Currently, business competition is increasingly fierce, requiring us to always think creatively in building a business. This situation results in the level of competition in gaining and retaining consumers being very high. The business of opening a coffee shop turns out to be profitable for many parties, so it has an influence on Indonesia's creative economy. These parties include: business entrepreneurs, consumers, and workers. Business entrepreneurs get big opportunities and income. In the business world, innovation and creativity are things that need to be done for the development and success of a business. Every company must create innovations to expand into new markets and maintain their current market share. One innovation that can be developed is through product innovation.The objectives of this research are: To find out the product innovations that have been carried out by Cafe Two Three Coworking Bogor, to find out the superiority of product innovation at Cafe Two Three Coworking Bogor, to find out consumer evaluations of product innovation at Cafe Two Three Coworking Bogor.The results of this research show that the product innovations carried out at the Two Three Coworking Cafe in Bogor include food products and beverage products. In pizza products, two or three coworking cafés in Bogor have innovated by making pizza volcanoes. Meanwhile, the beverage products that have been innovated by cafe two three coworking Bogor are Baileys Coffee, Es Kopi Susu Pandan and Es Kopi Susu Moccacino. Meanwhile, the superiority of the food product, the superiority of the pizza food product, is of course in terms of the wider serving size and the taste of the volcano pizza which shows more of the taste of cafe two three coworking Bogor style pizza, and apart from that the superiority of the coffee drink product at the two three coworking cafe Bogor, every purchasing coffee will get a loyalty card. Meanwhile, the evaluation carried out by cafe two three coworking Bogor carried out the latest innovations in every beverage and food product.The conclusion of this research is, the innovation carried out by cafe two three coworking Bogor on pizza products, pizza meat lover food products before innovation and after innovation became pizza volcano. Tourists' desire to visit Indonesia needs to be accompanied by ease of accessibility, facilities offered and availability of accommodation facilities. Hotels are a form of accommodation that supports tourism activities, where the availability of hotels becomes a supporting facility for tourists visiting a country. And along with the growth of the world of Indonesian tourism, the history of hotels in Indonesia also plays a role in its success. The existence of hotels in Indonesia is of course very much needed in the tourism industry, considering that without adequate accommodation, it is impossible for tourists to want to visit. Increasing tourist visits is a promising business prospect for investors to set up hotels. This increasing hotel construction is due to an increase in demand for occupancy rates every year. The increase in hotel occupancy rates in all provinces across Indonesia is accompanied by the rapid development of the hotel industry. Apart from that, nowadays society is made easier by increasingly sophisticated technology, this means that tourists who want to travel or travel can do it easily using gadgets. Starting from ordering transportation tickets, accommodation, restaurants and so on. This research was conducted to find out what factors encourage customers to make reservations at the Grand Savero Hotel online. The Covid-19 pandemic has dealt a heavy blow to the tourism sector. Restrictions on travel and in-person meetings have caused the transportation and lodging accommodation sector to drop drastically. Several policies, regulations and requirements for traveling are also obstacles for the hotel industry to be able to receive guests. An increase in the number of Covid-19 sufferers in an area will be followed by restrictions on travel regulations and policies, which will not only impact the local community, but also other residents who want to come or cross the area. These conditions directly affect the occupancy rate of hotel rooms in an area. This study used a secondary research method based on existing data. Sources of data come from daily and weekly reports on the occupancy rate of hotel rooms in the city of Bogor, as well as data obtained from other sources. The purpose of this study is to serve as a dashboard for future policy makers, especially on the impact of a policy on the occupancy rate of hotel rooms.

This research explanatory it means to study hypothesis variable. In this research use Destination Image and Touris Facilities variable. This research aims to analyze impact to determine the effect simultaneously and parcial Destination Image and Tourist Facilities at Dunia Fantasi. The method is classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis, test T and test F. Data testing is done by using software IBM SPSS Statitics 25. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Destination Image (X1) has a significant effect on Tourist Visit Interests. 2) Tourism Facilities (X2) have a significant effect on Tourist Visit Interests. 3) Destination Image and Tourism Facilities have a simultaneous effect on Tourist Visit Interests.

