The Influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Customer Relationship Management on MSME Competitiveness 创业导向与客户关系管理对中小微企业竞争力的影响

Competitive advantage is realized through continuous sustainability (sustainable competitive advantages), so new strategies must be designed. The strategy designed will certainly be able to dominate both the old market and the new market. The main aim of this research is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and customer relationship management on MSME competitiveness. This research uses a literature and field design with a causal associative approach. This study uses a research instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests. The quantitative analysis consists of a normality test, regression test, hypothesis test, correlation test, and coefficient of determination. Data analysis confirms that entrepreneurial orientation and customer relationship management have a significant effect on MSME competitiveness. The implications of research on entrepreneurial orientation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on business competitiveness can provide valuable insights for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) owners and related parties. Research on entrepreneurial orientation and CRM can help MSMEs develop more targeted business strategies. They can understand how innovation and customer relationship management can be key drivers of their business competitiveness.

The purpose of this research is to test Taxpayer understanding and Tax Compliance Costs regarding Taxpayer Compliance. Even though payments always increase every year, if we look back at the number of Indonesian people who are supposed to fulfil their tax obligations or Indonesian people who are still running away from their responsibility to fulfil their tax obligations, it is still relatively high. This shows that the level of taxpayer compliance is still a major problem for all tax authorities, especially in Indonesia. Research that links taxpayer understanding and tax compliance has been widely conducted, but research that links indirectly between compliance costs to tax compliance is still not widely conducted, especially in Indonesia. This research will be carried out to connect directly between taxpayer understanding and tax compliance and indirectly through tax compliance costs. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used is primary data and the data source was obtained from the One Stop Integrated Services Investment and Manpower Service of Mojokerto City. This research will used Path Analysis. This research is important to conduct to see the role of compliance costs in increasing tax compliance. The results of the study are tax payers understanding has a significant effect on tax compliance and tax payers understanding also has a significant effect on compliance costs. Meanwhile, the indirect influence between tax payers understanding and tax compliance through compliance costs also has a significant effect. But based on the results, the coefficient is still greater for that direct influence. The limitation of this study is that respondents may not be objective in filling out the questionnaire.

The Influence of Experiential Marketing and Integrated Marketing Communications on Visitor Loyalty 体验营销与整合营销传播对访客忠诚度的影响

In responding to various tourism problems and competition between industries, as well as increasing the spirit of creativity in entrepreneurship in Indonesia, a special marketing strategy is needed in the tourism sector. In the context of tourism in the Lake Toba tourist area, several factors, such as experiential marketing and integrated marketing communication, can influence visitor loyalty. The main aim of this research is to analyze the influence of experiential marketing and integrated marketing communications on visitor loyalty in the Lake Toba tourist area. This research uses a literature and field research design with a causal associative approach with 130 respondents. The results of the data analysis confirm that there is a positive and significant influence between experiential marketing and integrated marketing communications on visitor loyalty. The conclusions of this research inform tourism actors in the Lake Toba area to utilize technology such as augmented reality (AR) or mobile applications to provide interactive experiences to visitors. Integrate technology to make it easier to access information and activities around Lake Toba. In addition, involving local communities in the planning and implementation of experiential marketing can create authentic tourist experiences. Through in-depth experiential marketing and good integration between various communication channels, Lake Toba can build a strong image and attract visitors to experience its beauty and uniqueness.

DEVELOPMENT OF "SIMAAKSI" LITERACY OF DIGITAL-BASED MANUFACTURING ACCOUNTING COMPUTER PRACTICUM 数字化制造会计计算机“司马克西”素养的培养

This research aims to produce application-based learning media as a learning literacy for manufacturing accounting computer practicum that can improve the learning outcomes of accounting students. "Simaaksi" learning media is useful in assisting learning activities effectively and efficiently. Features in the application are adjusted to the needs and competencies that must be mastered by students majoring in accounting. This research is a research and development study by adapting the Borg & Gall model. The research subjects were students majoring in accounting education at Universitas Negeri Malang. The effectiveness test was conducted using a quasi-experimental with a one-group pretest-postest model. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test analysis, the sig value was obtained. 0.04 <0.05 which means there is a significant difference. These results indicate that the use of the learning media "Simaaksi" effectively improves student learning outcomes.

