Model analysis of the transportation of chloride into concrete under dry-wet cyclic conditions 干湿循环条件下氯离子在混凝土中的运移模型分析

The dry-wet cyclic experimental method is designed to imitate the reinforced concrete corrosion in the natural environment. The polynomial model of chloride ions transporting inside the concrete is discussed and its numerical calculation is analysed through the reasonable differencing scheme, and the stability of the differencing scheme is discussed accordingly. The chloride concentration distribution in concrete can be obtained respectively by the chemistry titration method and calculated using the above model by selecting the parameters according to the concrete material property and the stability of differencing scheme. The statistical characteristic analysis and the relativity of the calculated value and the tested value both verify the accuracy of the model.
设计了干湿循环试验方法,模拟钢筋混凝土在自然环境中的腐蚀。讨论了氯离子在混凝土内部传输的多项式模型,并通过合理的差分格式对其数值计算进行了分析,并对差分格式的稳定性进行了讨论。根据混凝土材料特性和差分方案的稳定性选择参数,分别用化学滴定法得到混凝土中氯离子浓度的分布,并利用上述模型进行计算。统计特性分析和计算值与试验值的相关性都验证了模型的准确性。

Research on preparation device for washing red cell 洗红细胞制备装置的研究

This article aims to discuss the conventional manual washing red cell (WRC) heavy dependency on centrifugal methods and extrusion techniques, and successful development of preparation device for WRC with proprietary intellectual property rights. The machine is semiautomatic, and the whole washing process is carried on in a fully closed environment to avoid cross infections. The clinical tests made on the erythrocyte products with preparation device show that the erythrocyte recovery ratio could reach 90%, and the removal ratios of leucocytes and plasma exceed 99%. Besides, compared with the manual washing method, the preparation device for WRC takes 20 min less to make 400 ml of erythrocyte of the same quality.

Design and kinematics simulation of a high-speed sewing machine 高速缝纫机的设计与运动学仿真

Industrial sewing machine is made up of four mechanisms, the take-up mechanism, the needle piercing mechanism, the fabric feeding mechanism and the bobbing mechanism. Sewing is a complicated process involving synchronised motion of the four parts. The performance of the sewing machine is determined by the quality of mechanical design and cooperation of the four mechanisms. Each mechanism can be made by different kinds of forms. Considering the requirement of high-speed sewing, the best mechanical structure is chosen for each mechanism. After the whole design, simulation software RecurDyn® is used to simulate the machine and diagnose the synchronisation of the four mechanisms.
工业缝纫机由卷取机构、穿针机构、送布机构和摆针机构四部分组成。缝纫是一个涉及四个部分同步运动的复杂过程。缝纫机的性能是由机械设计的好坏和四个机构的配合决定的。每种机制都可以由不同的形式组成。考虑高速缝纫的要求,对各机构选择了最佳的机械结构。整个设计完成后,使用仿真软件RecurDyn®对机器进行仿真,并对四个机构的同步进行诊断。

Design and simulation of a nano-scale micro positioning stage 纳米微定位台的设计与仿真

Micro positioning stage is a commonly used platform for MEMS. In this article, we present a new micro positioning stage including its design, simulation and optimisation. The new micro positioning stage is made of four sets of two leaf springs. The geometric dimensions are determined by optimisation. Its performance, including stress and displacement, is evaluated using finite element analysis by ANSYS. The simulation results indicated that the new design can reliably achieve nano position accuracy.
微定位平台是MEMS常用的平台。本文介绍了一种新型微定位平台的设计、仿真和优化。新型微定位台由四组两片钢板弹簧组成。几何尺寸由优化确定。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其受力、位移等性能进行了评价。仿真结果表明,新设计能够可靠地实现纳米定位精度。

A new fast rate control algorithm for JPEG2000 一种新的JPEG2000快速速率控制算法

A simplification scheme is proposed to facilitate calculation of the Rate-Distortion slopes (RD-slopes) by means of logarithm expression. The other approach is used to fast truncate the code streams, which can find all the truncation points for every code-block through a round search among the 256 quality layers based on the 8-bit RD-slopes of the coding passes. The new rate control algorithm not only speeds up the process of rate allocation but also uses less memory. Experimental results show that the quality of reconstructed images has only slightly decreased.
