The purpose of this research is to examine quality management phenomenon of the aviation industry, by taking a deep dive into the practices carried out by Etihad Airways during the processes of check-in and boarding. The parameters set by the global standards are evaluated and compared to the existing practices in the airline’s ground operations. Through this comparison, an analysis is derived in regards to how aligned the processes are, and how the particular areas of improvement can be targeted. The researchers conducted this qualitative investigation while analyzing the case of Etihad Airways, UAE. The study findings indicate that the set international quality parameters are a road map for airlines to follow, and while Etihad Airways’ practices are in alignment with most of the protocols, there are areas wherein the airline management should shed light on in order to implement those protocols in their day-to-day operational activities. By scrutinizing these areas of improvement, the airline can pinpoint where their focus is needed most to advance their service of quality, subsequently elevating Etihad Airways as a business and giving the airline a competitive edge in the industry. While there are several studies that have addressed the role of quality in the aviation industry, this research adds originality and value by fixating on the check-in and boarding processes, which are crucial touchpoints in an airport. This analysis equips both the aviation industry and academia with insights into optimizing quality management practices, an exclusive input in an era of heightened competition and passenger expectations within the aviation sector.

Abstract
This paper intends to determine the role of axiological values, particularly moral and aesthetic values in product branding, packaging and design. The term ‘design’ here should not be confused with the designing of the print content of the packaging, here, design stands for the aesthetic attributes of the product, its color, texture, shape and overall feel that adds axiological value. The paper will explore the realms of product branding, packaging and design, keeping in context the axiologic aspects that are unintentionally or intentionally being followed by the organizations during these processes.

The errors committed by second language learners in their compositions have been the focus of current studies of second language acquisition, as these errors anticipate the difficulties faced by them in second language learning. The focus of this paper is to display the common errors in ESL compositions by intermediate students and the reasons behind these errors. Data for this paper was gathered through the administration of a questionnaire followed by a self-written composition. The analysis of the data was based on the classification of errors according to different aspects like vocabulary, spelling, punctuation, and grammar syntax. Subsequently, the qualitative data was then quantified. The results reveal that errors are inevitable. Gaining insight into errors would therefore highlight the difficulty faced by learners in L2 learning. It is therefore proposed that the learners must have sufficient exposure and training in L2 to incorporate language rules and to minimize the possibility of errors in their compositions. This paper can also help the teachers to be more conscious of the most common errors committed by intermediate students and to help the students get over the concepts in English that are difficult and problematic for them by offering relevant activities and practice material. In times of hyperinflation, these days Pakistan is confronted with health financing and food crises. It is essential to decrease the likelihood of food insecurity and economic vulnerability. This study aims to investigate the Vulnerability of society to pandemic shocks and the resilience of an Islamic nation such as Pakistan, as well as to investigate and identify the agents of Economic resilience in Pakistan. This study also investigated the function of Islamic financial inclusion strategies during pandemics. This study utilizes a variety of data categories and methods. The study's conclusion was reached using both primary and secondary qualitative and quantitative data. The study found that the majority of individuals are susceptible to such disruptions in terms of health, income, and social construction. The study revealed that there are numerous economic resilience agents in Pakistan, which play a significant role in bolstering support for small households and poor families. The analysis of quantitative data sets revealed that interventions or agents of change/resilience have had a significant impact on reducing hunger risk, infant deprivation, and other societal vulnerabilities. The conclusion of the study is that both formal and informal service providers contribute to enhancing the community's resilience through financial inclusion and a transitory support system. The conclusion of the study argues that the Islamic approach to financial transactions is more dependable and satisfactory for households and community-oriented organizations.

ABSTRACTThis paper examines the enactment of local government leisure policies in community leisure facilities through the lens of policy enactment. Leisure policies typically get enacted through a complex and contested process by a range of stakeholders. The paper explores how local government staff and leisure facility managers engage in the work of older adult policy enactment and how policies inform the strategic planning of programs and facilities. The research involved semi-structured interviews with local government employees and leisure facility managers across four local government areas in Victoria, Australia. Findings indicate that leisure facility managers exhibit a lack of engagement with policies, particularly those targeting older adults. To improve participation rates and justify significant public investment in leisure facilities, the study recommends leisure facility management and local government employees establish a negotiation process concerning older adult leisure and physical activity policy and facility managers interpret, re-contextualise, and make sense of policy.KEYWORDS: Local governmentleisure policypolicy enactmentleisure facilitiesolder adults Disclosure statementNo potential conflict of interest was reported by the author(s).

This study examines the relationship between parental styles and students' socio-emotional and character development in schools. The study also examines gender and school system effects on parenting styles and socio-emotional and character development in students. The correlational study focused on school children in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The Social-emotional and character development scale (SECDS) and Parenting style Scale by Ghafoor and Kurukkan (2014) were used to assess social-emotional and character development and parenting styles. The study included 400 schoolchildren, 200 of whom were male and 200 females. Data was analyzed using SPSS 20. Results indicated that parents' attentiveness is positively correlated with pro-social conduct, honesty, self-control, self-development, school respect, and home respect. These qualities are negatively correlated with parental control. Female participants had more parental attentiveness, pro-social behavior, honesty, self-control, self-development, and respect in school and at home than male participants. Males scored higher on parental control. The study found that private school students had higher levels of parental responsiveness, pro-social conduct, honesty, self-control, self-development, school respect, and home respect than government school students. However, government school students had more parental control. Parenting methods affect children's behavior. School-aged children benefit from parental attention in socio-emotional and character development. Parental control, however, hinders such development. Female participants reported more parental attention, socio-emotional, and character development. Private school students develop socio-emotionally and character more than government school students.