The effectiveness test was conducted using a quasi-experimental with a one-group pretest-postest model. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test analysis, the sig value was obtained. 0.04 <0.05 which means there is a significant difference. SWOT ANALYSIS IN THE MARKETING STRATEGY OF THE EDUCATIONAL TOURISM VILLAGE DURING PANDEMIC COVID-19 新冠疫情期间教育旅游村营销策略的Swot分析

The purpose of this study was to determine the right strategy for marketing the educational tourism village in Kampung inggris Pare. Data analysis in this study used descriptive qualitative methods with case studies. Data sources were obtained from observation, interviews with 5 informants from Kampung Inggris Pare, and documentation in the form of photos and voice recordings. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and triangulation techniques. This research resulted in 3 conclusions, including: (1) Strengths for Kampung Inggris Pare: (1) The strengths of Kampung Inggris Pare consist of the low cost of living, comfortable learning atmosphere equipped with facilities from the institution, and health insurance for all elements of Kampung Inggris Pare. Then some weaknesses of Kampung Inggris Pare include the tight learning hours, less maintained environment at some points, and less efficient access to Kampung Inggris Pare. (2) The most potential opportunities for Kampung Inggris Pare include the number of fresh graduates, the recommendation of Kampung Inggris Pare alumni, and the potential arrival of students as a result of extensive promotion. As well as threats that can have an impact on Kampung Inggris Pare consist as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the existence of restrictions by the government, and the lack of holiday time for prospective students of Kampung Inggris Pare. (3) The strategic position based on the SWOT Diagram is in quadrant 1, which means that Kampung Inggris Pare can use an aggressive strategy with the results of the SWOT Matrix in the SO (Strengths-Opportunity) position. These strategies include utilizing alumni in promotional media by displaying the advantages of Kampung Inggris Pare, adding vaccination activities and health facilities, as well as promotions in the form of discounts and free products for fresh graduates who come to Kampung Inggris Pare

Human resources play an important role in the growth and development of a company or organisation. If employees are satisfy with their work, the company can easily develop and compete with other similar companies. The overall objective of this study was to determine the impact of compensation, stress and work environment on job satisfaction. Quantitative method was used for this research. Total sample of 66 respondents Perum Bulog employees. The results of instrument test, classic assumption are valid and reliable. The results of hypothesis testing show that Compensation, Work Stress, Work Environment partially and simultaneously have a significant and positive influence on job satisfaction.

Taxpayer compliance has many positive and important impacts on the government and society. Research on service quality and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance can provide valuable insight into understanding the factors that influence the level of taxpayer compliance. This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. Data analysis confirms that service quality and tax sanctions significantly affect taxpayer compliance in paying taxes. The conclusions of this research inform an effective tax education and socialization program that can help taxpayers understand the importance of compliance and the positive impact of tax payments in supporting development. Clear and effective communication between tax authorities and taxpayers can help prevent misunderstandings and uncertainty hindering compliance. Proportionality in the application of sanctions is important so that the sanctions are appropriate to the level of the violation. This creates a sense of fairness and can prevent taxpayers from feeling treated unfairly. Giving tax authorities the power to impose sanctions increases their capacity to enforce tax rules.

This research explores the complex relationship between employee performance and productivity within a company. Typically, research related to performance and productivity focuses on the skills of employees as well as their motivation or incentives. In this case, the researcher aims to examine performance and productivity from three other crucial factors: the work environment, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and work discipline. This is because it has been found that these three factors can also influence an employee's performance, ultimately impacting their productivity while working. The research results will reveal whether a positive work environment can have a positive impact on performance. Similarly, the increasing strictness of SOPs and the discipline in following them can also have a positive effect on both performance and productivity.
