge data of the Internet of Things contains information about the customer, and textual inputs can greatly increase the capabilities of managing relationships with customers. Therefore, the future of customer relationship management will be provided by cognitive computing, big data analysis, and creating deep knowledge in organizations. In this paper, the vital features and opportunities, and benefits of CRM systems based on the Internet of Things have been examined.
