Based on the research carried out from specialized sources, we can conclude that femoral-patellar pain syndrome is a clinical entity that leads to the appearance of anterior knee pain, in patients without pathological changes present in the cartilage of the femoral-patellar joint. Studies in the specialized literature demonstrate that a physical therapist can adapt an individual treatment plan for each patient depending on the underlying pathology. Considering the importance of the knee joint in everyday life, both for carrying out daily activities and for carrying out professional activities, we can conclude that its recovery is extremely important. The production mechanisms of the femoro-patellar syndrome are multiple, and this requires the implementation of a recovery program as effective as possible, based on the most accurate and detailed assessment. Current imaging techniques can provide us with important data regarding the situation of the knee joint, which makes the diagnosis of patellofemoral syndrome easier. Orthopedic treatment can be considered adjuvant in combating the pain caused by femoral-patellar syndrome if it is associated with an individualized and well-structured physical therapy program. Surgical interventions are only indicated for patients in whom an anatomical defect of the bone structures or the pathological alignment of the patella maintains the destruction of the cartilage. After any type of surgical intervention, it is mandatory to establish specialized physiotherapy programs with specific objectives, in order to ensure a high post-operative success rate.

In this study we refer to an individual-differentiated approach in the motor rehabilitation system of preschoolers with Infantile Cerebral Palsy (ICP) which is one of the main conditions for effective application of the recovery system. This consists in the complex examination of motor disorders, their differentiation and the individualization of the recovery process. In this sense, we propose a rehabilitation system through the means of physical education of preschoolers with CP depending on the severity of the motor disorders. To select the sets of physical exercises intended for individual or group recovery programs, it is not enough to classify motor disorders according to the maximum or final manifestation level. There is a need to differentiate and analyze the causes that led to the reduction of the final motor result, for this examining the temporal, spatial and energetic parameters.

The production mechanisms of the femoro-patellar syndrome are multiple, and this requires the implementation of a recovery program as effective as possible, based on the most accurate and detailed assessment. Regarding the modification of the activity, we are left with a series of contraindications such as; avoiding deep bending of the knee against resistance. Maintaining an adequate body mass index should be part of any anterior knee pain management program. Muscle toning exercises are recommended without crossing the painful threshold, performed especially in a closed kinetic chain, and hydrotherapy offers numerous benefits in performing movements by reducing joint stress. As far as physiotherapy methods are concerned, they can be considered very important in reducing pain in patients with femoro-patellar syndrome, because with their help we can implement the kinetotherapeutic exercise program early and without the presence of pain. In the present paper, two of the most frequently applied protocols for patients diagnosed with femoral-patellar syndrome were tested on 2 different groups of patients. Although the results are beneficial for patients through the prism of both programs, we can still state that the simultaneous use of kinesiotherapy together with physiotherapy could provide promising results for patients diagnosed with this syndrome.

It is essential to study the evolution of each science over time because it generates valid conclusions for both the present and the future. The research of the past represents the primary source of documentation and information regarding the perspectives of development in each field. This paper manifests a two-fold purpose. The first is to prove that the science of recovery by movement, though young in many respects, has a millenary existence with the most outstanding scientists contributing to its progress. Moreover, through this paper, I aimed to support a change in the paradigm regarding the place and mission of physical exercise as a theoretical and practical field of study. The second purpose is to point it out as a response to a social need, namely prophylaxis and treatment. Hence, it manifests as a field of the concrete, not of the abstract.

The strategic model for planning the motor recovery process of preschoolers diagnosed with infantile cerebral palsy (ICP) consists in substantiating the methodological content of recovery process of their motor functions, through the interaction and systematization of the means of physical education in association with those of kinetotherapeutic recovery, a fact that would ensure the necessary premises for the successful adaptation of the children from the respective contingent to the subsequent school, usual and general social conditions. The recovery process is to be determined, on the one hand, by the character and degree of deviation (distortion, underdevelopment) of motor activity, and on the other hand, by the motor development goals, to be achieved. For effective treatment of motor disorders of preschoolers with infantile cerebral palsy is rational to use the systemic approach, oriented towards the proposed goals, which involves the complex action of physical exercises both on the basic physiological systems of the child's body and on the development of his motor capacities, via the formation of a rational scheme of movement.