ABSTRACT
Inventory is a fairly large current asset and has an important role in every company. Inventory is used to support the company's operational activities. Inventory management activities need to be carried out with correct procedures so that inventory security can be maintained. Security needs to be maintained starting from the purchasing process, storage to the inventory dispensing process. The purpose of this review is to understand how inventory management procedures are implemented at the Pesona Alam Resort & Spa Hotel in order to meet the needs of the company's operational activities. Apart from that, to find out the documents used and related parts in inventory management procedures at the Pesona Alam Resort & Spa Hotel. The results of the review show that inventory management procedures comply with the SOP determined by the company and are also implemented well. There is a separation of duties between related sections and the completeness of the documents is quite good.

Food and Beverage sales as one of the largest income generators do not rule out the possibility of human error or fraud which could result in the truth or authenticity of the revenue being generated not being known. So the role of Income Audit as an examiner of daily food and beverage income is really needed. The purpose of writing this final assignment is to find out the procedure for checking daily food and beverage income by Income Audit, to find out what the procedure is for monitoring the use of Restaurant Bills and Captain Order Slips, and to find out how Income Audit handles human error regarding minus postings by the cashier food section. and beverage at Aston Bogor Hotel & Resort. The results of the review show that the procedure for checking daily food and beverage income by Income Audit at Aston Bogor Hotel & Resort has gone very well, because it complies with the regulations set by the management. As well as departments and sections related to checking daily food and beverage income by Income Audit at Aston Hotel Bogor & Resort have also carried out their duties in accordance with procedures.

In an agency, institution or organization is very closely related to a media. Media published in an agency, institution or organization aims to be used as internal media that can be used by employees as a fulfillment of information needs. This study aims to examine employee exposure/reading intensity with the fulfillment of employee information needs at the Indonesian Presidential Museum Balai Kirti, to determine the contents of the museum manual with the fulfillment of employee information needs at the Indonesian Presidential Museum Balai Kirti, and to determine the relationship between museum manual readers and fulfillment of employee information needs at the RI Presidential Museum Balai Kirti. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques, validity tests, reliability tests and Rank Spearman correlation tests, with a census sample technique, the number of employees is divided into 19 civil servants, 8 PPNPN staff, and 4 apprentice students as educators at the Indonesian Presidential Museum Balai Kirti . The method of collecting data is through questionnaires (google form), interviews, field observations, and the theory of uses and gratification. The results of this study in the validity test showed valid results from each indicator contained in variable X and Y. In the reliability test, variable X and Y showed RELIABLE results. In the Spearman Rank correlation test, it shows a SIGNIFICANT result value and the correlation number has a positive relationship with a strong relationship. In the t test hypothesis test there is one result showing the independent variable (X2) which has no effect on the dependent variable (Y). Then the F test shows significant results simultaneously between the three independent variables (X1), (X2), and (X3) on the dependent variable (Y). The conclusion of this research is that the existence of this museum manual has an influence on fulfilling the information needs of employees at the Indonesian Presidential Museum, Balai Kirti. Media published in an agency, institution or organization aims to be used as internal media that can be used by employees as a fulfillment of information needs. This study aims to examine employee exposure/reading intensity with the fulfillment of employee information needs at the Indonesian Presidential Museum Balai Kirti, to determine the contents of the museum manual with the fulfillment of employee information needs at the Indonesian Presidential Museum Balai Kirti, and to determine the relationship between museum manual readers and fulfillment of employee information needs at the RI Presidential Museum Balai Kirti. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques, validity tests, reliability tests and Rank Spearman correlation tests, with a census sample technique, the number of employees is divided into 19 civil servants, 8 PPNPN staff, and 4 apprentice students as educators at the Indonesian Presidential Museum Balai Kirti . The method of collecting data is through questionnaires (google form), interviews, field observations, and the theory of uses and gratification. The results of this study in the validity test showed valid results from each indicator contained in variable X and Y. In the reliability test, variable X and Y showed RELIABLE results. In the Spearman Rank correlation test, it shows a SIGNIFICANT result value and the correlation number has a positive relationship with a strong relationship. In the t test hypothesis test there is one result showing the independent variable (X2) which has no effect on the dependent variable (Y). Then the F test shows significant results simultaneously between the three independent variables (X1), (X2), and (X3) on the dependent variable (Y). The conclusion of this research is that the existence of this museum manual has an influence on fulfilling the information needs of employees at the Indonesian Presidential Museum, Balai Kirti. The Cap Go Meh Festival is a Chinese ethnic celebration at the beginning of the year which comes from the word "Cap Go" which means "fifteenth" and "Meh" means "night", so Cap Go Meh literally means "fifteenth night". Sustainable tourism is a tourism management concept that is responsible for environmental and community economic sustainability. The Cap Go Meh tradition is a form of Chinese culture which is still developing and is celebrated every year by Chinese groups and usually holds parades, processions along the streets and lantern festivals as a form of joy for the entire Chinese community for the success of the one year that has just passed and at the same time as a moment to pray for progress in the coming years. Sustainable tourism aims to use natural resources and human resources in the long term. so Cap Go Meh literally means "fifteenth night. Sustainable tourism is a tourism management concept that is responsible for environmental and community economic sustainability. The research objective was to determine the economics of the Cap Go Meh Festival at Surya Kencana Bogor. To know the environment of the Cap Go Meh Festival at Surya Kencana Bogor. To find out the social culture of the Cap Go Meh Festival at Surya Kencana Bogor.
The results of the research on the Cap Go Meh Festival at Surya Kencana Bogor have been held every 15th of the first month based on the lunar calendar which is the highlight of the Chinese New Year. The celebration, which originally meant thanksgiving for the ethnic Chinese community, has now turned into a party for the people of Bogor City. Developments that continue to be carried out during the Cap Go Meh celebration will eventually have a commercial selling point into Sustainable Tourism. The Cap Go Meh celebration, which has now been carried out openly and has become the tourism agenda for the City of Bogor, has had a positive impact on society, both culturally and economically. This shows that the Cap Go Meh celebration has experienced a process of development from year to year.

