Nonlinear robust control of trajectory-following for autonomous ground electric vehicles with active front steering system 具有主动前转向系统的自主地面电动汽车轨迹跟踪的非线性鲁棒控制

This paper presents a nonlinear robust H-infinity control strategy for improving trajectory following performance of autonomous ground electric vehicles (AGEV) with active front steering system. Since vehicle trajectory dynamics inherently influenced by various driving maneuvers and road conditions, the main objective is to deal with the trajectory following control challenges of parametric uncertainties, system nonlinearities, and external disturbance. The AGEV system dynamics and its uncertain vehicle trajectory following system are first modeled and constructed, in which parameter uncertainties related to the physical limits of tire are considered and handled, then the control-oriented vehicle trajectory following augmented system with dynamic error is developed. The resulting nonlinear robust H-infinity state-feedback controller (NHC) of vehicle trajectory-following system is finally designed by H-infinity performance index and nonlinear compensation under AGEV system requirements, and solved utilizing a set of linear matrix inequalities derived from quadratic H-infinity performance and Lyapunov stability. Simulations for double lane change and serpentine scenes are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller with a high-fidelity, CarSim®, full-vehicle model. It is found from the results that the proposed NHC provides improved vehicle trajectory following performance compared with the linear quadratic regulator (LQR) controller and robust H-infinity state-feedback controller (RHC).

If both the arc length and the intrinsic curvature of a curve or surface are preserved, then the flow of the curve or surface is said to be inextensible. The absence of motion-induced strain energy is the physical characteristic of inextensible curve and surface flows. In this paper, we study inextensible tangential, normal and binormal ruled surfaces generated by a curve with constant torsion, which is also called a Salkowski curve. We investigate whether or not these surfaces are minimal or can be developed. In addition, we prove some theorems which are related to inextensible ruled surfaces within three-dimensional Euclidean space.

A cosine similarity measures between hesitancy fuzzy graphs and its application to decision making 犹豫模糊图的余弦相似度度量及其在决策中的应用

A new cosine similarity measure between hesitancy fuzzy graphs, which have been shown to have greater discriminating capacity than certain current ones in group decision making problems by example verification. This study proposes a novel method for estimating expert-certified repute scores by determining the ambiguous information of hesitancy fuzzy preference relations as well as the regular cosine similarity grades from one separable hesitancy fuzzy preference relation to some others. The new approach considers both "objective" and "subjective" information given by experts. We construct working procedures for assessing the eligible reputational scores of the experts by applying hesitancy fuzzy preference relations. In an evaluation in which multiple conflicting factors are taken into consideration, this can be applied to increase or reduce the relevancy of specified criteria. Applying the two effective methods, the newly developed cosine similarity measure, the energy of hesitancy fuzzy graph, and we provide a solution to a decisional issue. Finally, the two working procedures and examples are given to verify the practicality and dominance of the proposed techniques.

Probabilistic linguistic multi-attribute decision making approach based upon novel GMSM operators 基于GMSM算子的概率语言多属性决策方法

Probabilistic linguistic terms set (PLTS), a new tool for expressing uncertain decision information, is composed of all possible linguistic terms (LTs) and their related probabilities. It also increases the corresponding probability of LTs in hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set (HFLTS). On the other hand, aggregation operator is an important information fusion tool, the Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) operator operator can provide more flexibility and robustness in information fusion, and make it more suitable for solving MADM problems with independent attributes. This current study adopts the merits of PLTS and MSM operator, and a novel probabilistic linguistic decision making approach are targeted. Firstly, the operations of two PLTSs are redefined based upon Archimedean t-norm (ATN) and Archimedean t-conorm (ATC); Secondly, the probabilistic linguistic generalized MSM operator (PLGMSM) is proposed based on ATN and ATC, some properties of PLGMSM are investigated, then some special PLGMSM operators have been studied in detail when the parameters take different values and the generator of ATN takes different functions. Thirdly, the weighted probabilistic linguistic generalized MSM operator (WPLGMSM) is studied along with some properties of PLGMSM, some special WPLGMSM operators have been also investigated in detail when the parameters take different values and the generator of ATN takes different functions. Finally, on the basis of proposed aggregation operators, the aggregated-based decision making approach is designed and an example is supplied to manifest the effectiveness of proposed approach, also, some comparison analyses with extant decision approaches are carried out to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed approach.

