Business competition that is getting tougher in the digitalization 5.0 era requires companies to further improve their business performance, especially in the aspect of supply chain management. Logistics, which is a critical process in supply chain management, needs to be made into an integrated system from upstream to downstream. Logistics activities which include distributing goods, managing warehousing, and managing consumer orders are of concern to the entire industry, including the FMCG industry. This study used a quantitative method using multiple regression analysis. The company used as a case study is a multinational FMCG company. Descriptive quantitative to describe a symptom, event, and incident that occurs when the attempt is made to photograph the events and incidents that are the center of attention of the researcher and then describe them as they are. This study focuses on logistics activities that become variables, namely transportation, handling and storage, and product availability. The results showed that transportation, handling and storage, and product availability. greatly affect the logistics performance of FMCG companies.

Abstract. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a serious impact on poverty in Nias District. This research explores the strategies adopted by the Nias Regency Government in overcoming post-pandemic poverty, taking into account the management ecological perspective. The choice of this topic is based on the urgency of tackling poverty as a socio-economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a qualitative approach, including in-depth interviews with stakeholders and the public as well as direct observation. The results of the study revealed that the local government of Nias Regency has implemented various strategies, such as strengthening the local economy, providing social assistance to the community. Management ecology is integrated into the strategy, with a focus on sustainable natural resource management and active community participation. The results of this study underscore the importance of a poverty alleviation strategy by the Nias district government. Implementation of an ecology-based strategy can increase community resilience to the poverty crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as create jobs and community economic recovery. This conclusion emphasizes the need for a holistic approach in post-pandemic policies to ensure economic, social and environmental sustainability in Nias District .

Abstract. This study aims to find out how the training in human resource development is carried out by the Nias Heritage Museum. This institution is the only museum that is a place for preserving Nias culture in the Nias Islands. Apart from that, the Nias Heritage Museum also has several business units such as: Lodging (Guesthouse), Café Museum, Rental hall (meeting room), production of Nias traditional medicine, zoo (mini zoo), so that the people in it play a role in services to guests/visitors. So this research will explain the urgency of training in human resource development at the Nias Heritage Museum. The type of research conducted is qualitative research and is descriptive in nature, namely research that describes the urgency of training in human resource development. Data collected by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that training in human resource development at the Nias Heritage Museum tends to be carried out in the form of briefings or sharing sessions, but this is not optimal in developing human resources at the Nias Heritage Museum, while the implementation of formal training is carried out in certain situations when management identifies serious weaknesses in certain business units.

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to determine Spiritual Leadership, Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction at FEB UHAMKA. The population in this study was 66 FEB UHAMKA teaching staff and the sample used was 66 respondents. This research method uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and a Likert scale to measure the variables involved. The collected data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of the study with a confidence level of 5% showed that there were several findings, namely partially (t test), it was found that Spiritual Leadership had a negative but not significant influence on Job Satisfaction . Meanwhile, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Simultaneously (F test), Spiritual Leadership and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. This means that these two variables jointly contribute to increasing the level of employee job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and Likert scales, as well as data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The results of the research show that Organizational Commitment has a significant influence in increasing Job Satisfaction, while Spiritual Leadership does not have a significant influence individually, but together with Organizational Commitment, both contribute positively to employee Job Satisfaction. The informants in this research were the Director and HRD of the Nias Heritage Museum who carried out observations, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. This study aims to determine the role of financial literacy as measured through financial behavior, attitude and skills towards the consumptive behavior of housewives in the city of Tasikmalaya. This research has a type of survey with an asociative causality characteristic that aims to be descriptive and verificative. The object of this study is a housewife in the city of Tasikmalaya, due to the unknown population size, the researchers used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique with 200 respondents. The approach used to determine the relationship between these latent variables is the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the Bootstrap parameter estimation method. The results of the research show that financial behavior has a positive effect on consumptive behavior, the more positive a person's behavior in managing finances, the more aware of the consumptive behavior they are doing. Financial attitude has a positive effect on consumptive behavior, someone who understands how to spend, save, hoard and dispose of their money will be able to predict what they need or what is important for consumption. Financial skills influence consumptive behavior, the better the skills, the better the ability to make the right decisions in consuming something..