ABSTRACTA procedure is writing that contains steps or stages in doing something. These steps include a sequence of processes for making something from the beginning to the end with the aim of achieving or creating a goal. An organization has important procedures to ensure that there is no miscommunication at the organizational stage. Because in the end procedures will become guidelines for an organization to carry out activities within it, one of which is cash. Cash is an asset that requires special handling, especially in receiving and disbursing cash. Therefore, it is necessary to have a cash in and cash out procedure. The purpose of this research is to find out how the cash in and cash out procedures implemented at the Agria Hotel Bogor are in accordance with existing standard operational procedures or not. From the results of the review, it shows that the cash in and cash out procedures at the Agria Bogor Hotel are good. The existing procedures at the Agria Hotel are quite good, but there are still some procedures that are not in accordance with standard operational procedures. Because in the procedure there is a lack of adequate human resources. Therefore, existing procedures need to be improved in the future.

ABSTRACTE-Marketing is an effort to market products and services using online platforms via the internet. The use of E-Marketing can reach a wider audience than traditional media and is more cost effective in marketing. E-Marketing opens up new opportunities to improve marketing strategies to achieve better results. With the help of E-marketing, companies can implement more practical strategies because potential customers can easily get information about products and services and do business via the Internet.The purpose of this review is to find out: 1) To find out what forms of E-Marketing are implemented at the Kinasih Resort & Conference Bogor; 2) To find out what E-Marketing strategies are implemented at Kinasih Resort & Conference Bogor; 3) What are the obstacles and how to overcome obstacles in implementing the EMarketing strategy at Kinasih Resort & Conference.The results of this review are: 1) Kinasih Resort & Conference Bogor has implemented four types of E-marketing; 2) Kinasih Resort & Conference Bogor has implemented seven E-marketing strategies; 3) In its implementation, there are several obstacles experienced by Kinasih Resort & Conference Bogor, including a lack of human resources in the digital marketing division, a lack of interesting and aesthetic content, and less responsive sales.