This paper deals with least squares estimation for the Cox–Ingersoll–Ross model with fractional Lévy noise from discrete observations. The contrast function is given to obtain the least squares estimators. The consistency and asymptotic distribution of estimators are derived when a small dispersion coefficient $varepsilon to 0$, $n to infty $, $varepsilon {n^{frac{1}{2} - d}} to 0$, and $nvarepsilon to infty $ simultaneously.

Sustainable supplier selection (SSS) is recognized as a prime aim in supply chain because of its impression on profitability, adorability, and agility of the organization. This work introduces a multi-phase intuitionistic fuzzy preference-based model with which decision experts are authorized to choose the suitable supplier using the sustainability "triple bottom line (TBL)" attributes. To solve this issue, an intuitionistic fuzzy gained and lost dominance score (IF-GLDS) approach is proposed using the developed IF-entropy. To make better use of experts' knowledge and fully represent the uncertain information, the evaluations of SSS are characterized in the form of intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS). To better distinguish fuzziness of IFSs, new entropy for assessing criteria weights is proposed with the help of an improved score function. By considering the developed entropy and improved score function, a weight-determining process for considered criterion is presented. A case study concerning the iron and steel industry in India for assessing and ranking the SSS is taken to demonstrate the practicability of the developed model. The efficacy of the developed model is certified with the comparison by diverse extant models.

This work introduces a multi-phase intuitionistic fuzzy preference-based model with which decision experts are authorized to choose the suitable supplier using the sustainability \"triple bottom line (TBL)\" attributes. To solve this issue, an intuitionistic fuzzy gained and lost dominance score (IF-GLDS) approach is proposed using the developed IF-entropy. To make better use of experts' knowledge and fully represent the uncertain information, the evaluations of SSS are characterized in the form of intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS). To better distinguish fuzziness of IFSs, new entropy for assessing criteria weights is proposed with the help of an improved score function. By considering the developed entropy and improved score function, a weight-determining process for considered criterion is presented. A case study concerning the iron and steel industry in India for assessing and ranking the SSS is taken to demonstrate the practicability of the developed model. This paper presents a mathematical analysis on our proposed physiologically structured PDE model that incorporates multiscale and nonlinear features. The model accounts for both mutated and healthy populations of quiescent and proliferating cells at the macroscale, as well as the microscale dynamics of cell cycle proteins. A reversible transition between quiescent and proliferating cell populations is assumed. The growth factors generated from the total cell population of proliferating and quiescent cells influence cell cycle dynamics. As feedback from the microscale, Cyclin D/CDK 4-6 protein concentration determines the transition rates between quiescent and proliferating cell populations. Using semigroup and spectral theory, we investigate the well-posedness of the model, derive steady-state solutions, and find sufficient conditions of stability for derived solutions. In the end, we executed numerical simulations to observe the impact of the parameters on the model's nonlinear dynamics.

The goal of this paper is to examine the strong convergence of the velocity of a non-Newtonian incompressible fluid whose viscosity follows the power law with Coulomb friction. We assume that the fluid coefficients of the thin layer vary with respect to the thin layer parameter $ varepsilon $. We give in a first step the description of the problem and basic equations. Then, we present the functional framework. The following paragraph is reserved for the main convergence results. Finally, we give the detail of the proofs of these results.

This manuscript is devoted to presenting some convergence results of a three-step iterative scheme under the Chatterjea–Suzuki–C ((CSC), for short) condition in the setting of a Banach space. Also, an example of mappings satisfying the (CSC) condition with a unique fixed point is provided. This example proves that the proposed scheme converges to a fixed point of a weak contraction faster than some known and leading schemes. Finally, our main results will be applied to find a solution to functional and fractional differential equations (FDEs) as an application.
