Planing avoidance H design for supercavitating vehicles 超空泡车辆的避平设计

For the planing forces generated when the underwater high speed vehicle's aft end pierces the bubble which lead to oscillatory motion, planing avoidance control was designed based on observer and compensation in this paper. The effect of this compensation is related to the performance of the controller, hence we consider controllers designed via the H∞ feedback control. In the paper, the H∞ performance requirement which lead to the weight selection problem is analysed also. Through the design of the weighted matrix, the H∞ controller that satisfies various performance requirements is obtained. Simulation results show that this H∞ state feedback controller with the compensating observer can avoid the planing force generated. This method of H∞ weighting coefficients and the compensation method of the disturbance observer can also be a reference for other system design as well.

High-order sliding mode control for variable speed PMSG wind turbine based disturbance observer 基于扰动观测器的变速PMSG风电机组高阶滑模控制

This paper introduces a model-based control system for variable speed wind energy conversion system (VSWECS)-based permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG). Comparing to traditional wind turbines operating methods, these variable speed systems have the advantages of increasing the energy capture and reducing the mechanical stress. In order to exploit this latest advantage, a high order sliding mode (HOSM) control strategy has been developed to enhance system performances, ensure the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) and track the generator reference speed. Moreover, for the WT system, the turbine torque is considered as an immeasurable disturbance. Therefore, using a modified disturbance observer will allow direct tracking of the maximum power point. The stability analysis of the system has been proved using the Lyapunov theory. Finally, simulation results have been presented to verify the proposed approach efficiency.

Dynamic coupling analysis for the design of hybrid mooring lines of truss spar in deep sea 深海桁架梁混合系缆设计的动力耦合分析

Truss spar platform is one of the most optimal solutions to the oil and gas exploration. Owing to the severe environment, the design of mooring lines is vital for the platform. As traditional steel chain is very heavy, synthetic rope is attractive for its lightness. Considering the dynamically coupled interaction between the hull of truss spar and mooring lines, the dynamic coupling analysis is performed to get the motion and line tension responses. The dynamic stiffness of synthetic rope is modelled as upper-lower critical stiffness model. The upper critical stiffness is used to calculate the motions, while the lower critical stiffness is for the line tension. Results show that the hybrid mooring lines could secure the platform sufficiently. Higher pre-tension could improve the stiffness of the system, make full use of the mooring lines and limit the motions. From the responses, we can conclude that the energy dissipation is located in the low frequency and middle frequency. The above observations made based on a truss spar may have important implications for other floating structures moored by a synthetic rope mooring lines.

Mechanical analysis of a dual derrick 双井架的力学分析

Dual derrick can greatly improve the efficiency of drilling operations in deep-water area. Analysis of various drilling processes such as single-well drilling, multi-well drilling, collaboration and parallel jobs using dual derrick frame, has been carried out in this research. Meanwhile, static analysis of dual derrick and the analysing of loading cases have been conducted, as well as the suffered stress of dual derrick under severe or normal drilling conditions. Modal analysis of dual derrick has been completed, also, dynamic equilibrium equations and the matrices of corresponding mass and stiffness have already been induced. Concerning the fact that higher modes have a slight impact on vibrations, eight low-level modes of vibration of dual derrick have been put forward, which turn out to match the optimised structure of vibration modes.

The model of queuing theory based on the maintenance support of equipment of statistical simulation method 基于排队论模型的设备维修保障统计仿真方法

Taking the maintenance support of certain equipment as an example, a queuing model is built by using the queuing-system theory of finite call-delay system of the customer source. This paper analyses the maintenance support problems of the equipment with limited customer resource’s theory of waiting queuing system, and describes a simulation research on the mean number of malfunction and the mean time of waiting for maintenance with MATLAB7.1 programming. And also, the distribution uniformity test of random number and error analysis for the simulation results is conducted. Therefore, a scientific and effective method used to forecast the amount of the maintenance work of the equipment and determine the scale of the force of the maintenance support is provided.

