Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the knowledge about injury prevention during all India university Netball women's tournament. Materials and Methods: For this study, 14 female netball players from different universities representing different universities age ranges from (18 to 24) were selected from the health center at Central University of Haryana Mahendergarh. The selected subject was referred health centre because of some internal and external injuries that's why we selected the subject those who were admitted to the health centre. In this study, the observation method was used and the study variables were leg pain, finger pain, ankle twist, foot pain, and finger cut. Results: We found by our observation method that there are 5 common injuries in netball games. The result of the study was that 3 players had hand finger pain, 8 players had leg pain, 1 player had a finger cut,1 player had ankle pain and 1 player had ankle twists. In this tournament, most of the injuries have happened to the goal attacker and goal shooter in which finger cuts, finger pain, and foot pain were some common injuries in a netball game. Due to having a proper health center in Central University of Haryana Mahendragarh, the injuries of the players were properly treated under the guidance of MBBS Doctors. Conclusion: It was concluded that the goal attacker and goal Shooter of the netball game suffered more injuries because when the player shoots the ball in the ring, the ball comes in direct contact with the fingers of the players which they get more injured. But some other reasons were also that the players did not have any physiotherapists and first aid kits and coaches lacked knowledge of injury prevention and therapeutic exercise for this reason, players of many universities continuously had to suffer from netball injuries.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether a transdermal carnosine (TC) gel improved repeated Wingate sprint performance in trained cyclists. Methods: Fifteen trained male cyclists completed three cycling sessions that included a 15-sec sprint to estimate glycolytic capacity (VLa Max ) followed by five Wingate sprints with 4 to 5-min of active recovery. Session 1 served as a final familiarization trial, while sessions 2 and 3 utilized a randomized application of either 10 ml of placebo or 10 ml of a mentholated TC gel to the legs at least 60-min prior to the session. Blood lactate concentration (BLC) and power output were measured during the session. A 3 X 5 crossover design with a repeated measures Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used to explore statistical differences (α = 0.05) in t wo main effects. Results: Mean VLa Max and 15-sec power were 0.74 + 0.31 mM . sec -1. L -1 and 748.6 + 135.2 W, respectively, while mean Wingate peak BLC and 30-sec power of 16.8 + 2.6 mM and 584.7 + 78.3 W, respectively, and mean rest time between sprints was 278.7 + 11.2 sec. There were no statistically significant improvements in any performance measure between familiarization, placebo, or TC gel sessions, with five showing a significant (p=0.0380) decrease in total and significantly (p=0.0127) higher BLC after TC treatment. Conclusions: A single recommended dose of TC gel did not improve repeated Wingate sprint performance in trained male cyclists. Even after elimination of nocebo subjects, performance improvement was still negligible.

Nutrition education and behaviour change strategies play a pivotal role in promoting and sustaining healthy eating habits among individuals and communities. This abstract offers a concise overview of the effectiveness and implications of these strategies. Effective nutrition education programs, rooted in evidence-based practices, have the potential to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed dietary choices. These programs often employ diverse methods, including workshops, online resources, and one-on-one counselling, tailored to the target audience's needs and preferences. Behavior change strategies, such as goal setting, self-monitoring, and social support networks, facilitate the translation of knowledge into action. These techniques encourage individuals to adopt healthier eating habits, maintain them over time, and overcome barriers to change. The implications of successful nutrition education and behaviour change initiatives extend beyond individual health. They have broader societal benefits, including reduced healthcare costs, improved public health outcomes, and the potential to address diet-related chronic diseases. The integration of effective nutrition education and behaviour change strategies holds promise for fostering lasting healthy eating habits. To maximize their impact, these approaches must be context-specific, culturally sensitive, and continuously evaluated to adapt to evolving dietary preferences and lifestyles.

This study aimed to determine the effect of water consumption levels on dehydration status and archery accuracy on archery athletes in the Banyumas Regency. This research was based on the observations and experiences of the researchers, who found that there was still a lack of awareness among archery athletes in Banyumas Regency to meet their hydration requirements properly. In addition, there were still many archery athletes in Banyumas Regency who did not carry enough drinking water during practice. The research design is experimental research using quasi-experimental research methods. The design used in this research was “one group pretest-posttest” design. Furthermore, the instruments used included tests and measurements of water consumption levels using BFNB Quis, dehydration status using the PURI (check your own urine) method, and archery accuracy by shooting at a distance of 30 meters with 36 arrows. The population in this study were 35 archery athletes in Banyumas Regency in the standard bow and recurve division, with a sample of 20 people shooting in the standard bow and recurve division. Data analysis technique using paired sample t-test. The results of the study obtained a t-value for archery accuracy (15.215) > t-table (1.72472) and a p-value (0.00) < 0.05. The results of the t-test on dehydration status showed that the t-count value was greater than the t-table value, and t-count (5.2580) > t-table (1.72472), and the paired sample t-test value sig. 0.00 < 0.05. These concluded that the H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest values. This study's results showed that there was an effect of the level of water consumption on dehydration status and archery accuracy in archery athletes in Banyumas Regency.

