A Qualitative Study on the Experience of Elderly People Living Alone Using ICT-Based Social Welfare Services : Focusing on the Quality of AI Care Services 基于信息通信技术的独居老年人社会福利服务体验质性研究——以人工智能护理服务质量为中心

본 연구는 AI돌봄서비스 이용 경험이 있는 독거노인 10명을 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 긍정적 이용 경 험과 부정적 이용 경험의 의미를 파악하였다. 반복적비교분석법을 통해 질적자료를 분석한 결과, AI돌봄서비스의 긍정적 경험은 4개의 범주화(‘고마운 존재’, ‘의미있는 존재’, ‘유용한 정보제공자’, ‘무료함을 달래주는 재능꾼’)로, 부정적 경험은 5개의 범주화(‘원활한 상호작용의 한계’, ‘조작에 의존하는 불편함’, ‘상황판단력 부재’, ‘비용부담’, ‘익숙치 않은 업데이트’)로 도출되었다. 개선점은 3개의 범주화(‘이용자 중심의 용이성’, ‘상황에 맞는 반응’, ‘취약계 층 지원’)가 확인되었다. 연구 결과, ICT기반 사회복지서비스의 질적 제고를 위해 이해관계자의 협업, 평가시스템 개발, 디지털 역량 강화를 제언하였으며, 인간관계로부터의 소외문제와 개인성 상실의 문제를 논의하였다.
本研究以拥有AI照顾服务经验的10名独居老人为对象,通过深层面试,掌握了正面利用经验和负面利用经验的意义。反复比较分析法通过质量的资料进行分析的结果显示,ai照顾服务的经验肯定是4个范畴化(“感谢的存在”、“有意义的”、“存在”、“有用信息提供者的才能排解无聊),负面经验是以“5个范畴化(“顺畅的相互作用的界限”、“依赖操作的不便”、“缺乏情况判断能力”,“费用”,“不熟悉的更新),得出了。改善点确认了3个范畴化(“以使用者为中心的简易性”、“符合情况的反应”、“支援弱势群体”)。研究结果表明,为了提高以ICT为基础的社会福利服务的质量,提出了利害关系人的协作、开发评价系统、强化数码力量的建议,讨论了人际关系疏远问题和个人丧失问题。

Generation and Accuracy Assessment of Land Surface Temperature Orthophoto the Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle-mounted Thermal Infrared Sensors 基于无人机热红外传感器的地表温度正射影像的生成与精度评估

지표면 온도는 도시열섬현상뿐만 아니라 기후변화, 농업 등 다방면으로 중요한 데이터 중 하나이다. 무인 항공기의 발달로 cm 단위의 초고해상도의 지표면 온도 값의 취득과 원하는 시기에 데이터 수집이 가능하게 되었 다. 본 연구에서는 DJI에서 제작된 TIR 센서(Zenmuse H20T)를 이용하여 지표면 온도 정사영상 제작을 수행하 였으며, 레이저 온도계로 직접 취득한 지표면 온도와 무인항공기 TIR 센서로 취득된 온도 값을 비교하여 토지피 복 전체에 대한 온도 정확도를 평가하였다. 그 결과 토지피복 중 불투수면인 아스팔트, 콘크리트, 우레탄에서 큰 차이를 보였으며, 투수면인 흙과 식생에서는 낮은 차이를 보였다. 전체 토지피복에 대한 평균온도의 경우 연구대 상지 별로 각각 1.33 °C, 1.85 °C를 나타냈으며, 이는 Zenmuse H20T TIR 센서의 온도 정확도 범위인 ±2 °C or ±2 %안에 들어오는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
地表温度不仅是城市热岛现象,也是气候变化、农业等多方面的重要数据之一。随着无人飞机的发展,可以获得以cm为单位的超高分辨率的地表温度值,并可以在想要的时间收集数据。本研究利用DJI制作的TIR传感器(Zenmuse H20T)进行地表温度正史影像制作,将直接利用激光温度计获得的地表温度和无人飞机TIR传感器获得的温度值进行比较,评价了整个土地被服的温度准确度。结果,在土地被覆中,不透水面的沥青、混凝土、聚氨酯显示出很大的差异,透水面的泥土和植被显示出较低的差异。研究对象的平均温度分别为1.33°C和1.85°C,这表明Zenmuse H20T TIR传感器的温度准确度在±2°C或±2%以内。
