The Recommendations on the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan and the Vision and Goals for 2035 suggest that the digital economy and green development have risen to the level of a national strategy, and that the study of their coupling and coordination and their spatial relevance can serve as a strong theoretical support for major national strategies. Based on the connotation of digital economy and green development, this study analyses the evolution of the temporal and spatial patterns of digital economy and green development by plotting the temporal change of the coupling coordination degree and the kernel density estimation of the whole country and each region, respectively. Finally, based on the findings of this study, policy recommendations are made for China's digital economy and green development and the synergistic development of the two.

The purpose of the enterprise strategic rhythm is to describe the dynamic characteristics such as the speed and variability of the enterprise strategic activities as time changes. Because competitive advantage is the key to survive and develop in dynamic environment, enterprises need to take a series of strategic activities to obtain competitive advantage. However, even the same type of strategic activities will produce different results due to differences in the implementation process. Therefore, it is very important to study the influence of strategic rhythm on the competitive advantage of enterprises from the perspective of time. By combing and analyzing 45 literatures in the field of strategic management based on time perspective, this paper carries out theoretical research on strategic rhythm in the process of strategic activities. Firstly, it defines the concept of enterprise strategic rhythm, and summarizes the dynamic characteristics of enterprise strategic activities as "strategic rhythm". Secondly, from the two dimensions of speed and variability, the enterprise strategic activities are divided into four basic strategic rhythm types: low speed low variation, high speed low variation, low speed high variation and high speed high variation. Thirdly, the paper combs and analyzes the causes of strategic rhythm from the three aspects of managers, enterprises and external environment, and then analyzes the influence mechanism of strategic rhythm on competitive advantage from the two time dimensions of speed and variability, thus forming the research framework of corporate strategic rhythm and competitive advantage. Finally, the future research direction is proposed to lay a foundation for further research on the strategic rhythm of enterprises.

This study is based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept and aims to explore effective ways to reform liberal arts education in colleges and universities. By analyzing the emphasis of the OBE concept on students' learning outcomes and practical ability cultivation, the researchers proposed a series of educational reform strategies guided by the OBE concept. These strategies include practice-oriented teaching methods, the establishment of a comprehensive assessment system, and encouraging interdisciplinary and interprofessional integration. Research on the history, concept, connotation and related practices of intangible cultural heritage provides the two most crucial elements for the transmission of Cuju culture, namely experience and paradigm. At the practical level, the declaration of intangible cultural heritage of Cuju can provide an effective path for the inheritance of traditional national sports. At the theoretical level, the theory of intangible cultural heritage enriches the connotation of Cuju culture at the epistemological level. Therefore, this project chooses the vision of intangible cultural heritage as the research field of Cuju culture inheritance and protection, and adopts the documentary method, expert interview method and logical analysis method to research and analyze the inheritance and protection of Cuju culture under the perspective of intangible culture. Through the research on the status of the development of cuju sport, people's knowledge of cuju culture is enhanced, so that cuju culture can be better developed and spread. China regards English education as an important part of improving national quality, and also takes English as an important medium for social, economic, trade and Chinese culture to go abroad. The current English education in colleges and universities, however, is inefficient for a long time, and there is still a big gap between the trained talents and the actual needs of society. Therefore, English education in colleges and universities in China should be guided by Marxist philosophy, carry out a series of reforms, and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of English education in China with a reasonable view of curriculum integration, a good view of teachers’ education ecology and a scientific view of development.

In order to solve the problems existing in China at present in the examination and judgment of WeChat record evidence, this paper is based on the relevant laws and regulations in Chinese criminal procedure law, analyze the examination and judgment mechanism of WeChat record evidence, namely, the authenticity examination of the content, original data and storage medium, the relevance examination of WeChat record evidence to examine whether the content of WeChat record evidence is related to the facts to be proved and the legality review of the subject of the evidence, the way of the evidence and the procedure of the evidence collection. This project conducts the coupling and coordination relationship between the digital economy and economic growth efficiency and the correlation between regional difference research, measures the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2019, and analyzes the measurement results from the perspectives of time series and regional differences. This paper studies the coupling and coordination effects of digital economy and economic growth efficiency. Based on this, this project puts forward policy recommendations to accelerate the coordinated development of digital economy and economic growth efficiency in various provinces and cities in China, reduce coordination differences, and promote the development of scientific and technological innovation, so as to achieve rapid social transformation and structural upgrading.

This paper is based on AIS data and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to comprehensively evaluate the relative hazard level of a specific area, in order to determine the relative consequences of regional hazards (RCORH). Next, we will use speed and traffic volume characteristics as indicators to construct a linear regression model for spatial relationship analysis. The research results indicate that the linear regression model proposed in this article can effectively identify areas with high collision risks, which has positive significance for improving the navigation safety management of port waters.