Workspace trajectory tracking control for two-flexible-link manipulator through output redefinition 基于输出重定义的双柔性连杆机械臂工作空间轨迹跟踪控制

In this paper, a control strategy and stability analysis for two-flexible-link manipulator are presented to track a desired trajectory in the workspace. The inverse dynamics problem is solved using virtual space and the quasi-static approach. Flexible manipulators are non-minimum phase systems when the controlled output is the tip position. To overcome this problem, an output redefinition technique is used. Two steps are presented to control the manipulator’s tip position. First, assuming that the first link is stable, we develop the control law for the last link to stabilise the error dynamics using the feedback linearisation approach. The weighted parameter defining the non-collocated output is selected to guarantee bounded internal dynamics such that the output is as close as possible to the tip. Second, the same strategy is followed for the first link. Simulation results are presented to show good tracking of desired trajectory in the workspace.

Longitudinal brake control of hybrid electric bus using adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control 基于自适应模糊滑模控制的混合动力客车纵向制动控制

In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control scheme is designed for hybrid electric bus. The trajectory tracking control for stopping the bus in a bus station is proposed. The adjustment scheme to the regenerative braking torque is also developed by considering the variation of SOC and braking jerk. The proposed adaptive fuzzy control scheme can recognise the external disturbance and model uncertainties, and then make a compensation control to achieve good tracking performance. The stability and convergence properties of the longitudinal brake control system are analytically proved by using Lyapunov stability theory and Barbalat’s lemma. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed controller shows an improved dynamic performance and can recover more kinetic energy than the conventional sliding mode controller.

Modal analysis of Francis turbine blade based on fluid-structure interaction theorem 基于流固耦合定理的混流式水轮机叶片模态分析

The paper deals with the modal analysis of Francis turbine blade with fluid-structure interaction (FSI). The dynamic equation of Francis turbine blade in air and operating flow path is studied, and two different governing equations are solved together. Then the mathematic model for vibration and stress analysis was built to calculate the natural frequency in air by using finite element analysis (FEA). In addition, the blade's coupled modelling in operating flow path lies on a classical finite element discretisation of the coupled fluid-structure equation. According to the analysis of results, the influential coefficients by the FEA adopted in the present study are in fairly good agreement with the experienced data listed in some documents. The modal analysis of the blade highlights that the natural frequencies decrease dramatically and the mode shapes in operating flow path are close to those in air. So the method presented herein can be used efficiently as a reliable tool for the fatigue reliability design and performance analysis of Francis turbine blade.

Online variety recognition of auto rack girders based on combination of Fuzzy ART neural network with D-S evidence theory 基于模糊ART神经网络与D-S证据理论相结合的汽车架梁品种在线识别

To address the difficulty of artificial recognition of hundreds of auto rack girders, this paper introduces an online automatic inspection method which synthesises machine vision, wavelet transformation theory, Fuzzy ART neural networks and D-S evidence theory on auto rack girders. First, local entropy, NMI and energy value of wavelet coefficients are used as input layers of a Fuzzy ART neural network, to gain the basic confidences of these three different characters. Next, D-S evidence theory is used to fuse the three basic confidences. Finally, total confidence in auto rack girder images, is obtained to determine a model for the inspected auto rack girders. This project of variety recognition for auto rack girders using D-S evidence theory and the Fuzzy ART neural network provides a new technology for use at home or overseas, which resolves the question of the lower recognition rate for a single character template and advances a method for multi-character fusion.
针对数百条汽车架梁的人工识别困难,提出了一种综合机器视觉、小波变换理论、模糊ART神经网络和D-S证据理论的汽车架梁在线自动检测方法。首先,将局部熵、NMI和小波系数的能量值作为模糊ART神经网络的输入层,得到这三个不同特征的基本置信度;接下来,运用D-S证据理论对三个基本置信度进行融合。最后,获得汽车架梁图像的全置信度,以确定被检汽车架梁的模型。本课题利用D-S证据理论和模糊ART神经网络对汽车架梁进行品种识别,解决了单一字符模板识别率较低的问题,提出了一种多字符融合的方法,为国内外应用提供了一种新技术。
