. Today`s business organizations face enormous challenges: an unpredictable, unsecured and complex business environment, strong competitiveness, substitute products, spoiled customers with growing needs and demands, pandemic restrictions and social isolation, post-pandemic situation and recovery, economy crisis, military conflicts etc. On this background the rapid development of information and communication technologies offers very logical and convenient way to secure company`s existence and growth. Recent past years proved that the usage of ICT in HR management opens new horizon both for the employees and their managers. On the other hand, the implementation of Artificial Intelligence and digitalization in HR management is not an unambiguous process. Still there are many open questions concerning ethics, personal freedom of employees etc. The aim of the present article is to understand the opinion of young people as future employees on the usage of ICT and AI in companies and on this base to propose some workable solutions for improving HR management in innovative business organizations. Our findings indicate that young people are not yet ready to accept the decision made only by AI without any interference from the managers. At the same time our responders admit that the most serious advantage of AI is in collection and analysis of large amounts of data, while the most serious limitation is the heavy reliance on the technology, which is the logical result in digital era.

. The article emphasizes the need to develop entrepreneurship in the academic environment to commercialize the scientific research results as one of the possible directions. The problems that prevent Ukrainian and Slovak scientists from commercializing their scientific developments are highlighted, classified, and described in detail, and recommendations are proposed for solving these problems. The commercialization of scientific research is based on transforming scientific developments into profitable commercial products or services that can be successfully introduced to the market. The study examines various aspects of commercialization, including evaluating the commercial potential of scientific research, developing business models, finding investors and partners, intellectual property, marketing innovations

. The objective of this paper is to evaluate the price development of iron (steel rebar and hot rolled coil steel) on commodity exchanges, to determine the dependence of the price of iron on prices of other major commodities (crude oil and natural gas), to forecast its future development and to propose a particular iron procurement strategy for manufacturing companies in the South Bohemian Region until the end of 2028. The content analysis method was selected to evaluate the price development. It was also used to assess the dependence of iron prices on other major commodities, which was considered using the correlation analysis method. The artificial neural network method, multilayer perceptron networks, was selected and used to forecast future price development. All calculations are performed using Statistica software (version 13). Linear regression is conducted using different functions, with 1,000 neural structures being generated each time, out of which 5 structures showing the best characteristics are selected. These are retained to forecast future prices for the 2023-2028 period in three experiments. Results are presented in tables and graphs processed in Microsoft Excel. Based on the selected variants of future steel price forecasting, a specific iron procurement strategy can be recommended for manufacturing companies in the South Bohemian Region until the end of 2028.

. The paper aims to assess the impact of hybrid threats on the performance of the business environment of the European Union countries. Hybrid threats were represented by six threats and their consequences, namely unavailability of ICT services due to hardware or software failure, unavailability of ICT services, unavailability of ICT services due to external attack, destruction or corruption of data due to malware infection or unauthorised intrusion, disclosure of confidential data due to intrusion, pharming, phishing attack or deliberate action of own employees, disclosure of confidential data due to negligent action of own employees. The performance of the business environment was assessed through the Country Competitiveness Index. The results showed that our selected threats and their consequences had a statistically significant impact on the performance of the business environment. We observed an adverse effect for unavailability of ICT services due to hardware or software failure, destruction, or corruption of data due to mal-ware infection or unauthorised intrusion, and disclosure of confidential data due to intrusion, pharming, phishing attack, or deliberate actions of own employees. Positive impacts on business environment performance were observed for unavailability of ICT services (insider attack), unavailability of ICT services due to external attacks and disclosure of confidential data due to negligent actions of own employees.

. The agrarian reform in Kazakhstan substantially changes the approach to creating the competitive entities of the agro-industrial complex that is part of agricultural policy leading towards food security and sustainable development. Transition to innovative development triggers an active search of instruments engaging private equity and allowing, at the same time, the most practical combination of interests of the state and entrepreneurial structures. As such tool, the mechanism of public-private partnership is considered. The article's authors explore the specifics of the development of public-private partnerships (PPP) in the economy of Kazakhstan, especially in agriculture. In this research, the authors identified factors that affect the development of public-private partnerships in sustainable development conditions. The authors also analysed different interpretations of the public-private partnership and discussed the peculiarities of its use. The experience of the development of public-private partnerships in other countries is considered. The paper offers analytical material that characterises Kazakhstan's public-private partnerships development level. The conclusion is made about the need for active development of PPP in the agriculture of Kazakhstan

. Employee recruitment is among the most critical processes performed in businesses. Nowadays, it is more and more frequently implemented online. Companies switch to e-recruitment, utilising information and communication technologies (ICT). This article aims to identify the risks emerging while implementing such a solution and set the risk management steps to sustain the business’s long-term operation. The analysis is based on secondary as well as primary data. Multiple methods were applied: observation, questionnaire survey, semi-structured interviews, case study analysis, comparison, and synthesis. The authors’ original case study was created to reduce employee turnover via a new approach to the recruitment process. Research questions and hypotheses focus on examining the relationship between the length of the employee’s employment and how they were approached in the recruitment process. The main findings include identifying key potential risks jeopardising the implementation of e-recruitment. The analysis concluded that no employee recruitment step in the selected business is performed online. The practical result of this research included the creation of the business’s career website. This can inform the potential applicants about the business’s activities. It was created to support individual activities of the employee recruitment process. Finally, recommendations were designed for the managers of other companies. They can use these in implementing ICT solutions for the recruitment process to support long-term sustainability.

. One of the main strategic tasks facing the industry is to ensure the competitiveness of domestic agricultural products, which can be achieved only based on the development of highly effective innovations in producing mixed fodder. At present in the country, the mixed fodder industry is developing in two directions: the first one includes - capacity building of large enterprises, which fully provide industrial poultry farming and animal breeding with mixed fodder (poultry farms, large livestock complexes for the production of pork, beef and milk), breeding livestock and fish farming, as well as produce and supply agriculture with protein and vitamin supplements (PVS) and premixes. The second includes the production of mixed fodders and fodder mixtures for cattle and pigs in agricultural fodder shops and factories using their raw materials, mineral supplements, and premixes of the industrial output. There are three main groups of production relations: socio-economic, organizational-economic and technological, characterized by both the way of appropriation and the way of organization of agro-industrial production as a whole, hence the whole range inherent in the agro-industrial complex. Organizational-economic relations are the central link in the overall system of production relations since they are formed and function not within but at the junction of production relations and productive forces. Organizational and economic relations are most susceptible to changes in the technical and economic basis of agro-industrial production and the forms of its organization. They have to be shaped to facilitate innovative transition towards sustainable development and food security via strengthening the mixed fodder production industry.