Effective strategies and means must be used during the learning process. The principle of repetition or repetition alone does not ensure the growth of the skill, but it does provide consistency in the performance of motor behaviour. Therefore, how and to what extent can the random exercise method and the variable and dispersed exercise method overlap and merge. There is a weakness in learning some basic skills. Due to the nature of the research and its applicability, the experimental approach was chosen. The proposed educational program was found to have a favourable impact on learning, developing, and retaining fundamental skills. The second experimental group performed best in terms of learning and developing skills, and the best abilities for learning and development were found to be (Rolling - control - Scoring - Skilful performance). When creating any educational curriculum, it is important to focus on the use of visual feedback, pay attention to the organizational and practical aspects, and draw inspiration from credible studies and research in this area. Additionally, it is necessary to review and update the educational curricula that are adopted in the departments and colleges of physical education for all sports every four years.

The study was conducted to investigate about the anxiety level between two adventure water sports. And also compare the anxiety levels among participants these water-based sports, kayaking and canoeing. To fulfil the objectives of the study total 20 participants were recruited, 10 from each sport. The mean anxiety scores were found to be 21.53 ± 3.14 for kayaking and 21.73 ± 3.15 for canoeing, with a p-value exceeding 0.05, indicating no statistically significant difference in anxiety levels between the two groups. These results suggest that the choice between kayaking and canoeing does not appear to significantly influence anxiety experiences in sports. This finding aligns with the idea that psychological factors, individual differences, and competition stressors may exert more significant influence on anxiety than the specific watercraft discipline. However, further research with larger and more diverse samples is warranted to confirm these findings and explore additional factors that may contribute to anxiety in water-based sports. Understanding anxiety in these contexts is essential for optimizing athlete performance and well-being.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine how do psychological development, Bocciacoachers and sport team? analize activity at World Boccia Cup 2022 in Bahrain.Materials and Methods: The study of Indonesian boccia national athletes used qualitative research types. This research will be carried out at the NPC Indonesia Boccia National Team Training Center in Surakarta. Starting from preliminary research by making direct observations at the pusdiklat, namely in Gor Boccia, the Indonesian boccia pelatnas. The study time starts from September 2022 - June 2023. In the study of how the efforts made by coaches and teams of Indonesian boccia sports with data sources of athletes, coaches, teams, and parents of athletes, the intended population is individuals involved in that context. Data analysis techniques in this study use descriptive data analysis techniques. The stages of data analysis carried out in this development research as carried out are: data reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions.Result: The psychological development of Indonesian National boccia athletes at the World Boccia Cup 2022 in Bahrain before match after match with satisfactory results reflects a journey of achievement and growth. Before competing, the athletes experienced different emotions and challenges, but nerves and fears were overcome with the help of team support and mental coaches. The support of their teams and spiritual coaches helped them focus on the process and accept that results are not always in their control. With satisfactory post-competition results that allowed some athletes to achieve their goals and achieve great success, their psychological development became increasingly sustainable. These victories and achievements made the athletes more confident and they felt rewarded for the hard work they put into their preparation. After the match, the psychological development of the athletes was not over. They will learn from the experience of this competition and plan to continue improving their mental performance in the future. The satisfactory results motivate them to keep fighting and face the challenges in the next competition. Indonesian boccia coaches and teams prepare intensive training programs tailored to the needs and abilities of each athlete. They devise a training plan that includes technical, tactical, and physical aspects so that the athletes can master the game of boccia well. Coaches and teams recognize the importance of athletes' mental readiness to face the pressures of competition. That is why they hire a mental coach to help the athlete manage his emotions, improve his concentration, and overcome his fears or doubts before the competition. Coaches and teams set realistic goals for each athlete, both in terms of performance and personal improvement. This goal forces athletes to work hard to get the results they expect. Coaches and teams ensure athletes' match equipment is tested and in optimal condition in Bahrain. There are many different educational techniques, and one of these contemporary tactics is the cognitive modelling strategy, which is an instructional strategy to impart knowledge to learners. As a result of the levels of student empowerment when used gradually from the lower level to the higher level, a new model was used that integrates educational technology with learning and teaching. This is because there is nothing better than educational technology that contains various means to attract the learner's attention while they are learning sports skills and activities. A recent study in methods of teaching physical education found that teaching football does not keep up with modernity and development in the field of education, so modern methods have been introduced. Hypermedia is an educational software environment that helps to link information elements in a non-linear way. To address the problem and the aim of the research is to design and apply educational units according to the strategy of cognitive modelling supported by hypermedia and to identify its impact on learning some skills in football where the experimental approach was used, and the research sample was determined in a systematic random way as it consisted of students of the second year average, and the experimental design was adopted for two groups are interrelated, and field research was conducted to determine football skills, and the curriculum was implemented for the experimental and control groups using cognitive modelling supported by hypermedia, and previous studies were used to prepare the educational curriculum, and the statistical (SPSS) was used. We advise paying attention to the strategy of cognitive modelling as an educational strategy in physical education lessons and emphasizing the benefit from the advantages of hyper-media programs in facilitating the process of learning motor skills, especially in the early stages of learning, emphasizing the provision of appropriate materials. Students are encouraged to contribute to creativity and innovation in a way that suits their experiences and skills by using media to learn some football skills. Conducting additional study in physical education to determine the effects of the cognitive modelling approach on creating experimental variables in the field.