Abstract. Economic integration in ASEAN5+3 is formed after the implementation of free trade in ASEAN. The purposed of ASEAN formation to create stable, welfare and competitive economy. One of the requirements to create the currency union will depend on the level of business cycles synchronization with other countries. The more similar of business cycles among countries the more possible to create a regime of collective exchange rate. The Objective of this research is to find out the determinants factor potentially influence the occurrence of business cycles synchronization in ASEAN5+3. This research involves time series data 2002 – 2013 and the cross section data of eight ASEAN plus three countries by using dynamic panel instruments. The estimated result shows that the variable of trade intensity, finance integration, similarity of structure industry, coordination fiscal policy, coordination monetary policy and inflation effect significantly the business cycle synchronization. Abstrak. Integrasi ekonomi di ASEAN5+3 terbentuk setelah diterapkannya perdagangan bebas di ASEAN. Tujuan pembentukan ASEAN untuk menciptakan perekonomian yang stabil, sejahtera, dan kompetitif. Salah satu persyaratan untuk membentuk kesatuan mata uang akan bergantung pada tingkat sinkronisasi siklus bisnis dengan negara lain. Semakin mirip siklus bisnis antar negara, semakin besar kemungkinan terciptanya rezim nilai tukar kolektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor determinan yang berpotensi mempengaruhi terjadinya sinkronisasi siklus bisnis di ASEAN5+3. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series 2002 – 2013 dan data cross section delapan negara ASEAN plus tiga negara dengan menggunakan instrumen panel dinamis. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel intensitas perdagangan, integrasi keuangan, kesamaan struktur industri, koordinasi kebijakan fiskal, koordinasi kebijakan moneter dan inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sinkronisasi siklus bisnis.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on acceptance of the MyUnnes-Financial system. The sample taken was 80 people selected using the probability sample method. The data analysis technique used is SmartPLS 3.3.3 Software to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived risks have a positive effect on acceptance of the MyUnnes-Keuangan. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use has no effect on acceptance of the MyUnnes-Keuangan. Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan persepsi risiko terhadap penerimaan sistem MyUnnes-Keuangan. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 80 orang yang dipilih menggunakan metode sampel probabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Software SmartPLS 3.3.3.untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis penelitian. Abstract. The objective of this study is to figure out how behavioral intention in the implementation of the digital menu at Wedangan Echo Surakarta is influenced by effort expectations, performance expectations, and social influence. The study's population consists of Wedangan Echo Surakarta customers who own smartphones. Furthermore, the study’s method of data collecting uses questionnaires distribution. In addition, the IBM SPSS 29.0.1.0 for Windows application is used to make significant inferences from the data outputs. This study concludes that effort expectations, performance expectations, and social influence all positively influence behavioral intention in the implementation of the digital menu at Wedangan Echo Surakarta. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana behavioral intention dalam implementasi menu digital di Wedangan Echo Surakarta dipengaruhi oleh ekspektasi usaha, ekspektasi kinerja, dan pengaruh sosial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Wedangan Echo Surakarta yang memiliki smartphone. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. The potential for enhanced performance within the textile and apparel sector has the capacity to bolster the competitiveness of Indonesia's industry. This study examines the impact of innovation capability and market responsiveness on the adoption of supply chain financing through supply chain integration in the textile and apparel manufacturing sector in Indonesia. A sample of one hundred thirty-five managers from textile and apparel manufacturing companies was selected using random sampling methodology. Subsequently, the collected data was subjected to analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The empirical findings suggest a positive relationship between the ability to innovate and the ability to respond to market dynamics, and the likelihood of adopting supply chain financing. The research findings has the capability to provide significant insights to managers operating within the textile and apparel manufacturing industry in Indonesia, so helping them to improve business performance and strengthen their competitive advantage.
